Abstract

This research aims to analyze the representation of emotions and religious meanings in Enzy Storia's speech on the Daniel Neighbor Kamu podcast episode "Through Tahajud Prayer, Enzy Storia Receives God's Miracles?". This study is based on a psycholinguistic approach that focuses on the relationship between the speaker's psychological processes and linguistic forms in oral communication. The research data was in the form of a transcript of a conversation between Enzy Storia and Daniel Mananta which was analyzed qualitatively descriptively with the technique of interpreting the meaning and context of speech. The results of the study showed that Enzy's linguistic expression reflected multi-layered emotional dynamics, starting from confusion, sadness, to the achievement of spiritual calm. Diction choices such as "I'm sincere" and "Oh Allah, if this is my way" show a change in self-perception from the crisis phase to religious acceptance. Through language, Enzy emphasizes the shift in emotional orientation from suffering to sincerity, as well as showing the function of language as a medium of psychological healing. This research proves that religious language is not only a means of expression of faith, but also a therapeutic instrument that helps individuals reorganize emotional and spiritual balance. Thus, Enzy's speech becomes an authentic representation of the relationship between language, emotions, and faith that reinforce each other in modern human communication. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis representasi emosi dan makna religius dalam tuturan Enzy Storia pada podcast Daniel Tetangga Kamu episode “Lewat Doa Tahajud, Enzy Storia Terima Mujizat Tuhan?”. Kajian ini berlandaskan pendekatan psikolinguistik yang menitikberatkan pada hubungan antara proses psikologis penutur dan bentuk linguistik dalam komunikasi lisan. Data penelitian berupa transkrip percakapan antara Enzy Storia dan Daniel Mananta yang dianalisis secara kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik interpretasi makna dan konteks tuturan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspresi linguistik Enzy mencerminkan dinamika emosi yang berlapis, dimulai dari kebingungan, kesedihan, hingga pencapaian ketenangan spiritual. Pilihan diksi seperti “aku ikhlasin aja” dan “Ya Allah, kalau memang ini jalan aku” menunjukkan perubahan persepsi diri dari fase krisis menuju penerimaan religius. Melalui bahasa, Enzy menegaskan pergeseran orientasi emosional dari penderitaan menjadi keikhlasan, serta memperlihatkan fungsi bahasa sebagai media penyembuhan psikologis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa bahasa religius tidak hanya sarana ekspresi keimanan, tetapi juga instrumen terapeutik yang membantu individu menata kembali keseimbangan emosional dan spiritual. Dengan demikian, tuturan Enzy menjadi representasi autentik hubungan antara bahasa, emosi, dan iman yang saling memperkuat dalam komunikasi manusia modern.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cases of non-physical bullying (verbal and relational) that are difficult to detect remain a major issue at SMP Negeri 3 Kawunganten. Students’ reluctance to report incidents makes it challenging for the school to monitor covert bullying behaviors. Pre-observation results from five classes (7A–7E) revealed a discrepancy between the low number of reports on physical bullying and the high occurrence of non-physical bullying, while the school lacks a specific instructional program focused on bullying prevention. Based on these problems, this study aims to examine the process and effectiveness of implementing Digital Fable Learning as an intervention to strengthen anti-bullying character. This research employed a qualitative case study approach using observation, interviews, and documentation. The intervention used a digital fable titled “The Patient Duck”, implemented through three stages: planning, implementation, and reflection/follow-up. The findings indicate that digital fable learning is an effective and structured method for developing anti-bullying character. The intervention strengthened five core character aspects: empathy, respect and tolerance, responsibility, self-control, and moral courage. The conflict narratives in the fable stimulated students’ affective and cognitive awareness and encouraged bystander moral responsibility to report incidents and act fairly. These outcomes help the school identify non-physical bullying cases that are often hidden. The study recommends integrating digital fable learning into the curriculum and supporting it with a more structured digital reporting system. ABSTRAK Kasus bullying nonfisik (verbal dan relasional) yang sulit terdeteksi masih menjadi persoalan utama di SMP Negeri 3 Kawunganten. Minimnya keberanian siswa untuk melaporkan insiden membuat sekolah kesulitan memantau perilaku bullying yang bersifat terselubung. Hasil pra-observasi pada lima kelas (7A–7E) menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara rendahnya laporan bullying fisik dan tingginya kasus bullying nonfisik, sementara sekolah belum memiliki program pembelajaran spesifik yang berfokus pada pencegahan bullying. