Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan primer manusia sehingga segala aktivitaskantor, rumah sakit, pelayanan publik, industri dan tempat tinggal pasti membutuhkan listrik. Ketika sumber listrik PLN mengalami gangguan maka perlu adanya cadangan listrik seperti halnya GENSET, hanya saja yang beradadipasaran kebanyakan tidak terdapat panel kontrol ATS AMF bertegangan rendah sehingga dibuatlah rancang bangun panel kontrol sistem ATS AMF berbasis Arduino yang terinformasi pada android yang mana untukmemudahkan dalam hal otomasi perpindahan daya antara sumber listrik PLN atau GENSET dan dapat memonitor sumber mana yang terpakai melalui Android. Hasilnya alat ini akan bekerja secara otomatis ketika listrik PLNterjadi gangguan dan membutuhkan starting genset sampai siap menyuplai daya selama 5 detik, jika listrik PLN kembali menyala maka genset secara otomatis akan mati. Kemudian jika alat ini gagal starting sebanyak 5 kalimaka buzzer akan berbunyi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya alat ini sudah bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

Di dunia industri pangan, pengawasan mutu pangan adalah hal yang mutlak harus diperhatikan. Semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan management keamanan pangan telah diatur oleh system HACCP (Hazard AnalysisCritical Point) salah satunya adalah proses pembersihan alatproduksi atau CIP (Cleaning In Place). Ada beberapaparameter yang harus dikontrol dalam proses CIP,diantaranya suhu dan konsentrasi bahan chemical yangdigunakan. Penggunaan metode pembersihan secara manualmempunyai banyak resiko, terkontaminasinya prodakkarena adanya deposit akibat dari proses CIP yang tidakstandar, tercampurnya prodak dengan bahan chemicalkarena kesalahan dalam membuka atau memasang valve dll.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuahsystem cleaning in place agar meminimalisir resikokesalahan pada saat proses CIP dan memonitoringparameter suhu dan konsentrasi bahan chemical. Pada alatini pengontrolan parameter cleaning in place pada saat proses CIP berlangsung, parameter yang terbaca akan dikirim ke web melalui internet dengan menggunakan module wifi pada ESP32 untuk dijadikan database dan ditampilkan secara realtime pada halaman web. Hasil pembacaan tersebut dapat diakases kapan pun dan dimana saja pada halaman web, tampilan web berupa grafik agarmempermudah pembacaan dan dapat didownload untuk keperluan dokumentasi.

Abstract

AbstrakTingkat keberhasilan pembangunan di kelurahan diukur dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Keluarga Berencana (BPMKB) Kota Bogor setiap tahunnya melaksanakan lomba kinerja kelurahan untuk mengevaluasinya. Dalam penentuan penetapan pemenang lomba kinerja kelurahan dinilai pada seleksi presentasi dan kunjungan lapang masih menghitung secara manual sehingga dibutuhkan Sistem pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu memberikan solusi alternatif untuk proses penilaian presentasi dan kunjungan lapang. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan lomba kinerja kelurahan ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), yang digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria dan alternatif. SPK ini menggunakan 3 jenis hak akses (roles) yaitu admin, juri dan pimpinan. Keluaran sistem adalah hasil angka perhitungan AHP yang merupakan rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan pemenang perlombaan. Hasil perhitungan menampikan bobo-bobot kriteria, yaitu : 0,167 untuk kriteria penguasaan materi ekspos, 0,056 untuk kriteria penampilan pemberi materi ekspos, 0,111 untuk kriteria ketepatan waktu ekspos, 0,222 untuk kriteria produk unggulan, dan 0,444 untuk kriteria inovasi. Dengan nilai bobot tersebut, ditampilkan hasil rekomendasi untuk pemenang dengan urutan ranking terbaik yaitu  kelurahan Menteng, kelurahan Cibadak, kelurahan Ciparigi, kelurahan Katulampa, kelurahan Cikaret, dan kelurahan Babakan Pasar.  AbstractThe level of success of the development in the village government is measured by certain criteria. The Bogor City of Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Keluarga Berencana (BPMKB) annually conducts urban village government performance competitions to evaluate it. In determining the determination of the winners of the kelurahan performance competition, the presentation selection and field visits were still counted manually so that a Decision Support System (DSS) was needed that was able to provide alternative solutions for the presentation process and field visits. The method used in the decision support system for this kelurahan performance competition is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is used for weighting criteria and alternatives. This DSS uses 3 types of access rights (roles), namely admin, jury and leader. System output is the result of the AHP calculation number which is a recommendation for decision makers in determining the winner of the race. The calculation results show the bobo-weight criteria, namely: 0.167 for mastery of exposure material criteria, 0.056 for the criteria for exposure material exposures, 0.111 for the criteria for exposure time, 0.222 for the criteria of superior products, and 0.444 for the criteria of innovation. With these weight values, the results of recommendations for winners with the best ranking are displayed, namely Menteng Village, Cibadak Village, Ciparigi Village, Katulampa Village, Cikaret Sub-District, and Babakan Pasar Village.

