Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan pada era 5.0 ini dalam kompetensi profesional seorang guru adalah kemampuan untuk berinovasi dalam membuat media pembelajaran serta mengembangkannya. Pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa video pembelajaran sangat penting agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar, proses belajar dan hasil belajar serta tidak melenceng dari kompetensi yang ingin dicapai. Perkembangan teknologi masa kini yang semakin canggih mengakibatkan berubahnya paradigma cara belajar mengajar, dimana guru dituntut untuk terus berinovasi mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Salah satunya berupa video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, diadakan pelatihan pembuatan Video Pembelajaran untuk Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Siswa Bagi Guru SMA PGRI 4 Padang. Adapun metode yang dilakukan adalah berupa tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi dinilai video yag telah dibuat oleh guru dan pengisian angket kepuasan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini, guru dapat lebih termotivasi dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berupa video pembelajaran yangkreatif dan inovatif sehingga sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa di sekolah tersebut dan membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan paham terhadap materi pembelajaran yang diberikan.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum requires teachers to innovate by utilizing technology. Therefore, teacher skills are needed in using technology, not only in delivering material but also in designing learning assessments. However, the teacher's knowledge at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang in designing electronic-based learning assessments is still very limited. As a manifestation of Higher Education's Tri Dharma, community service activities are carried out in the form of training, with the title "Training in Making Interactive Quiz-Based Learning Assessments for Mathematics Teachers at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang". The aim of the training is for teachers to: 1) familiar with the IT-based evaluation system, 2) teacher able to compose questions using an IT-based assessment model in the form of interactive quizzes independently; 3) teacher able to apply the evaluation system in learning. The application used in making the assessment is Kahoot. The method applied in this training is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. After the training activities the team gave a questionnaire to see the achievement of the objectives of the training activities. This training data analysis uses percentage calculations. Based on the results of the analysis of the implementation of training activities, it was concluded that 1) The teacher's skills in using ka-hoot to make learning evaluation instruments increased, 2) Teachers better understood the importance of making online evaluation instruments, 3) These training activities could improve skills, creativity and the quality of learning evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah instrumen yang telah dikembangkan sesuai untuk dijadikan alat tes diagnostik bagi siswa kelas XI di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang melalui analisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan berasal dari nilai yang diperoleh siswa saat mengerjakan tes ini. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 22 siswa dari kelas XI SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pernyataan yang dihasilkan adalah valid dan reliabel. Analisis validitas dari instrumen penilaian ini secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa 12 item pertanyaan, atau 80%, tergolong valid, sedangkan 3 item pertanyaan, atau 20%, dinyatakan tidak valid. Nilai reliabilitas dari pertanyaan tersebut adalah 0,879 menurut perhitungan yang menggunakan rumus KR20. Tingkat reliabilitas tersebut sangat tinggi jika berada di angka 0,80 <1,00 , sesuai dengan kategori koefisien Guilford.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of students' mathematical concepts and during the learning process, students are not yet active in learning mathematics. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the understanding of mathematical concepts of class XI F3 students of SMA Negeri 4 Sijunjung. This type of research is experimental research. The design used in this study is the Pre-Experiment design with the concept used in this study is one group posttest only design. The study population was class XI F3 students of SMA Negeri 4 Sijunjung in the 2024/2025 academic year consisting of 3 classes. The sampling technique was carried out by Purposive Sampling. The instrument used in this study was a post-test in the form of an essay. The test statistics used for hypothesis testing are the one Sample T-Test.The results of the hypothesis test obtained t_count = 0.892 while t_table = 2.052 because t_count <t_table then accept H_0 with a real level of 0.05 meaning that the hypothesis is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no influence of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the understanding of mathematical concepts of class XI F3 students of SMA Negeri 4 Sijunjung.

