Abstract

Smoking exposure among pregnant women is correlated with the risk of low birth weight. The policy factors are believed to contribute to the rate or prevalence of smoking activities. This study aims to simultaneously portray the incidence of low-birth-weight newborns correlated with smoking exposure. The samples were 160 respondents, with 57 and 103 respondents in Hospital A and G respectively. A mixed-method analysis was utilized by combining a retrospective approach to identify the key findings and be equipped with a narrative analysis of the socio-demographic - law enforcement process. The Spearman correlation analysis was used for investigating correlation among variables. Spearman correlation test smoking exposure per day in minutes (rho= -0.595, p<0.001) and the number of smokers (rho= -0.621, p<0.001) for Hospital A, and smoking exposure per day in minutes (rho= -0.681, p<0.001) and the number of smokers (rho= -0.613, p<0.001) for Hospital G. It implied a strong correlation of inverse relationship among those variables. Smoke-free law enforcement is a key point to address, aiming at vulnerable group protection, including pregnant mothers and babies. The local government should consider the effects affected by smoking behavior in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies are carried out by the Rumah Kurasi in increasing effective sales through the TikTok platform. The method used in this study is with a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is a field research and the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that various TikTok features can make it easier for the Rumah Kurasi to create interesting content so that it can increase the audience. The large audience of content is very helpful for the Rumah Kurasi in marketing its products. Sales promotion through curated product reviews through live TikTok can increase effective sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the online marketing model using Facebook Ads implemented by Rumah Curasi as a Professional Curator. Applied to MSMEs under the guidance of the Curation House as an effort to advance the promotions carried out. Online promotion is a promotional method carried out using internet media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and the like. The research method used is a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews and official documents, while secondary data comes from supporting data found in the field. The results of the research carried out are that Rumah Curasi implements an online marketing model using Facebook Ads. The use of the online marketing model with Facebook Ads has quite potential, because Facebook is still a social media that is loved by many Indonesian people. By utilizing advertising on Facebook Ads, it is hoped that it can increase the sales volume of Kediri MSME products. Keywords : Facebook Ads , MSMEs , and Sales Volume .

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the digital economy in the performance of modern markets in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data from various books and journals whose research focus is the same as the title of the research being studied. The research results show that the digital business economy has provided opportunities for entrepreneurs in the future. By using digital everyone can advance their business and gain profits. With this modern market, consumers will find it easier to access transactions with traders in unlimited areas. However, on the other hand, the modern market also has a negative impact on the Indonesian economy, such as the traditional market ecosystem which will be defeated by the modern market and fraud.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating how the prices and atmosphere of Mbah Mut coffee stall influence customer satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative method with a survey as its framework, and a random sampling method was used to gather data from 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research utilized a questionnaire assisted by the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of the study indicate that the prices and atmosphere of the stall have a positive impact on customer satisfaction at Mbah Mut Coffee Stall. Furthermore, these findings also demonstrate that both the price and atmosphere of the stall positively affect the satisfaction level of customers who consume coffee at Mbah Mut Coffee Stall. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality and price on buying interest of As-arroudho lirboyo Kediri students. The book is one of the most important needs for students. Sehimgga kitab itself is also a product that is always needed by students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Quantitative research is research conducted by collecting data from a list of structured questions (questionnaire). Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, and observation. While analyzing the data using validity and reliability tests and normality and homogeneity followed by kendall tau correlation: 1) quality has an effect on buying interest with the results obtained a value of 0.726 with a significance of 0.346. This means that 0.726 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis has a very high significance relationship. And quality there is an influence between the two variables. 2) price on buying interest with the results obtained a value of 0.709 with a significance of 0.379. This means that 0.709 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and the price has an effect on the students' buying interest in the alfiyah book in the At-Tazkiyah lirboyo kediri shop. 3) The results of the correlation test show that the two variables quality and price have an effect on buying interest. This is indicated by the quality variable (X1) in the alfiyah book printed by the At-Tazkiyah store obtained a value of 0.726 with a significance of 0.346. This means that 0.726 <0.05. While the variation variable (X2) in the printed alfiyah book of the At-Tazkiyah store obtained a value of 0.709 with a significance of 0.379. This means that 0.709 <0.05 So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that quality and price have an effect on santri buying interest in the alfiyah book in the At-TAzkiyah Al-mahrusiyah shop in Lirboyo Kediri City. Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of sustainable marketing strategies within PT. Pioneer Wisata Nusantara, focusing on the relationships between consumer behavior, climate consciousness, environmental awareness, and marketing strategies. Utilizing quantitative research methods and structural equation modeling, data was collected from 100 customers using a random sampling technique. The results reveal significant direct and indirect effects among the variables, highlighting the crucial role of environmental awareness as a mediator in shaping consumer behavior. Specifically, climate consciousness and marketing strategies significantly influence consumer behavior, both directly and indirectly through their impact on environmental awareness. These findings underscore the importance of strategic marketing initiatives that promote environmental awareness to drive sustainable consumer behavior within the tourism industry. This research provides actionable insights for PT. Pioneer Wisata Nusantara to enhance its sustainability efforts and contribute to the advancement of sustainable tourism practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi digital marketing oleh Rumah Kurasi untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kaulitatif, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat berbagai strategi digital marketing untuk meningkatkam osmet UMKM melalui pemetaan omzet online dan memaksimalkan penjualan online melalui komponen digital marketing, serta membuat strategi sosial media marketing. Keuntungan kurasi produk di Rumah Kurasi menjadikan produk yang dipasarkan menjadi lebih efektif karna sudah di kurasi meliputi kualitas produk, legalitas dan kemasan.

Abstract

One of the most productive financing products is KPR Syari'ah. The KPRS application at BJS Kediri uses two contracts, namely Murabahah and Musyarakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ). The difference in contracts causes different performance results for KPRS, especially in terms of profitability. Then, which contract has the potential to be more profitable for BJS Kediri? This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample is 28 from the performance and financial statements for the period 2016–2022. Data collection using documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data processing and analysis techniques used are the Coefficient of Determination Test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS 29.0 Software for Window. The results showed that the contract that affects the profitability of BJS is MMQ, while the Murabahah contract. Then, NPF only moderated the effect of Murabahah on BJS Profitability and not on MMQ. Researchers concluded that the KPRS contract that is more profitable for BJS is MMQ, but it still requires more attention in several aspects such as promotion and recording system.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Malang, and students of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, which was carried out in Joho Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. Targeting UMKM actors. The main objective of this activity is to improve skills in the economic field, especially digital marketing and packaging of UMKM products. This mentoring activity was carried out through a workshop that was held for several days, targeting UMKM actors of approximately 24 participants. The workshop material consisted of literature about digital marketing, including marketing strategies that study how to promote products through digital media to reach consumers quickly, precisely, personally, and relevantly. Material on product packaging includes processes related to designing and manufacturing containers or wrappers to protect a product. The obstacles faced in this mentoring include the lack of education about digital marketing, product packaging, and internet networks, and they only rely on offline sales, so product sales are not yet widespread. It is expected that with this assistance, the ability of MSME actors in digital marketing and product packaging strategies will increase.
