Abstract

INTRODUCTION Risk behaviors are behaviors associated with health problems. The health problems including infectious diseases, HIV problem even AIDS, chronic diseases, psychosomatic disorder, substance addiction, use of illegal drugs, drinking, and psychological disorders. Protective and risk factors is an ability that is expected to be owned by everyone. METHOD This study aims to difference of protective and risk factors based school. The study population was taken with purposive random sampling technique, the characteristics of which students (including smokers, active sexual behavior, drug users) aged 12-21 years. The sample of this research were 518 responden. Analysis of the data will be used using varians analysis. RESULTS Results showed a difference between protective and risk factors based home school students with a p-value of 0.012. Junior high school students do not have a difference of protective and risk factors than high school students with a p-value 0.0947 , and junior high school students have a difference of protective and risk factors with vocational students with p value 0.022 . Junior high school students have a protective and risk factors a higher risk than vocational students . High school students have a difference of protective and risk factors with vocational students with p value 0.039 . High school students have the protective and risk factors a higher risk than vocational students . Vocational students have protective and risk factors is lower than high school students. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Risk behavior has become a part of student life. Institutions in order to cooperate with relevant parties in structuring the activities in a sustainable manner in reducing risk behaviors in students. By conducting the preparation of the intervention module for dealing with problems in the risk behavior of students is expected to be a solution to reduce the number of occurrence of risk behavior.

Abstract

INTRODUCTION Risk behaviors are among student has been a problem in the field of health. The risk behavior including sexual behavior, smoking, drug abuse, bullying. METHOD This study aims to determine how many risk behaviors that had occured and other forms of risk behavior anything ever done by students. The study population was taken with purposive random sampling technique, the characteristics of which students (including smokers, active sexual behavior, drug users) aged 12-21 years. The sample of this research were 518 responden. Analysis of the data will be used using descriptive analysis. RESULTS The research findings show risk behavior has occurred in the school environment. Sexual behavior such as dating, holding hands, hugging, cheek and lips kissing, rubbing breasts and genitals, oral sex, sexual intercourse is a form existiong in student life. Resources porn more easily accessible for students, such as the internet, mobile phones/ gadgets, and peer group. Drug abuse and smoking occurs due to peer preasure. The elementary school is the first time students smoking and drug abuse. The incidence of risk behavior are more prevalent in the home and schools, because of the lack of parental supervision and the environment. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Risk behavior has become a part of student life. Schools and government should work together to develop policies regarding the preparation of healthy school standard based physical and psychological dimensions. Keywords: Risk Behavior, Students

Abstract

Introduction Work-family conflict commonlly happens in every female workers, specially on working moms. A person who have a high commitment, endurances and great problem solving ability will decreased the work-family conflict intention in daily activities. Self determination and adversity intelligence are variables whose influences on commitment, endurances and problem solving ability. This study aimed to prove whether there was a relationship between self determination and adversity intelligence to work family conflict on working mom in Jambi City.Method This research used cross sectional approach. The population were the working moms on Jambi City. Sampling used quota sampling technique amount of 200 respondents. The data collected by self determination, adversity intelligence and work-family conflict scale. The data were analyzed by Multiple Regression Analyzed in JASP 0.9.0.0.Results This study showed that there was a relationship between self determination and adversity intelligence to work family conflict. Self determination and work family conflict on working moms in Jambi City with rx1y = -0,344 with p = 0,01 (p < 0,05). Adversity intelligence and work family conflict on working moms in Jambi City with rx2y = -0,300 with p = 0,01 (p < 0,05).Conclusion And Recommendation The correlation between these variables has a negative direction which mean that if one variable increase then it will decrease the other variable. Simultaneously self determination and adversity intelligence has a contribution up to 24,1 % and 75,9 % were influenced by another variables whos not measured in this research.Work-family conflict could decreased along the high of self determination and adversity intelligence on subjects. Keywords : Self Determination, Adversity Intelligence, Work-Family Conflict, Working Moms. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Konflik peran ganda sering terjadi pada pekerja wanita, terutama pada ibu yang bekerja. Seseorang yang memiliki komitmen yang tinggi, daya tahan dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah yang baik akan menurunkan intensi konflik peran ganda dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas adalah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen, daya tahan serta kemampuan penyelesaian masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan antara determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu bekerja yang ada di Kota Jambi. Metode sampling menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan jumlah total 200 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala determinasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas dan konflik peran ganda. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda pada JASP 0.9.0.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adveritas terhadap konflik peran ganda. Determinasi diri dan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi dengan rx1y = -0,344 dengan p = 0,01 (p<0,05). Kecerdasan adversitas dan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi dengan rx2y = -0,300 dengan p = 0,01 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan Dan Saran Korelasi antara variabel ini adalah korelasi negatif dimana ketika satu variabel meningkat makan akan menurunkan variabel lainnya. Secara simultan determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas memiliki kontribusi sebesar 24,1 % dan 75,9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terukur dalam penelitian ini. Konflik peran ganda dapat menurun sejalan dengan tingginya determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas pada individu. Kata Kunci : Determinasi Diri, Kecerdasan Adversitas, Konflik Peran Ganda, Ibu Bekerja.