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji proses dan efektivitas implementasi Pembelajaran Fabel Digital sebagai intervensi penguatan karakter anti-bullying. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Intervensi dilakukan melalui fabel digital “Bebek yang Sabar” yang diterapkan dalam tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran fabel digital merupakan metode yang efektif dan terstruktur dalam membangun karakter anti-bullying. Intervensi ini memperkuat lima aspek karakter utama, yakni empati, respek dan toleransi, tanggung jawab, kontrol diri, dan keberanian moral. Narasi konflik dalam fabel mampu memicu kesadaran afektif dan kognitif siswa, serta mendorong tanggung jawab moral saksi (bystander responsibility) untuk melapor dan bertindak adil. Temuan ini membantu sekolah dalam mengidentifikasi kasus bullying nonfisik yang selama ini sulit terlihat. Penelitian merekomendasikan integrasi pembelajaran fabel digital ke dalam kurikulum serta dukungan sistem pelaporan digital yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of language errors found in students’ descriptive texts, examine the contributing factors, and explain their implications for Indonesian language learning. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Cilacap using a descriptive qualitative approach and a content analysis method applied to 64 descriptive texts written by ninth-grade students. The data were collected through documentation and analyzed through several stages, including error detection, categorization of deviations, interpretation of causal factors, and formulation of pedagogical implications. The findings indicate that the students' language errors fall into four major categories: spelling errors (37.8%), inappropriate word choice (25%), sentence structure errors (23.2%), and issues related to cohesion and coherence (14%). These errors arise from internal factors, such as limited linguistic mastery, interference from the first language, and low motivation to write. External factors, including teaching practices that focus primarily on the final product, limited writing exercises, and insufficient feedback, also contribute to the frequency of errors. These results highlight the need to strengthen writing instruction, particularly through strategies that incorporate error analysis, authentic assessment rubrics, and a process-oriented writing approach that guides students in revising and reflecting on their work. Overall, the study emphasizes that mapping language errors can serve as a basis for improving students’ linguistic competence in producing descriptive texts. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap ragam kesalahan berbahasa dalam teks deskripsi karya siswa SMP, menelaah faktor yang melatarbelakanginya, serta menjabarkan dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Kajian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Cilacap melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap 64 teks deskripsi siswa kelas IX. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan penelusuran kesalahan, pengelompokan bentuk penyimpangan, penafsiran penyebab, dan penentuan konsekuensi pedagogis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kesalahan bahasa yang muncul mencakup empat kategori utama, yaitu ejaan sebesar 37,8%, pemilihan kata 25%, struktur kalimat 23,2%, serta kohesi dan koherensi 14%. Sumber kesalahan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal berupa keterbatasan penguasaan bahasa, campur tangan bahasa pertama, serta motivasi menulis yang belum optimal. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti pola pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan pada produk akhir, minimnya kesempatan berlatih, dan kurangnya umpan balik juga berperan dalam meningkatkan frekuensi kesalahan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting bagi penguatan pembelajaran menulis, khususnya melalui penerapan strategi yang menekankan analisis kesalahan, perancangan rubrik penilaian yang lebih autentik, serta penerapan tahapan menulis yang menuntun siswa merevisi dan merefleksi hasil tulisannya. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemetaan kesalahan berbahasa dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kebahasaan siswa dalam menyusun teks deskripsi.

