Abstract

Abstract : The aim of the research was to determine the effect of learning models on mathematics achievement viewed from prior competency. The learning models compared were TPS with scientific approach, PBL with scientific approach and direct learning. This was quasi-experimental research with 3x3 factorial design. The population were all students of Junior High School in Sragen. The samples of research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique and consisted of 297 students. The instruments used were mathematics achievement test and prior competency test. The data analysis technique used unbalanced two ways anova. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows. (1) The students treated with PBL learning model with scientific approach provided better learning achievement than those treated with TPS and those treated with direct learning model. The students treated with TPS learning model with scientific approach provided equal mathematics learning achievement to those treated with direct learning. (2) The students with high prior competency had better learning achievement than those with medium and those with low prior competencies. The students with medium prior competency had better learning achievement than those with low one. (3) In the TPS learning model with scientific approach and direct learning, the students with high and medium prior competencies had better learning achievement than those with low one. In the PBL learning model with scientific approach, the students with high prior competency had better learning achievement than those with low prior competencies and both of them provided the same learning achievement than those with medium one. (4) The students with high prior competency category had the same learning achievement in TPS type of learning model with scientific approach, PBL learning model with scientific approach and direct learning model. In medium prior competency category, PBL learning model with scientific approach provided better learning achievement than TPS learning model with scientific approach did, and both of them provided the same learning achievement as the direct learning did. Meanwhile in low prior competency category, PBL learning model with scientific approach provided better learning achievement than TPS learning model with scientific approach and direct learning model, and TPS learning model with scientific approach provided the same learning achievement as the direct learning did.Keywords: Mathematics Learning Achievement, TPS, PBL, Scientific Approach, Prior Competency

Abstract

The research to find out of the relation between viscosity of the liquid (using Viscosimeter Ostwald) to their indeks of refraction (using ABEE refractometer) have been done. It has been chossed the solution of sugar and also solution of salt, at some percentage of concentration (shown on that density variation), and measured their viscosity. Then, those solutions are measured their indeks of refraction. After that, it would be found the relation between their viscosity to their indeks of refraction. The conclusion, it could be found quite linearly graph of viscosity to indeks of refraction of sugar and salt solution for 10 up to 100% in concentration. Abstract

Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui atau mendeskripsikan sejauh mana peranan tim konstitusi dalam pemahaman hak konstitusional melalui budaya sekolah yang ada di SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan prosedur penelitian yang menggunakan kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Pembina Tim Konstitusi, anggota Tim Konstitusi dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang di lakukan di dalam ke anggotaan Tim Konstitusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa melalui budaya yang di terapkan d dalam Tim Konstitusi menjadikan siswa anggota Tim Konstitusi memiiliki pemahaman mengenai hak konstitusional sebagai warga negara. Dengan adanya pemahaman akan hak-hak konstitusional menjadikan anggota Tim Konstitusi mampu berpikir kritis, logis dan mampu menyampaikan pendapat di depan umum karena mereka terlatih untuk hal itu, sehingga hal tersebut secara tidak langsung menjadi teladan ataupun conoth bagi siswa maupun warga sekolah.