Abstract

Blood is the most important part of the body of living things. Blood circulates in the heart and blood vessels throughout the body carrying oxygen and nutrients. Types of blood tests performed include hemoglobin levels, blood cell count, hematocrit, ESR, erythrocyte index, hemostasis, blood type, diffcount (leukocyte count). One of the blood components circulating in the body that functions to transport oxygen and nutrients needed by cells is red blood cells (erythrocytes). On the surface of the red blood cell membrane there is a protein that determines the type of blood type. Blood type is a blood classification system based on the type of antigen it has. There are two most important types of blood types, namely A-B-O and Rhesus (Rh Factor). Blood transfusion from incompatible blood types can cause immunological transfusion reactions that result in hemolytic anemia, kidney failure, shock, and even death. Many people do not yet know the importance of blood type testing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out socialization and education with the aim of increasing knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of blood type testing. The media used related to the Education on the Importance of Blood Type Checks is socialization and education through poster media, as well as demonstrations at the end of the activity

Abstract

A safety instrumented system (SIS) is specifically designed to protect personnel, pieces of equipment, and the environment by reducing the likelihood or severity of the impact of identified emergency events. This review has five objectives, i.e., (i) to find the layers of protection, (ii) to figure out and implement the SIS through life cycle step design, (iii) to find the Safety Integrity Level (SIL), (iv) to find the Safety Requirement Specification (SRS), and (v) to figure out and think about the SIS design that will be used. The study's methods are algorithms that a researcher uses to carry out research in stages of achievement and accordance with research objectives. Referring to the review proposed, five results have been achieved, which are guided by the process stages. The SIS design has been implemented and can be used as a reference for understanding the basic concepts and instrumentation of process control systems. The second is figuring out and implementing the SIS, which is an essential stage in the life-cycle step process. The third, the SIL determination, can be done using qualitative or quantitative methods that involve evaluating two risk components, e.g., probability and severity, and lies in the risk levels and the weighting structure. Furthermore, a matrix shows many of the factors that are used to determine the SIL levels. Fourth, the SRS consists of two parts, i.e., requirement specification of the functional and the integrity. Fifth, one of the considerations in designing the SIS is the separation between the SIS and the BPCS, thereby reducing the possibility of both systems failing simultaneously. Finally, the consequences range from minor injury to high death, and the main conclusion in this article is that the concept system will make it easier to find references or get predictions for determining instrumentations and creating a process control system.