Abstract

The phenomenon of psychological trauma revealed through language is an important issue in modern psycholinguistic studies. Language not only serves as a means of communication, but also as a container of inner expression that reflects emotional wounds and the process of self-healing. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Farel Prayoga's speech in the podcast Curhat Bang Denny Sumargo, which shows typical linguistic symptoms of trauma such as interrupted speech, euphemisms, and changes in intonation and facial expressions. This case shows how traumatic experiences can affect language systems and become a form of unconventional emotional communication. This study aims to describe the forms of trauma language that appear in Farel Prayoga's speech, analyze its relationship with the speaker's psychological condition, and interpret the role of language as a means of self-reconstruction and trauma recovery. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a narrative psycholinguistic approach, using Cathy Caruth's narrative trauma theory as an analytical framework. Data were collected through Miles and Huberman's observation, transcription, and interactive analysis, taking into account verbal (sentence structure, word choice, prosody) and nonverbal (facial expressions, gestures, intonation) aspects. The results of the study showed that trauma is manifested through fragmentary linguistic patterns, word repetition, and procedural irregularities that indicate emotional burden. The choice of euphemisms and long pauses becomes a self-defense mechanism, while body gestures and facial expressions reinforce indications of trauma that have not been fully integrated in consciousness. Language in this context not only represents wounds, but also becomes a therapeutic space (healing discourse) in which individuals try to rearrange the meaning of their lives. Theoretically, this research expands the study of psycholinguistics by integrating the concept of narrative trauma in the context of digital communication. Practically, these findings have implications for the development of narrative therapy, language education, and emotional literacy in society. In conclusion, language is not just a cognitive action, but a therapeutic process that allows humans to face, process, and heal trauma through the power of speech. ABSTRAK Fenomena trauma psikologis yang diungkap melalui bahasa menjadi isu penting dalam kajian psikolinguistik modern. Bahasa tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai wadah ekspresi batin yang mencerminkan luka emosional dan proses penyembuhan diri. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena tuturan Farel Prayoga dalam podcast Curhat Bang Denny Sumargo, yang memperlihatkan gejala linguistik khas trauma seperti tuturan terputus, eufemisme, serta perubahan intonasi dan ekspresi wajah. Kasus ini menunjukkan bagaimana pengalaman traumatik dapat memengaruhi sistem bahasa dan menjadi bentuk komunikasi emosional nonkonvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk bahasa trauma yang muncul dalam tuturan Farel Prayoga, menganalisis kaitannya dengan kondisi psikologis penutur, serta menafsirkan peran bahasa sebagai sarana rekonstruksi diri dan pemulihan trauma. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan psikolinguistik naratif, menggunakan teori trauma naratif Cathy Caruth sebagai kerangka analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, transkripsi, dan analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek verbal (struktur kalimat, pilihan kata, prosodi) dan nonverbal (mimik wajah, gestur, intonasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trauma terwujud melalui pola linguistik yang fragmentaris, pengulangan kata, serta ketidakteraturan prosodi yang menandakan beban emosional. Pilihan eufemisme dan jeda panjang menjadi mekanisme pertahanan diri, sementara gestur tubuh dan ekspresi wajah memperkuat indikasi trauma yang belum terintegrasi secara utuh dalam kesadaran. Bahasa dalam konteks ini tidak hanya merepresentasikan luka, tetapi juga menjadi ruang terapeutik (healing discourse) di mana individu berusaha menata kembali makna hidupnya. Secara teori, penelitian ini memperluas kajian psikolinguistik dengan mengintegrasikan konsep trauma naratif dalam konteks komunikasi digital. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan terapi naratif, pendidikan bahasa, dan literasi emosional di masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, berbahasa bukan sekadar tindakan kognitif, melainkan proses terapeutik yang memungkinkan manusia menghadapi, mengolah, dan menyembuhkan trauma melalui kekuatan tutur.