Abstract

Minuman isotonik merupakan minuman formulasi yang ditujukan untuk mengganticairan, karbohidrat, elektrolit dan mineral tubuh dengan cepat. Minuman isotoniksering dikonsumsi masyarakat tidak hanya sebagai pelepas dahaga atau rasa haus,tetapi juga memiliki kesehatan tertentu. Minuman isotonik dimanfaatkan olehorang yang sedang atau telah melalukan aktivitas fisik, Seperti bekerja danolahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Natrium Benzoatpada minuman isotonik berbagai merk yang dijual di salah satu Swalayan KotaCirebon dan untuk mengetahui kadar Natrium Benzoat pada minuman isotonikberbagai merk yang dijual di salah satu Swalayan Kota Cirebon. Minumanisotonik yang mengandung bahan pengawet khususnya natrium benzoat dalamjumlah berlebihan akan menggangu kesehatan manusia. Natrium benzoatcenderung diserap oleh lambung dan jika dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang besarakan mengiritasi lambung lalu merusak organ target (hati) setelah menumpuk satujumlah yang berlebihan. Penulisan penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif yaitu suatumetode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk membuat gambaranatau deskripsi suatu keadaan secara objektif. Penelitian ini dilakukanmenggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 1merek mengandung Natrium Benzoat dari 10 merek dan kadar natrium benzoatpada minuman isotonik didapatkan hasil rata-rata 250 mg/kg. Berdasarkan hasilpengolahan data statistik tersebut didapatkan nilai signifikasi (Sig. 1- tailed)sebesar 0.188a,b, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 0.05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan H0diterima dan H1 ditolak, hal tersebut menunjukan tidak terdapat Natrium Benzoatpada minuman isotonik yang dijual di salah satu Swalayan Kota Cirebon.Kata Kunci: Minuman Isotonik, Natrium Benzoat, Cirebon

Abstract

Malaysia merupakan peringkat pertama negara penerima ekspor kakao terbanyak dari Indonesia dengan volume mencapai 55,91 ribu ton atau sekitar 14% dari keseluruhan volume ekspor. Pemanfaatan limbah kulit biji kakao saat ini belum maksimal karena dinilai kurang ekonomis. Potensi dari pemanfaatan limbah kulit biji kakao yaitu dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha rumah tangga dengan nilai jual yang cukup tinggi dan keuntungan yang baik. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah (1) memberikan wawasan kepada Single Mother Community di Pusat Komuniti Desa (PKD) Pekan Nanas, Pontian mengenai pengolahan limbah kulit biji kakao menjadi olahan pangan; (2) memberikan pelatihan kepada Single Mother Community di Pusat Komuniti Desa (PKD) Pekan Nanas, Pontian dalam membuat cookies kulit biji kakao. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan dan demonstrasi dengan pendampingan praktik. Kegiatan pelatihan diakhiri dengan pengisian kuesioner uji hedonik untuk menilai kualitas produk yang telah dibuat. Hasil PKM yang dicapai adalah peningkatan dalam aspek (1) Wawasan Single Mother Community dalam pengolahan cookies kulit biji kakao dengan teknik pemanggangan meningkat, menunjukkan rata-rata score gain 0,5 dengan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 45% dari rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 47,1 dan post-test sebesar 70,8 dengan kategori “sedang” (2) Produk cookies kulit biji kakao disukai oleh peserta dengan skor penilaian pada aspek warna 4,7; aroma 4,6; rasa 4,4; dan tekstur 4,5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model kooperatif tipe numbered head together berbantuan video pembelajaran tahap hasil belajar pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Tempat penelitian berada di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Wringinanom, Gresik. Ada tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan analisis. Hasil analisis didapatkan hasil bahwa model kooperatif numbered head together dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kewarganegaraan. Hasil penelitian ini dirinci di bawah ini: pertama, adanya pengaruh model kerjasama tipe numbered together berbatuan video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar dari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan hasil post-test dari kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dipergunakan rumus uji-t (pollad variance), nilai terhitung dan postest adalah 4,48 dan tabel a = 5% adalah 2,0063. Karena terhitung > tabel (4,48>2,0063). Kedua, penerapan pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe numbered head together berbatuan video berpengaruh terhadap presentasi akademik peserta didik yang tinggi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan nilai efek terhitung sebanyak 0,84 pada tipe tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract. Many teachers still have not integrated STEAM-PjBL in learning. Students who are accustomed to conventional learning and have never operated a microscope as a tool in understanding science material. STEAM-PjBL learning is the right solution in facilitating and providing space for students to be able to overcome these problems, STEAM-PjBL is also a place to hone students' abilities and skills to face the demands of the current modernization era. The purpose of this activity is to introduce, implement and integrate STEAM-PjBL in science learning. The population in this activity is all 8th grade students of SMP 3 Karangmojo and the subject of the activity is class 8 B with a total of 30 people. The activity will be held on July 15, 2022. The stages of STEAM-PjBL integration consist of Reflection, Research, Discovery, Application and communication. The activities that have been carried out have given positive results, 80% of students "strongly agree" that learning science with the STEAM-PjBL model on the "simple microscope" project is interesting, fun, fosters enthusiasm, gives its own satisfaction in learning, makes it easier for students to understand the material and demands participation active studentsAbstrak. Banyak guru yang masih belum mengintegrasikan STEAM-PjBL dalam pembelajaran. Siswa yang terbiasa dengan pembelajaran konvensional dan belum pernah mengoperasikan mikroskop sebagai salah satu alat dalam memahami materi IPA. Pembelajaran STEAM-PjBL merupakan solusi tepat dalam memfasilitasi dan memberikan ruang kepada siswa untuk dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut, STEAM-PjBL juga menjadi wadah dalam mengasah kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa untuk menghadapi tuntutan era modernisasi saat ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan, menerapkan dan mengintegrasikan STEAM-PjBL pada pembelajaran IPA.  Populasi pada kegiatan ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 8 SMP 3 Karangmojo dan subjek kegiatannya adalah kelas 8 B dengan jumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 15 juli 2022. Tahapan integrasi STEAM-PjBL terdiri atas Reflection, Research, Discovery, Application dan communication. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan memberikan hasil yang positif, 80% siswa “sangat setuju” bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan model STEAM-PjBL pada proyek “mikroskop sederhana” menarik, menyenangkan, menumbuhkan semangat, memberikan kepuasan tersendiri dalam belajar, mempermudah siswa memahami materi dan menuntut partisipasi aktif siswa.