Abstract

Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease and is a problem throughout the world. Stroke is the third cause that can result in death and is a cause of invalidity/disability. Strokes in hypertension sufferers can be prevented by providing education using various media, including video media and booklets. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of counseling using video and booklet media on the level of knowledge of stroke prevention in hypertension patients. The research method uses a quasi-experimental pre-posttest with control design. The sample used was 30 respondents suffering from hypertension. Method analysis uses univariate and bivariate with dependent t-test statistics, while multivariate analysis using logistic regression test. The results of data analysis of respondent characteristics found that the majority of respondents were aged 60-74 years, female, had elementary-middle school education, and did not work in counseling groups with videos or booklets. The results of bivariate data analysis showed that there were differences in age and education level between the counseling groups using videos and booklets, but there were no differences in gender and employment status. There was a significant difference in the level of knowledge of stroke prevention in the counseling group with videos before and after the intervention (p value = 0.000) with a difference in knowledge score = 2.49, while in the counseling group with booklets before and after the intervention (p value = 0.000) with a difference in knowledge score = 1.44. When compared, the increase in knowledge scores in the video counseling group was higher than in the booklet counseling group. Multivariate test results showed that age, gender and education of hypertension sufferers had an effect on knowledge of stroke prevention with a value of p = 0.028. The conclusion is that there is an influence of counseling using video media and booklets on increasing knowledge of stroke prevention in hypertension sufferers and there is an influence of age, gender and education on knowledge of stroke prevention in hypertension patients.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja atau prestasi pegawai di RSUD Cibinong Bogor dinilai berdasarkan data sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) dan prilaku kerja. Saat ini, pengisian data SKP disusun secara manual oleh pegawai dengan mengisi formulir data sasaran kerja. Selanjutnya data SKP setiap pegawai diolah menggunakan microsoft excel. Penilaian SKP dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara realisasi kerja dengan target kerja yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Proses penilaian ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pejabat penilai. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memperoleh informasi kinerja atau prestasi pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapakan metode SKP dan prilaku kinerja pegawai dalam sistem infromasi penilaian kinerja pegawai. Sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pegawai dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasis website. Sistem informasi mengotomatisasi proses penilaian kinerja menjadi lebih cepat. Selain itu, mempermudah dalam melakukan analisa dan membandingkan realisasi kerja dengan target kerja setiap pegawai. Sistem informasi juga mempermudah pejabat penilai dan atasan pejabat penilai dalam memperoleh infromasi dan mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the lecture process was carried out online, so it impacted other academic activities such as the preparation of lecture schedules. The results of observations at the Faculty of Engineering and Science found that the practice of lecture schedules was carried out manually, such as the schedule coordination process was carried out face-to-face between study programs, faculties, and lecturers to overcome conflicts in the use of rooms and teaching time. Changes in the teaching schedule need to be re-checked on the use of the room and the lecturer's teaching time because it has not been documented with the information system. Hence, this study aims to build an information system for preparing lecture schedules using the Greedy Best First Search Method based on the willingness of lecturers to teach. The system was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) and testing using BlackBox testing. The results of this study succeeded in building a lecture scheduling information system that was able to generate lecture schedules automatically and quickly without having to coordinate face-to-face to support online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa/siswi akan pentingnya pemanfaatan ekstrak serai sebagai anti nyamuk. Serai wangi adalah tumbuhan anggota suku rumput-rumputan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bumbu dapur untuk mengharumkan makanan. Serai juga menghasilkan minyak, yang disebut minyak serai, yakni minyak atsiri yang diperoleh dengan jalan menyuling bagian atas tumbuhan tersebut. Minyak atsiri itu juga dapat digunakan untuk mengusir nyamuk. Dalam melawan nyamuk, ekstrak serai bisa menjadi solusi. Ekstrak ini merupakan senyawa kimia alamiah yang berbau khas dan dapat digunakan untuk menghindari gangguan/gigitan nyamuk. Program ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April tahun 2019 di SMAN 2 Sembawa dan sasaran kegiatannya adalah siswa/siswi SMAN 2 Sembawa tersebut. dalam melaksanakan program tersebut dilakukan beberapa tahapan seperti persiapan dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, dan dinas pendidikan setempat, melakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pemanfaatan ekstrak serai sebagai anti nyamuk. Harapanya setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini siswa/siswi tersebut mampu memanfatkan ekstrak serai sebagai anti nyamuk. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan para siswa dan siswi SMAN 2 Sembawa dapat membuat obat nyamuk yang berbahan dasar serai secara mandiri dan diaplikasikanya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta mampu mengembangkan metode ini sehingga menjadi produk yang jauh lebih baik dan bernilai ekonomis. The purpose of this program is to give students an understanding of the importance of using lemongrass extract as an anti-mosquito. Lemongrass is a plant member of grass tribes that is used as a spice to scent food. Lemongrass also produces oil, called lemongrass oil, which is essential oil obtained by distilling the top of the plant. Essential oils can also be used to repel mosquitoes. In the fight against mosquitoes, lemon grass extract can be a solution. This extract is a natural chemical compound that smells special and can be used to avoid mosquito bites. This program was carried out in April 2019 at SMAN 2 Sembawa and the target activities were the students of SMAN 2 Sembawa. In carrying out the program several stages were carried out such as preparation and coordination with the school, and the local education office, conducting health education on the use of lemongrass extract as an anti-mosquito. It is hoped that after this training the students will be able to use lemongrass extract as an anti-mosquito. The results of this activity are expected that the students of SMAN 2 Sembawa can independently make mosquito-based lemongrass and apply it in daily life and be able to develop this method so that it becomes a far better and economically valuable product.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi adalah penyakit yang tidak dapat diremehkan dan berbahaya. Penyakit ini sering disebut "Silent disease" karena tanda dan gejalanya tidak langsung terlihat saat melihat pasien dan dapat menyebabkan kematian yang tidak terduga. Mengidentifikasi hubungan diet rendah garam dan kepatuhann minum obat dengan tekanan darah pra-lansia hipertensi di Puskesmas Kelurahann Teluk Pucung. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan kuisioner. Uji statistik menggunakan chi-square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pra-lansia yang berobat di Puskesmas Kelurahan Teluk Pucung dengan usia 45 – 59 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen adalah diet rendah garam dan kepatuhan minum obat. Variabel dependen adalah tekanan darah dan variabel perancu adalah usia dan jenis kelamin responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dilakukan pada 62 responden, usia penderita hipertensi mayoritas berusia 57-59 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara diet rendah garam dengan tekanan darah (p-value 0,000) dan kepatuhan minum obat dengan tekanan darah (p value 0,014). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara diet rendah garam dan kepatuhann minum obat dengan tekanan darah pra-lansia hipertensi di Puskesmas Kelurahann Teluk Pucung.
