Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by work discipline. It is quantitative research with questionnaires as the data collection method. Data were analyzed by using Path Analysis. The populations are all of the full-time employees, and seventy-eight respondents of them were selected by saturated sampling method. The study shows that the work environment affects employee performance, and work discipline mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan program ini adalah stimulant dana yang berkelanjutan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai aktualsiasi P3 sebagai aplikasi hak cipta sederhana. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode yang dikemukakan oleh O'Brien (2001) dijelaskan empat tahap dalam melakukan penelitian, yaitu: perencanaan,  tindakan, refleksi dan semua tahapan dilakukan dengan pendekatan group discussion (FGD) untuk mengambil kesepakatan bersama. Hasil pengabdian dapat dipaparkan berikut ini, (i) rekayasa kelayakan model usahatani yang inovatif (efesien) dari segala bidang melalui control lingkungan yang terintegrasi, (ii) kaji tindak (action research) pelatihan dan pendampingan agroindustri tepung, mie dan beras singkong, (iii) analisis nilai tambah (value added) dan kelayakan usaha agroindustri makanan; (iv) kaji tindak (action research) pada kelompok sasaran pemberdayaan makanan. Pasca wabah covid-19 hingga tahun 2022 yang tangguh melalui akses stimulan dana dengan transaksi syari’ah adalah usaha bengkel peracangan. Hal ini disebabkan karena fleksibilitas tarnsaksi syari’ah qordhul-hasan dengan 9 model kesepakatan (agreement) jumlah (9KJ). Atas dasar pada hasil penelitian ini, maka rekomendasi yang ditawarakan adalah produk tepung yang dihasilkannya dapat diciptakan sendiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan kelompok adopter.

Abstract

In line with the development of the increasingly global business world, the management of an organization must be carried out professionally and productively, so that the organization can still maintain survival and continue to develop along with the times. Every effort in achieving company goals cannot be separated from the role of human resources. Human resources are considered important because they can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, and are the main expenses of the organization in carrying out its activities. Quantitative research methods Research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, are used to research on specific populations or samples with the aim of testing established hypotheses. This type of research uses explanatory research. The result of this study is that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Java Indosinergi Creative, Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Java Indosinergi Creative, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT Java Indosinergi Creative, Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Java Indosinergi Creative.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki maksud untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran sikap kepemimpinan (gaya) yang bersinggungan langsung dengan kualitas kerja karyawan, dimana peran tersebut dilandasi dengan adanya kompensasi kerja terhadap karyawan PT. Laris Abadi Indonesia. Metode riset yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti ialah kuantitatif deskriptif atau bisa dikatakan penjelasan makna sebuah pengaruh melalui angka, serta menetapkan 80 karyawan PT. Laris Abadi Indonesia sebagai sampel daripada responden yang dinyatakan sebagai data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket (kuesioner) secara langsung. Adapun variabel yang di teliti ialah sikap kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompensasi kerja (X2) sebagai variabel bebas serta kualitas kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Output daripada riset kali ini menggambarkan beberapa kesimpulan yang diantaranya sikap kepemimpinan memiliki peran terhadap kualitas kerja secara signifikan melalui metode parsial dan simultan, dan juga kompensasi kerja mengambil peran yang sama secara parsial dan simultan dengan keterangan positif signifikan pada PT Laris Abadi Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract The success or failure of an organization within the company depends on its human resources. When resource management is good, then an organization's goals within the company will be achieved. Therefore, in order for the organization's goals to be met, it is necessary to have employees who have good performance, one of which the company must meet the psychological needs of employees, namely work life balance. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of work life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research type, which emphasizes theoretical testing on variables in numerical research and analysis. The measuring tools of this research are questionnaires and interviews. The object of this research is the employees of PDAM Malang City with a sample of 121 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data analysis test tool in this study used Path Analysis. The results of the study indicate that Work Life Balance has a direct significant effect on job satisfaction due to the significant value at 0.000 <0.05 or less than the specified significant level. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study indicate that work life balance has a direct effect on employee performance. Then the results of the first significant test obtained the results of the work life balance variable having a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. The results of the second significant test showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether the Leadership Style affects employee performance through job satisfaction. This study aims to explain the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction. This study uses one type of explanation to examine the effect of LMX on employee performance and mediates job satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, where the total population studied was 108 respondents. This research tool is a questionnaire, after which the information obtained is processed with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that LMX has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of LMX on employee performance

