Abstract

Madrasah Mu‘allimat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is one of Charitable Enterprises Muhammadiyah.It was established by KH. Ahmad Dahlan in Yogyakarta, who can not be forgotten his contribution. It is a modern education which clings to the authentic teachings of Islam, namely the Qur’an and Al-Hadith, the education and development of general science (SQ, EQ, and AQ) that all the scientific aspects of inter-connective ties. Before the Indonesia’s independence until today, Madrasah is already taking part in educating the nation that prints quality education of human resources in order to prepare a reliable and robust human resources in a comprehensive manner that an educational process of the students in the school, not only hard skills but also soft skills. In terms of hard skills, Muhammadiyah Mu‘allimat Madrasah curriculum prepares students to compete with graduate school / madrasah in general in Indonesia by providing an adequate portion of the curriculum with the standard SNP, the Ministry of Religion and ISMUBA and adjust to the demands of the times. Mu‘allimaat Madrasah Education in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah has implemented an integrated curriculum-inter connective. According to Amin Abdullah, the curriculum-inter connective is the existence of an implementation approach to epistemology bayani, Irfani and Burhani. It means that in addition to the education teaches spiritual intelligence which is guided by al-Qur’an and al-Hadith (prophetic intelligence), aspects of emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence and general science are also taught.

Abstract

In modern era, there are many problems of life that be received by human beings. God in the Holly Qur‘an ask to the human being, in order to get success in life  “must be patient. “ It has relationship in every time and unlimited that must belongs to someone. Many problems of life which complexs, it is need approach how to manage it. Problems above, as like problem of economics, problem of social, problem  of politics, problem of culture, and problem of jobless, etc. As the human being, they must have resilience attitude to solve the probems. If someone is rich and has much money it is better for doing something well, as like for building the school, mosque, and helping someone which need. But if someone is poor and has no much money it is better be patient, work hard and always remember God in every where, everytime and do praying. There fore, they  will get the better life, and will get success.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan Nasional. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, peran pendidik dan anak didik tidak dapat diabaikan sumbangsihnya. Kedua komponen ini saling berinteraksi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan suatu out put pendidikan yang berkualitas.Untuk mencapai tujuan npendidikan tersebut, diperlukan pendidik yang profesional, bertanggung jawab, dan berakhlak mulia. Menurut Zakiah Darojat,  Syarat menjadi pendidik yang  profesional  ada 4 macam, yakni: 1) bertakwa pada Allah SWT; 2) berilmu; 3) Sehat jasmani & rohani dan  4) berkelakuan baik. Yang ke empat hal tersebut, benarbenar harus dicamkan dan dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik.

Abstract

The jargon ‘public service’ has become very popular. Despite the government’s efforts to improve public services through laws and regulations, people’s satisfaction toward public services is not evident yet. Hence, alternative approaches such as those from the private sector, need to be adopted and adapted in such a way so that they can be implemented within the public sector.

Abstract

Knowledge Management Systems are expanding across all types of organizations worldwide. The competitive benefits of KM efforts have been demonstrated in industries, governments and in the academic worlds. However, recent global analyses of such implementations highlight the fact that not all of them are successful. The main barriers relate to organizational culture and theimportance of the implementation strategy. The purpose of this research is to explore relationships between the successful implementation of knowledge management and specific organizational cultural orientations and implementationstrategy. Organizational culture is assessed through organizational trust and organizational solidarity variables, in addition, through collecting and connecting strategy. Depending on the degree of integration of these two cultural and strategy factors determination, we demonstrated that specific KM are more or less likely to succeed. The research findings were accomplished through a validated questionnaire distributed within PT Telkom and their units. Though limited in terms of variable, this study has the potential to assist other researchers in refining and modifying such approaches to maximize knowledge in this field.

Abstract

Kinerja bank meliputi beberapa disiplin ilmu seperti manajemen operasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran, sistem informasi, manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi serta perilaku organisasi. Tren kinerja perbankan khususnya kinerja finansial dalam lima tahun terakhir masih berfluktatif. Salah satu indikator utama yang mempengaruhi ketidakkonsistenan kinerja yaitu penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif sebagai bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari proses organisasi merupakan elemen penting untuk mewujudkan GCG untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan perusahaan agar tercapai keseimbangan antara kekuatan dan kewenangan perusahaan. Selain itu belum optimalnya integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal yang merupakan salah satu perspektif Balanced Scorecard memiliki dampak mendalam pada integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis seperti penjualan dan pemasaran, pengadaan, keuangan dan akuntansi, penelitian dan pengembangan produk / jasa perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi implementasi integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal menggunakan Metode Kualitatif untuk menghasilkan formulasi strategi manajemen operasional menggunakan pendekatan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix.

Abstract

In nature, "soil-borne" Trichodermacommonly as endophytic and survive on the surface of leaf. However, study and analysis related to controlling "water -borne" pathogens on the leaf surface is relatively seldom. Aims of this study were to describe the selected isolates ofTrichoderma sp. From cocoa planting soiland determine its inhibitory effect of Phytophthora palmivora by in vitro. The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture UMSIDA on January-March 2014. This research consist of: (i) exploration of isolatedTrichoderma sp. From cocoa plantation in Klepu, District Sumbermanjing, Malang (East Java) which includes to describing and calculating the viability of conidiospore and (ii) antagonist analysis ofTrichoderma sp. against P. palmivoraby in vitro. The isolates of Trichoderma sp. TcN-Klp with green color colonies had 100 % germination rate after 11hoursrelative incubation period and inhibits the growth of P. palmivora by in vitro on PDA up to 47.06 % at 4 days after inoculation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penguasaan konsep fisika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan posttest only control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri I Lawang tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik puposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel, yaitu siswa kelas X MIA 1 sebagai kelas ekperimen dengan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan siswa kelas X MIA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbedaan penguasaan konsep fisika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil uji hipotesis terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa diperoleh nilai thitung sama dengan 2,256 dan 1,997 (t66; 0,05). Karena nilai thitung sama dengan 2,256 lebih besar dari 1,997 (t66; 0,05) , maka H0 ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan konsep fisika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing lebih tinggi daripada penguasaan konsep fisika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.