Abstract

This study examines how social inequality is represented in Instagram digital comics @komikfaktap throughout 2024. Using Teun A. van Dijk's Critical Discourse approach, this study seeks to understand not only the messages in text and images, but also the way comics shape, influence, and strengthen the social meaning of their readers. Comics were chosen purposively because they contain social issues that reflect the dynamics of politics, economy, education, and power relations that are close to the daily experience of society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained through a purposive sampling technique on digital comic uploads on @komikfaktap's Instagram account, which was collected through documentation in the form of screenshots and recording supporting information. The data were then analyzed by paying attention to the structure of the discourse (macrostructure, microstructure, and superstructure), social cognition, and social context according to Teun A. van Dijk's framework. The findings of the study show that most of the comics (55.6%) highlight the inequality of democracy and political practices. Others discussed economic policies (22.2%), stagnant education situation (11.1%), and various forms of international dominance (11.1%). The results of the analysis showed that the comics used humor, visual metaphors, and symbols that were easily recognizable, so that the social criticism conveyed felt light but still sharp. In terms of social cognition, comics make use of the reader's collective memory and life experiences, making the criticism displayed not only entertainment, but also reflection. In a broader social context, comics serve as an alternative space in providing the public with an opportunity to see the power structures at work in everyday life. The results of this study show that digital comics not only function as an entertainment medium, but also as a means of critical literacy that is able to reach a wide audience quickly and effectively. Follow-up research can broaden the focus to help shape the power of disseminating critical discourse on social media

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of Canva-based Indonesian language learning in transforming procedural texts into infographics for ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung, to identify the challenges faced by teachers and students, and to analyze students’ responses to the learning process. Procedural text learning, which has traditionally focused on linguistic structure, is often considered less engaging; therefore, learning innovation that integrates digital technology and 21st-century skills is required. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with ninth-grade students as the research subjects. The research stages included lesson planning using Canva, implementation of learning activities involving the transformation of procedural texts into infographic formats, and evaluation through reflection and analysis of students’ responses. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and questionnaires to assess students’ perceptions. The results indicate that the use of Canva increased student engagement, creativity, and the ability to present information visually. The challenges encountered included limited access to digital devices and varying levels of students’ digital literacy. Overall, students showed positive responses, perceiving the learning activities as interesting, easy to understand, and helpful in improving their comprehension of procedural texts. In conclusion, Canva-based learning is an effective and innovative alternative for teaching procedural texts in Indonesian language classes. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis Canva dalam mentransformasikan teks prosedur menjadi infografik pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi guru dan siswa, serta menganalisis respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran tersebut. Pembelajaran teks prosedur yang selama ini cenderung berorientasi pada struktur kebahasaan dinilai kurang menarik, sehingga diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dan penguatan keterampilan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek siswa kelas IX. Tahapan penelitian meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis Canva, pelaksanaan pembelajaran transformasi teks prosedur ke bentuk infografik, serta evaluasi melalui refleksi dan pengumpulan respons siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta penyebaran angket untuk mengetahui respons siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Canva mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, kreativitas, serta kemampuan menyajikan informasi secara visual. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan akses perangkat dan variasi kemampuan literasi digital siswa. Secara umum, siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap pembelajaran ini karena dianggap menarik, mudah dipahami, dan membantu pemahaman materi. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis Canva efektif sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran teks prosedur.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The folk tale Timun Mas is one of the popular traditional stories rich in moral values and is often used as teaching material in junior high school literature classes. However, interpretations of characters in folk tales are not always singular and can be critically analyzed by students. This study aims to describe the attitudes of eighth-grade students toward the mother’s character in the Timun Mas folk tale, particularly regarding the mother’s act of breaking her promise to the giant. