Abstract

One of the most productive financing products is KPR Syari'ah. The KPRS application at BJS Kediri uses two contracts, namely Murabahah and Musyarakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ). The difference in contracts causes different performance results for KPRS, especially in terms of profitability. Then, which contract has the potential to be more profitable for BJS Kediri? This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample is 28 from the performance and financial statements for the period 2016–2022. Data collection using documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data processing and analysis techniques used are the Coefficient of Determination Test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS 29.0 Software for Window. The results showed that the contract that affects the profitability of BJS is MMQ, while the Murabahah contract. Then, NPF only moderated the effect of Murabahah on BJS Profitability and not on MMQ. Researchers concluded that the KPRS contract that is more profitable for BJS is MMQ, but it still requires more attention in several aspects such as promotion and recording system.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Malang, and students of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, which was carried out in Joho Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. Targeting UMKM actors. The main objective of this activity is to improve skills in the economic field, especially digital marketing and packaging of UMKM products. This mentoring activity was carried out through a workshop that was held for several days, targeting UMKM actors of approximately 24 participants. The workshop material consisted of literature about digital marketing, including marketing strategies that study how to promote products through digital media to reach consumers quickly, precisely, personally, and relevantly. Material on product packaging includes processes related to designing and manufacturing containers or wrappers to protect a product. The obstacles faced in this mentoring include the lack of education about digital marketing, product packaging, and internet networks, and they only rely on offline sales, so product sales are not yet widespread. It is expected that with this assistance, the ability of MSME actors in digital marketing and product packaging strategies will increase.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang terus merambah pada dunia ekonomi melahirkan berbagai layanan keuangan berbasis digital. Implementasi fintech tidak hanya berokus pada pembiayaan tetapi juga pada layanan kredit yang kemudian melahirkan Hasanah Card aplikasi kredit berdasarkan prinsip syari’ah yang dikeluarkan secara sah oleh PT Bank Syari’ah Indonesia. Peneltian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan data sekunder didapatkan dari berbagai sumber referensi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya teknologi turut berperan atas perkembangan ekonomi saat ini. Melahirkan berbagai inovasi layanan keuangan yang lebih efisien. Penggunaan Hasanah Card sebagai kartu kredit digital berbasis aplikasi dinilai lebih mempermudah para penggunanya menjadi salah satu bukti peran teknologi dalam membantu efektivitas layanan Bank Syari’ah terhadap para nasabahnya.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in the 5.0 and modern era, effective and efficient communication continues to develop, hence the creation of the internet. The Internet is used by people and organizations to conduct business. For banking, one form of service implemented in the digital era is mobile banking. Bank Jatim Syari'ah launched the latest product in the digitalization era, namely JConnect Mobile with its various features. This study aims to determine the role of JConnect mobile in improving services to customers of Bank Jatim Syari'ah, this research uses qualitative research with library research methods and direct field studies, so not only from theory but going directly to the field to research. Jconnect mobile service quality through the dimensions of security, speed and accuracy has an important role in improving services to customers using JConnect mobile products.