Abstract

Pendidikan itu tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan hakikat manusia, karena pada hakikatnya manusia adalah makhluk yang dapat dididik dan harus mendapatkan pendidikan. Fungsi pendidikan adalah mempersiapkan anggota masyarakat untuk bisa mandiri dan mampu mencari nafkah sendiri, dan memberikan sumber inovasi sosial dalam masyarakat. Namun, pemahaman dan konsep pendidikan belum banyak dimengerti dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data dan bahan yang dimaksud dapat diperoleh dari kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, ensiklopedia, dan sumber lainnya. Teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data penulisan artikel ini adalah library reseach, yaitu suatu riset kepustakaan atau penelitian murni. Pendidikan bermaksud membantu peserta didik untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi-potensi kemanusiaannya. Potensi kemanusiaan merupakan benih kemungkinan untuk menjadi manusia. Tugas mendidik hanya mungkin dilakukan dengan benar dan tepat tujuan, jika pendidik memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang siapa manusia itu sebenarnya.  Pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem sosial, karena ia merupakan produk yang lahir dan tumbuh dalam masyarakat pembangunnya. Pendidikan merupakan gambaran kemajuan dari suatu masyarakat. Pendidikan membantu individu membuat keputusan yang baik dan meningkatkan peluang mereka untuk berhasil dalam hidup. Faktor-faktor pendidikan adalah tujuan, alat, pendidik, peserta didik, dan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the errors made by students in working on math story problems on the subject of the matrix based on Watson's error criteria. This type of research was descriptive research with quantitative methods. This study's data collection techniques used the method of tests, interviews, and documentation, while the subjects in this study were 35 people. The test was carried out only once with many questions of 4 story questions. Then the data obtained were analyzed by data triangulation techniques. This study indicated that most errors made by students were incorrect data errors (inappropriate data / ID) with an error percentage of 20.39%. In comparison, the minor errors made by students were omitted data (OD) errors with an error percentage of 2.63%. For the omitted conclusion (OC) error, response level conflict (RLC), indirect manipulation (UM), skill hierarchy problem (SHP), and in addition to the seven errors (others/ O) with an error percentage range of 10%≤ P<25% and for inappropriate procedure errors (IP) with an error percentage range of P <10%. The causes of errors were lack of accuracy in reading and solving problems, errors in performing calculations, errors in using formulas, and lack of understanding of the material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the understanding of students' mathematical concepts in the learning process which is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of learning models on students' understanding of mathematical concepts and to determine whether there is an effect of students' academic ability level on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in Phase F IPA MAN 1 Padang Pariaman. This type of research is posstest-only control group design. This study uses the one-sample kolmogorof-smirnov method to determine whether the data under study is normally distributed. The data analysis technique in this study is the ANCOVA Test with the help of SPSS 22.0 Windows. From the results of the ANCOVA Test calculation, the sig value = 0.000 is obtained which means sig 0.05 then H_0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the learning model on the understanding of mathematical concepts of Phase F science students MAN 1 Padang Pariaman. For the level of students' academic ability, sig 0.05 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the level of students' academic ability affects the understanding of students' mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Self-efficacy of students in class XI TSM B SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi is still low so it has a negative impact on self-efficacy and student mathematics learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine how students' self efficacy after applying Think  pair square type cooperative learning models. This type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were all students of class XI TSM SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi, amounting to two classes. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The class chosen as the sample class is XI TSM B. To obtain the research data, an instrument in the form of a self efficacy questionnaire was used to interpret the self efficacy scores. The results obtained were 20% for the very strong criteria and 80% for the strong criteria, with an average of all indicators being 64.53% including the strong criteria. Dare to face the challenges is at the highest percentage with a percentage of 67.36% which is included in the strong criteria. He was sure that his success would be at the lowest percentage with the percentage of 60.19% and included in the strong criteria. It can be concluded that the students' self-efficacy during the application of Think  pair square type cooperative learning models in class XI TSM B SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi Solok Regency with strong criteria on each indicator and needed continuous and continuous development Self efficacy siswa di kelas XI TSM B SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi masih rendah sehingga berakibat terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah self efficacy siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think  pair Square. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dekriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TSM B. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa angket self efficacy dengan cara menginterpretasikan skor self efficacy. Hasil persentase rata-rata seluruh indikator adalah 64,53% termasuk pada kriteria kuat. Indikator Berani menghadapi tantangan berada pada persentase tertinggi dengan jumlah persentase sebesar 67,36% yang termasuk pada kriteria kuat. Yakin akan keberhasilan dirinya berada pada persentase terendah dengan jumlah persentase yaitu 60,19% dan termasuk pada kriteria kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Self efficacy siswa selama penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think  pair square di kelas XI TSM B SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok dengan kriteria kuat pada masing-masing indikator dan diperlukan pengembangan secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student engagement and understanding in mathematics learning, particularly in probability, due to the limited use of teaching materials, which are limited to printed textbooks and have not been integrated with technology. Students require interactive, engaging, and easily accessible teaching materials to support differentiated learning in the Independent Curriculum. This research aims to develop a valid and practical Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based differentiated electronic student worksheet (LKPD) with QR codes for use in mathematics learning on probability. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects included a mathematics educator and 14 tenth-grade students from SMA Negeri 1 Rambatan, with both high and low abilities. The research instruments included a characteristic questionnaire, validation sheet, practicality questionnaire, and interview guide, which were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the developed electronic student worksheet achieved a validity score of 90.8% (categorized as very valid). The practicality score was 94.17% from teachers and 90% from students (very practical category). Thus, the QR Code-assisted PjBL-based e-LKPD is declared valid, practical, and suitable for use as a mathematics learning medium for probability.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' low enthusiasm to participate in mathematics. Students are more interested in using technological developments in learning because they look attractive, simple, and practical. This research aims to produce learning media based on Android using a valid and practical Smart Apps Creator. This research type is often known as Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The participants in this study were XI IPA students at SMAN 1 X Koto in the Tanah Datar region. Validation questionnaires and practicality test questionnaires were the instruments utilized in this investigation. The percentage of the final assessment of the validity of learning media was 92.5%, with a very valid category based on the findings of the validator's assessment, which included media specialists and material experts. The teacher received a total score of 100% in the extremely practical area for the practicality rating. The pupils' ultimate practicality score fell into the very practical group with an 83.24% percentage. With a typical rate of 91.6%, using media is feasible. Based on the study's findings, the Smart Apps Creator-based Android learning resources for class XI IPA SMAN 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency have been deemed legitimate and workable for usage by instructors and students.