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects were 34 students of class VIII-A at SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions, and then analyzed thematically. The results indicate a variation in students’ attitudes toward the mother’s character. Most students viewed Timun Mas’s mother as intelligent, loving, and willing to sacrifice for her child’s safety. However, some students considered the act of breaking a promise as less commendable and contrary to the value of honesty. This study shows that eighth-grade students are capable of evaluating folk tale characters critically, not only based on explicit moral messages but also by considering context, conflicts, and the characters’ moral dilemmas. Therefore, the study recommends implementing literature learning based on critical analysis so that students can develop reflective thinking skills and not accept moral values uncritically. ABSTRAK Cerita rakyat Timun Mas merupakan salah satu cerita tradisional yang populer dan sarat nilai moral sehingga sering digunakan sebagai bahan ajar sastra di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Namun, pemaknaan terhadap tokoh dalam cerita rakyat tidak selalu bersifat tunggal dan dapat ditafsirkan secara kritis oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sikap murid kelas VIII SMP terhadap karakter ibu dalam cerita rakyat Timun Mas, khususnya terkait tindakan ibu Timun Mas yang mengingkari janji kepada raksasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 34 murid kelas VIII-A SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket terbuka, wawancara mendalam, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi sikap murid dalam menilai karakter ibu Timun Mas. Sebagian besar murid memandang ibu Timun Mas sebagai sosok yang cerdas, penuh kasih sayang, dan rela berkorban demi keselamatan anaknya. Namun, sebagian murid lainnya menilai tindakan mengingkari janji sebagai perilaku yang kurang terpuji dan bertentangan dengan nilai kejujuran. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa murid kelas VIII SMP mampu menilai tokoh cerita rakyat secara kritis, tidak hanya berdasarkan pesan moral eksplisit, tetapi juga dengan mempertimbangkan konteks, konflik, dan dilema moral tokoh. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pembelajaran sastra berbasis analisis kritis agar murid dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir reflektif dan tidak menerima nilai moral secara tunggal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the types of psychogenic disorders experienced by King Aloy in the YouTube video titled “Aloy Gak Mood Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy Sembah Aloy Supaya Mau Syuting” (Aloy is not in the mood, Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy begs Aloy to film). The method used was qualitative with data collection techniques of observation and note-taking, namely by observing King Aloy's conversations and body movements throughout the video. Based on the results of the analysis, five types of psychogenic tics were found, namely echolalia, echopraxia, coprolalia, autoecolalia, and automatic obedience. The symptom of echolalia was evident when King Aloy repeated words spoken by others, such as “best moment.” Echopraxia appeared when he imitated Desta's bowing gesture. Coprolalia was evident in his spontaneous exclamation of ‘goblok’ (stupid) when he was surprised. Autoecholalia was seen when he repeated his own words, such as “lah, lah” and “padel, padel.” Meanwhile, automatic obedience is seen when he raises his eyebrows or imitates the “Opa Gangnam Style” movement after being commanded or provoked verbally. The results of the study show that King Aloy's echolalia behavior often experiences psychogenic echolalia, namely autoecolalia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis-jenis gangguan psikogenik latah yang dialami oleh King Aloy dalam tayangan YouTube Vindes berjudul “Aloy Gak Mood Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy Sembah Aloy Supaya Mau Syuting”. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data simak dan catat, yaitu dengan menyimak percakapan dan gerak tubuh King Aloy selama video berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan lima jenis gangguan psikogenik latah, yaitu Ekolalia, Ekopraksia, koprolalia, autoEkolalia, dan automatic obedience. Gejala Ekolalia tampak ketika King Aloy mengulang kata yang diucapkan orang lain, seperti “best moment”. Ekopraksia muncul saat ia menirukan gerakan Desta yang membungkuk. Koprolalia tampak dari ucapan spontan “goblok” ketika terkejut. AutoEkolalia terlihat ketika ia mengulang kata-katanya sendiri seperti “lah, lah” dan “padel, padel”. Sedangkan automatic obedience terlihat ketika ia menaikkan alis atau menirukan gerakan “Opa Gangnam Style” setelah diperintah atau dipancing secara verbal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku latah King Aloy sering mengalami gangguan psikogenik lata yaitu autoEkolalia.

Abstract

The Banyumasan dialect or better known as "Ngapak" is part of the Javanese dialect which has striking phonological characteristics when compared to the Mataraman dialect. This study aims to describe the form of phoneme variation in the Banyumasan dialect spoken in two regions, namely Banyumas Regency and Cilacap Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through a dialectological approach, focusing on phoneme units as the smallest unit in the language sound system. The results of field observations and direct interaction with native speakers from Banyumas and Cilacap show that there are several forms of phonemic variation, including: (1) apokope, which is the elimination of vowel sounds at the end of words, such as in the word "koe" which becomes "ko" or "uwis" becomes "wis"; (2) the addition of phonemes, especially epenetic vowels that are added to refine articulation, such as in the word "arep" which becomes "arepan"; and (3) consonant substitution, e.g. simplification of the phoneme /ai/ which is reduced to /i/ in the word "wae" to "baen", or the change of the phoneme /n/ to /ɲ/ (ng) in the phrase "nang endi" which changes to "ngendi". This phonemic analysis shows that each change has a certain pattern that reflects systemic consistency in people's spoken language. This not only reflects linguistic adaptations to local communication needs, but also demonstrates the social function of language variation as part of community identity. In other words, the phonemic differences found are not just deviations from the standard form, but a reflection of the typical phonological structure that develops naturally in the Banyumasan language community. This research also strengthens the understanding of regional language dynamics and the importance of preserving local languages in the midst of globalization.
