Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap minat pemesanan kamar hotel melalui Agoda bagi generasi Z di kota Singaraja. Harga yang kompetitif dan penawaran promosi menarik memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi minat pemesanan kamar hotel bagi generasi Z sebagai populasi penduduk terbesar di Indonesia. Studi ini mempekerjakan ukuran sampel yang signifikan secara statistik dari seratus orang. Analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa harga dan promosi digabungkan dan sebagian memengaruhi minat generasi Z untuk membeli kamar hotel melalui Agoda di kota Singaraja. Pemesanan kamar hotel dipengaruhi oleh faktor selain harga dan promosi sebesar 6,3 poin persentase. Peneliti menyarankan agar meningkatan strategi promosi, penambahan fitur perbandingan harga, dan perluasan pilihan akomodasi oleh Agoda. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk lebih memfokuskan pada tinjauan ulasan dan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan di Agoda. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of price and promotional activities on the booking intention of Generation Z for hotel rooms through the Agoda platform in Singaraja city. Competitive pricing and attractive promotional offers play a crucial role in influencing the interest in hotel room bookings for Generation Z, who represent the largest population in Indonesia. The study employs a statistically significant sample size of one hundred persons. The data analysis reveals that the price and promotion combined and partly impact the interest of generation Z in purchasing a hotel room through Agoda in Singaraja city. Booking hotel rooms is influenced by factors other than price and promotions 6.3 percentage points. The researcher suggests enhancing promotional strategies, adding price comparison features, and expanding accommodation options by Agoda. Further research is expected to focus more on reviewing user feedback and customer service quality on Agoda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak kepemimpinan serta lingkungan kerja akan kinerja karyawan daily worker di The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. Sampel yang dambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan secara parsial kepemimpinan berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja daily worker dengan signifikansi 0,016 tidak lebih dari 0,05. Lingkungan kerja berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja daily worker dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 tidak lebih dari 0.05. Serta secara simultan kepemimpinan serta lingkungan kerja berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan daily worker dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 tidak lebih dari 0.05. kepemimpinan serta lingkungan kerja berperan sebesar 64,5% terhadap kinerja daily worker. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of leadership and work environment on the performance of daily worker employees at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. The sample size for this study was 50 respondents. The research findings show that leadership has a significant partial impact on the performance of daily worker employees, with a significance value of 0.016, which is less than 0.05. The work environment has a significant impact on the performance of daily worker employees, with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Furthermore, leadership and work environment have a significant simultaneous impact on the performance of daily worker employees, with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Leadership and work environment account for 64.5% of the variation in daily worker performance.

Abstract

The following are the steps he took with one hundred and fifty students at the Institute of Tourism and International Business and Telkom Unversity. The result in this article show that The socialization in this article aims to teach students how to use the Semantic Scholar application to improve the quality of their article. One indicator of quality article can be seen from quality references. Semantic Scholar is an AI that offers a myriad of quality references to improve article quality. Some of the advantages of Semantic Scholar include the following: 1. Article Efficiency: With its unique ability to identify context and relationships, Semantic Scholar can save article time. Auhtors no longer need to sort through hundreds of articles just to find relevant ones. 2. Faster Innovation: With easier access to relevant article, innovation can happen more quickly. This can have a positive impact on various industries and disciplines. 3. Article Empowerment: Semantic Scholar empowers auhtors to explore various disciplines and gain a better understanding of their fields. 4. Open Access: One important aspect of Semantic Scholar is open access. This means that most of the content you find in it is freely accessible. This is a major step in democratizing access to knowledge. Based on this, auhtors believe that this socialization can gradually improve the quality of student article.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a momentum for major changes for tourism workers, who have largely lost their livelihoods and are experiencing economic hardship. The corona virus outbreak has led to massive job losses and reductions in income across Bali. Covid-19 restrictions are ravaging the tourism sector which is the main source of economy for Balinese and its surrounding island. Many have returned to their hometowns. And not being able to pay for the necessities of life, such as boarding house, electricity, food, and the difficulty of paying the existing instalments. The purpose of this study is to examine how the views and enthusiasm of hotel workers at the operational level towards stock investment. This quantitative descriptive research used mix methods from 89 respondents aged 20-50 years, both from the back office and front office staff. The result of this research is that stocks become an acceptable instrument for workers aged 20-30. Stock literacy only works for millennial generation operational workers and back-office workers. Stock literacy is given with more frequency by creating WhatsApp group discussion. So that the understanding of stocks will improve.