Abstract

Introduction Job stress has been referred to as workplace hazard since 1950s. Workers of health and social services are assumed to have the tendency of burnout about 10-20% caused by experiencing high levels of job stress in a long period of time. Indonesian National Nurse Association’s survey on 2006 showed about 50,9% Indonesian nurses had been experiencing job stress indicated by physical and psychological syptoms, also changes of behavior. Some studies stated that perception of work environment and workload will contribute to job stress.Method The purpose of this study is to verify correlation and to determine the contribution of perception of work environment and workload to job stress experienced by nurses who work at Regional Mental Hospital of Jambi Province. This cross-sectional study used quantitative approach with the type of correlational analytic research. The random sampling was used to obtain 75 nurses as research’s sample. This research used 3 measurement scales and analyzed with regression analysis.Results There was a significant positive correlation between perception of work environment, workload and job stress with F score = 24,316. Perception of work environment and workload contribute about 38,7% for job stress, with workload’s contribution was bigger than perception of work environment which is about 35,7%.Conclusions And Recommendations Doctor and nurses are said to have bigger tendency of having job stress. Job stress is stated by some studies could be caused by perception of work environment and workload. This research has resulted that 38,7% job stress of nurses who work at Regional Mental Hospital of Jambi Province is contributed by perception of work environment and workload. As this research is done and can be used as reference, Regional Mental Hospital of Jambi Province is expected to be able to handle the problems related to work environment and the workload in order to prevent the job stress of nurses that could decrease the work productivity and efficiency.Keywords Job stress, perception, work environment ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Stres kerja telah disebut sebagai bahaya di tempat kerja sejak 1950-an. Pekerja layanan kesehatan dan sosial diasumsikan memiliki kecenderungan kelelahan sekitar 10-20% disebabkan oleh tingkat stres kerja yang tinggi dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Survei Asosiasi Perawat Nasional Indonesia pada tahun 2006 menunjukkan sekitar 50,9% perawat Indonesia telah mengalami stres kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh perilaku fisik dan psikologis, juga perubahan perilaku. Beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa persepsi lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja akan berkontribusi terhadap stres kerja. Metode Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi korelasi dan untuk mengetahui kontribusi persepsi lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja yang dialami oleh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian cross-sectional ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analitik korelasional. Pengambilan sampel acak digunakan untuk mendapatkan 75 perawat sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 skala pengukuran dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi. Hasil Ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan stres kerja dengan skor F = 24,316. Persepsi lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berkontribusi sekitar 38,7% untuk stres kerja, dengan kontribusi beban kerja lebih besar dari persepsi lingkungan kerja yaitu sekitar 35,7%. Kesimpulan dan Rekomendasi Dokter dan perawat dikatakan memiliki kecenderungan lebih besar mengalami stres kerja. Stres kerja dinyatakan oleh beberapa penelitian dapat disebabkan oleh persepsi lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan bahwa 38,7% stres kerja perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi dikontribusikan oleh persepsi lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja. Karena penelitian ini dilakukan dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi, Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi diharapkan dapat menangani masalah masalah yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja untuk mencegah stres kerja perawat yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja dan efisiensi. Abstract