Abstract

Badan golgi berperan penting dalam pemrosesan, penyortiran, dan pengiriman protein, lipid, dan komponen seluler lainnya. Badan Golgi juga berfungsi untuk mengatur proses pengiriman, pelepasan, dan modifikasi protein setelah translasi, yang penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Badan Golgi dalam regulasi pertumbuhan sel kanker dan potensinya sebagai target terapi yang inovatif. Meskipun penelitian mengenai kemoterapi yang menargetkan badan golgi masih dalam tahap awal, tetapi beberapa pendekatan menjanjikan sedang diteliti yang mencakup penargetan protein gen interferon melalui jalur STING, pengarahan glikosilasi untuk mengatasi perubahan molekul gula dalam sel kanker, dan penargetan distribusi Golgi untuk menghambat proses distribusi protein di dalam sel sehingga mengurangi pertumbuhan tumor. Dengan metode penelitian studi literatur, penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa Badan Golgi dapat menjadi target potensial dalam terapi kanker dengan perannya dalam mekanisme sel kanker. Pentargetan glikosilasi yang terjadi di badan golgi serta pendekatan terapi GRASPIN dapat menghambat pertumbuhan tumor dan kapasitas metastasis sel kanker. Sehingga, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi gagasan baru untuk pengembangan terapi kanker yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background: The community lacks information, enthusiasm, and drive about the advantages of veggies and the development of methods for growing them that are simple to implement on little land. There are steps that may be taken to educate the public about vegetable production, which is simple to do in situations when planting space is few. Purpose: The community will get instruction from this program on how to connect aquaponics methods with produce cultivation. Method: partners from the East Jakartan community of Duren Sawit Village. There were fourteen people present. This is a hands-on approach to learning. One method of descriptive analysis is data measurement. A multiple-choice exam was used to gauge the participants' level of knowledge, and a questionnaire was used to gauge their interest, motivation, and satisfaction. Results: demonstrate that, with an average score of 74.64, the participant's comprehension of the training content was rather strong prior to its delivery. Following their participation in the program, participants' average score was 80.00. The average score on the pretest and the average score on the posttest differs significantly, as shown by the 2-tailed sig value of 0.009 <0.005 derived from the t-test findings. 84.5 and 89.3 respectively represent the average interest and motivation scores. The satisfaction level was measured on a scale from 75 to 100%. Conclusion: participant training exercises completing the task is able to grow vegetables on a small plot of land and comprehend their advantages.