Abstract

Subak is an inseparable part of tourism in Bali. It is an organization that consists of paddy field owners and farmers that live around the subak area where they receive water from certain dams which are used by the members individually. Thus, an effort to preserve the existence of subak in the middle of modern global culture is needed by developing subak as sustainable tourism which is currently becoming a trend in the world of tourism. In this case, arts, cultures, and religion are potentials that must be owned by a sustainable tourism destination. The problem in developing a subak’s potential as a sustainable tourism destination is the lack of local people understanding in maximizing the potential of subak in Jatiluwih village as sustainable tourism. The purpose of this research is to identify the concept and the subak’s potential as a sustainable tourism destination in Jatiluwih village, Tabanan, Bali. This research can be categorized as a qualitative descriptive study that was carried out for one month and was located in Jatiluwih village, Tabanan, Bali. The data collection is done through nonparticipatory observation, an in-depth interview with three informants consisting of a local business actor, a pekseh (the leader of the subak), as well as a local public figure, and documentation studies towards relevant literature and related documents. The result of this research shows that subak still preserves the Tri Hita Karana concept in the system of implementing agricultural activities in Jatiluwih village. On the other hand, with the existence of subak people in Bali can be wiser in managing their natural resources and they can be used according to their needs so that the capacity of the natural resources will always be maintained and always be preserved it can be used by the next generation. Subak's potential development as a sustainable tourism destination can increase the local community commodities in driving sustainable tourism based on agro-tourism so that in the future, the preservation of their natural resources can always be maintained and can be enjoyed by the next generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi optimalisasi dana hibah pariwisata berupa bantuan Dukungan Pengembangan Usaha Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (DPUP) kepada desa wisata di Indonesia pada tahun 2024 dalam meningkatkan industri pariwisata di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa pengamatan data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi optimalisasi dana hibah pariwisata dalam meningkatkan industri pariwisata di Indonesia terdiri dari (1) Pemberian dana hibah pariwisata kepada desa wisata yang mendukung percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia; (2) Terjadi peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengelola dana hibah pariwisata; dan (3) Penguatan desa wisata melalui pemanfaatan dana hibah pariwisata. Dana Hibah tersebut dapat dioptimalisasikan untuk pengembangan pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif yakni pengembangan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan produk-produk ekonomi kreatif, peningkatan destinasi, sehingga kunjungan wisatawan lebih berkualitas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Juni. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan pada masa pandemi Covid – 19 di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, serta pemberian bobot dan rating yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 4 responden dan hasil dari pemberian bobot dan rating tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan peluang serta ancaman dan perhitungan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), dan untuk mendapatkan kekuatan serta kelemahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan strategi dan perhitungan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary). Data sekunder diperoleh dari data statistik BPS Provinsi Bali, dokumen-dokumen atau arsip milik Prama Sanur Beach Bali, baik itu jumlah wisatawan yang datang pada tahun 2020/2021, bukti foto, literatur-literatur serta bahan bacaan yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, analisis SWOT, IFAS, EFAS, kuadran, dan matriks SWOT. Strategi pemasaran yang dihasilkan pada diagram kuadran SWOT adalah titik sumbu X (internal) berada pada 0,49 dengan sumbu Y (eksternal) 0,42 yang berada pada kuadran 4, dimana Prama Sanur Beach harus menghadapi berbagai ancaman dan kelemahan internal. Strategi ini bersifat defensif strategi diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah tindakan penyelamatan sehingga dapat terlepas dari kerugian yang lebih besar (defensif). This research was conducted from January to June. Study this was done at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy used during the Covid-19 pandemic at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Type The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data obtained from the results of interviews, as well as giving weights and ratings by distributing questionnaires to 4 respondents and the results of giving the weights and ratings will be used to get opportunities as well as threats and EFAS (External Factor) calculations Analysis Summary), and to get the strengths and weaknesses used in making strategies and calculating IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary). Data secondary data obtained from BPS Bali Province statistics, documents or archives belonging to Prama Sanur Beach Bali, be it the number of tourists who come in 2020/2021, photographic evidence, literature and reading materials related to this research. Technique Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative method, SWOT analysis, IFAS, EFAS, quadrants, and SWOT matrices. The resulting marketing strategy on the diagram The SWOT quadrant is where the X axis (internal) is at 0.49 with the Y axis(external) 0.42 which is in quadrant 4, where Prama Sanur Beach must be face various internal threats and weaknesses. This strategy is defensive the strategy applied in this condition is a rescue action so that it can be released from a greater loss (defensive).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya suatu proses rekrutmen dan proses seleksi karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses rekutmen dan proses seleksi yang dilakukan di Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam bentuk data deskriftif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan mulai dari melakukannya Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia dari Departement Head hingga membuka lowongan pekerjaan yang di mulai dari internal perusahaan keudian hingga ke eksternal perusahaan melalui situs – situs online yang terpercaya dan media sosial, melakukan wawancara pertama bersama HRD untuk melakukan proses rekrutmen dan pengenalan. This research is behind the importance of a recruitment process and employee selection process. The purpose of this research is to know how the recruitment process and selection process are done at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa. Data analysis techniques are done in the form of qualitative descriptive data and data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the recruitment process started from doing so human resources planning from Departement Head to open a job vacancy that started from internal corporate finance to external company through trusted online sites and social media, conducted the first interview with HRD to conduct recruitment process and introduction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 5) apakah kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Masi Coffee. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskritif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk di Masi Coffee Denpasar sejak bulan Maret 2022-Juni2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 109 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagai berikut: 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4 kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 5) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara sebagian, dan kepuasan pelanggan juga mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara sebagian. This reserch was conducted to find out: 1) whether product quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 2) whether service quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, and 3) whether customer satisfaction affects and lead the customer loyalty at Masi Coffee. The research applies a quantitative descriptive method where questionnaires and observations techniques were applied in collecting the data. The population of this study were taken from all consumers who bought products at Masi Coffee Denpasar from March 2022-June 2022 who chosen through random sampling, with a total sample of 109 people. The data analy ed through the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results showed that as follows: 1) product quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 2) service quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 3) customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty. In addition, Customer satisfaction is partly able to mediate the influence of product quality on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is partly also able to mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.