Abstract

Sekolah mengalami lompatan kontinuitas di era inovasi disrupsi. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam melaksanakan inovasi di berbagai aspek untuk menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan perkembangan zaman. Berbagai platform pembelajaran digital yang sebelumnya hanya digunakan sekolah elit sekarang digunakan di semua sekolah. Untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran digital, perlu melibatkan seluruh elemen ekosistem di sekolah sehingga sekolah mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran digital dan manajemen digital. Semua elemen sekolah mendukung, lingkungan terbentuk dan dapat bertahan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di MA Al Irtiqo’ International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi yang dilakukan kepala madrasah dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi dan memerlukan solusi mendesak, menentukan sasaran program sekolah baik secara internal maupun eksternal, mengumpulkan ide untuk solusi dari maslaah yang dihadapi, memilih ide terbaik, melaksanakan ide dalam aksi nyata, melakukan evaluasi. Adapun inovasi dalam membangun smart learning ecosystem dilakuakn dengan strategi implementasi digital secara komprehensif terkait seluruh elemen ekosistem sekolah, yaitu; spesies sekolah (guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, tenaga kependidikan, wali siswa), relationship (hubungan yang sehat antar spesies), health (budaya sekolah yang sehat dan unggul), Adaptability (kemampuan adaptasi terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah), dan pemilihan strategi dan inovasi yang dilaksanakan sekolah untuk mensukseskan pembentukan smart learning ecosystem. Salah satunya adalah dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal dalam bidang penyediaan platform digital, yaitu dengan aplikasi Edupongo yang menyediakan fitur fitur pembelajaran, manajemen sekolah, score nilai, presensi dan komunikasi realtime dengan orang tua siswa.Keywords: Strategi Inovasi, Kepala Madrasah, Smart Learning Ecosystem

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the work environment, the influence of organizational culture on the work environment, the impact of the work environment on work performance, the effect of transformational leadership on work performance through the work environment, and the influence of organizational culture on work performance through the work environment. Quantitative research using questionnaire data collection method. The population in this study were all employees at Non-Bank Islamic Financial Institutions (LKSNB), using a saturated sampling technique of 45 employees. Using path analysis with external model measurements, mediation tests, and internal model measurements. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on the work environment, organizational culture had a significant negative impact on the work environment, and work environment had a significant positive effect on work performance. The work environment can mediate the influence of transformational leadership on work performance. In comparison, the work environment has yet to mediate organizational culture's effect on performance. This research contributes to the relationship between transformational leadership behavior, organizational culture, work environment, and employee performance. Various variables are tested to provide results and a more comprehensive understanding of employee performance factors. Therefore, institutional leaders must have transformational abilities, work culture, and the environment by obtaining good information about their employees to achieve expected or significant results.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to reveal the effect of government role and human resource competence on level of success of SMEs in East Java Province with business performance as mediation variable. Using quantitative research, causal relationship across variables is ensured through SEM-PLS method. Sampling technique is purposive random sampling with 130 SMEs used as sample. Data collection technique is using questionnaire. The results of research show that government role and human resource competence affect level of success of SMEs in East Java Province; and business performance is the mediation variable to the effect of government role and human resource competence on level of success of SMEs in East Java Province.

Abstract

Southern Sumatra consists of the provinces of South Sumatra, Lampung, Jambi, Bengkulu, and the Bangka-Belitung Islands. These five provinces have the fastest recovering economic growth compared to other regions in Indonesia and the highest economic growth recovery in Sumatra from 2020-2021. Therefore, this study aims to analyze what factors influence economic growth in 60 cities/districts in Southern Sumatra.