Introduction Shopping online carries risks, one of which is fraud. Fraud is caused by consumers lacking knowledge of the characteristics of fraud, low emotional control, such as being easily tempted by cheap prices and only interested in displaying images. Students who are in their late teens are vulnerable to becoming victims of online shopping scams. So a program is needed to improve student purchasing decision-making skills to prevent online shopping fraud. Method This research uses a descriptive study with a 3D model (define, design, develop). The research data were obtained from three stages, namely the first stage is a needs analysis. The second stage is designing a frame of reference for the implementation of the program smart buying. The third stage is validating with the validator. Results This study shows the results of the validation of the module content assessed by the validator, which have a score in the range of 0.58-0.83. The results of the validation of measuring instruments that were assessed by the validator had a range of numbers from 0.25 to 0.83. Conclusion and Recommendation Based on the results of the validity test of the module content of the program smart buying . is at a good level of content validity, meaning that there is a conformity of the content or material in each session of the program module smart buying with the objectives to be achieved. Penipuan disebabkan konsumen kurang memiliki pengetahuan terhadap karakteristik penipuan, rendahya kontrol emosional seperti sangat mudah tergiur harga yang murah dan hanya tertarik dengan tampilan gambar. Mahasiswa yang berada pada usia remaja akhir rentan menjadi korban penipuan belanja daring. Sehingga diperlukan program guna meningkatkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan pembelian mahasiswa untuk mencegah terjadiya penipuan belanja daring. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan model 3D (define, design, develop). Data penelitian diperoleh dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan pertama merupakan analisa kebutuhan. Tahapan kedua merancang kerangka acuan kegiatan pelaksanaan program smart buying. Tahapan ketiga melakukan validasi bersama validator. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validasi isi modul yang dinilai oleh validator yaitu memiliki angka skor dengan rentang 0,58-0,83. Hasil validasi alat ukur yang dinilai oleh validator memiliki rentang angka dari 0,25-0,83. Kesimpulan dan Saran Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas isi modul program smart buying berada pada tingkat validitas isi yang baik, artinya terdapat kesesuaian isi atau materi dalam tiap sesi modul program smart buying dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Kata Kunci: Validitas modul, keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, program smart buying, belanja daring.

Abstract

Indonesia Interest Test was a psychological test based on Indonesian’s culture, had an intellectual copyright from The Departement of Law, Republic of Indonesia in 2015. Test result could be used for high school majoring, university majoring, self development, employee selection and placement. The purpose of research was to examine construct validity from its component of health sciences interest.It was consisted of interest in medical, human anatomy, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, public health and microorganism. It used question with some answered and rating scale format with an orthogonal type of construct. The subjects of research consisted of junior high school, senior high school and university students. Convergent validity showed there was a positive correlation between healt interest with science and technology interest (rxy=0.665, p=0.000; p <0.01; N=388). Divergent validity showed there was a negative correlation between health interest and psychological interest (rxy=-0.370, p=0.000, p < 0.01;  N=390). Discrimiant validity showed there was no correlation between health interest and social humanity attitude scale (rxy=0.024, p=0.747; p < 0.05; N=177). Group validity showed there was a different of health interest between health science students and psychological science students  (t=11.824; p=0.000). Health science students had a higher interest in healt lebih tinggi (M=13.99; N=113) than psychological science students (M=2.63; N=76). The test had satisfied construct validity. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan validitas konstrak dengan menggunakan analisis faktor pada alat ukur karakter, khususnya karakter religius. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 347 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan secara acak di setiap wilayah yaitu pada SD Negeri 149 Muaro Tebo, SD Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, SD Negeri 4 Kuala Tungkal, SD Negeri 139 Kerinci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa validitas konstrak yang menggunakan analisis Principal Component Analysis dengan rotasi orthogonal dan ekstraksi varimaks menghasilkan lima faktor yang berhasil diekstraksi yang berupa toleransi, kepercayaan diri, melindungi, ketulusan dan anti kekerasan. Hasil uji reliabilitas konsistensi internal dengan Metode Guttman λ=0,824. Norma alat ukur menggunakan standar deviasi hipotetik baik untuk setiap komponen maupun alat ukur keseluruhan. Alat ukur ini didukung oleh validitas konstrak yang baik serta reliabilitas yang memuaskan. Kata Kunci: Karakter Religiusitas; Siswa Sekolah Dasar; Analisis factor ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to do construct validity by using factor analysis on character scale, particularly religious character. The population of this study is elementary school student. Number of samples used are 347 respondents, by using random data retrieval technique in each region, i.e State Elementary School 149 Muaro Tebo, State Elementary School 1 Jambi City, State Elementary School 4 Kuala Tungkal, State Elementary School 139 Kerinci. This study shows that construct validity used Principal Component Analysis with orthogonal rotation and varimax extration shows five factors which were succesfully extrated, those are tolerance, self-confidence, protect, sincerity, and anti-violence. The result of internal consistency reliability by using Guttman method is λ=0,824. The scale norm used hipothetic deviation standard, both for each component and overall scale. Abstract

Tes Minat Indonesia (TMI) berbasis budaya Indonesia yang didasarkan atas minat program studi di perguruan tinggi.Penelitian sebelumnya memberikan dukungan validitas konstrak melalui kelompok minat ilmu kesehatan.Penelitian bertujuan melakukan uji validasi konstrak melalui kelompok minat psikis. Minat Psikis terdiri dari minat Psikologi, Teologi, Filsafat, Komunikasi, Manajemen, Anak Usia Dini dan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Validitas konstrak didapat melalui uji teknik konvergen, divergen, diskriminan dan kelompok.Subjek penelitian berasal dari siswa SMP, SMA, mahasiswa maupun umum. Validitas konvergen adanya hubungan positif minat bidang psikis dengan minat Ilmu Sosial Humaniora (rxy 0,453, p=0,000, N=388). Validitas divergen adanya hubungan negatif minat bidang psikis dengan minat Sains dan Teknologi (rxy=0,450, p=0,000, N=388). Validitas diskriminan tidak ada hubungan minat bidang psikis dengan TPA (rxy=-0,032, p=0,747, N=102). Validitas kelompok ditunjukkan mahasiswa ilmu psikis memiliki minat (M=9,33; N=76) lebih tinggi dari mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan (M=6,13; N=113) dengan nilai t=3,968; p=0,000. TMI dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosis gambaran minat seseorang untuk pengembangan diri, peminatan SMA maupun penjurusan kuliah.Penelitian berikutnya untuk uji validitas kriteria dengan prestasi belajar, kepuasan belajar serta lama studi. Abstract

Introduction The Covid pandemic-19 has changed the learning system. Where students are required to learn a lot from home which has an impact on student psychology, namely the emergence of burnout. Burnout is characterized by fatigue, cynicism about tasks, and decreased competence. However, students who have hardiness can be committed and able to face the learning system during a pandemic.This study aimed to prove the relationship between hardiness and academic burnout for eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 1 Jambi City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods This research was a quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of this research were eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 1 Jambi city. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with a total of 190 students. Hardiness and academic burnout scales were distributed online by google form application. Data analysis technique was using Pearson correlation. Results The relationship between hardiness and academic burnout for eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 1 Jambi City during the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in a significant negative correlation with an r value of -0.617 and a p value <0.05. Conclusions and Suggestions Hardiness has a negative relationship with academic burnout. Therefore, it is hoped that all parties will be able to overcome academic burnout and increase hardiness in the high school students, especially in State Senior High School 1 Jambi City. Keywords: hardiness, academic burnout, high school students, Covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak Pendahuluan Masa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan sistem pembelajaran. Dimana siswa lebih dituntut banyak belajar dari rumah yang berdampak pada psikis pelajar, yaitu timbulnya burnout. Burnout ditandai dengan kelelahan, rasa sinis terhadap tugas, serta menurunnya kompetensi. Namun siswa yang memilki hardiness dapat berkomitmen serta mampu menghadapi sistem pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara hardiness dengan academic burnout siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 kota Jambi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total 190 siswa. Skala hardiness dan academic burnout disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson Hasil Hubungan antara hardiness dengan academic burnout siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 kota Jambi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menghasilkan korelasi negatif signifikan dengan nilai r sebesar -0,617 serta p value < 0,05. Kesimpulan dan Saran hardiness memiliki hubungan negatif dengan academic burnout. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kepada semua pihak untuk dapat mengatasi academic burnout dan meningkatkan hardiness pada siswa SMA, khususnya SMA Negeri 1 kota Jambi.
