Abstract

Determining a good route is a major problem in a transport process in the company. This case study aims to overcome the problem of determining the route or often called the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is optimal. This problem will be solved by the optimization method in determining the route, which is more systematic in PT Anugerah Mandiri Success. Metaheuristic methods, such as Hybrid Firefly Algorithm is used to assist the system in the process of determining the route. Hybrid Firefly Algorithm combines heuristic method of Nearest Neighbor Heuristic with metaheuristic method of Levy Flight Discrete Firefly Algorithm. The indicators used in this case study are the total distance traveled and total fuel used. Methods Object Oriented Analysis andDesign (OOAD) is used to develop an information system, which consists of determining system requirements, system architecture design, and design to the trials of the system were developed. The results of the constructedsystem provide a solution in the form of route determination with a total distance of 165.1 kilometers with a fuel consumption of 11,793 liters. These results are much better when compared with historical data that has a totaldistance of 260.8 kilometers with a fuel consumption of 18,628 liters.

Abstract

Teachers who can help the leadership task optimally, it needs a leader who is able to direct and adjust the behavior of subordinates to achieve organizational goals to the fullest. This is a qualitative research, and an ethnographic design. Object of research are teachers of Watukarung elementary school. Interviewees in this study include the principal and teachers of Watukarung elementary school. Data collection are observations, interviews, and documentations. Validity data tested by triangulation. Site analysis Data. The results showed that: (1) the principal Watukarung elementary school in an effort to increase labor participation of teachers use a variety of styles in his leadership; (2) the principal Watukarung elementary school in an effort to increase labor force participation by using a democratic leadership style, discretionary, charismatic, participative and sometimes militaristic, it can be determined strategies undertaken; and (3) the principal of Watukarung elementary school in an effort increase in labor participation received very good response from teachers, school employees and even all citizens, it is because the principal made in accordance with desired by subordinates.

Abstract

The results of the Teacher Competency Examination (UKG) issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture for the City of Palembang, around 6224 teachers showed a score of 50.70 below the national average of 53.02 or below the minimum competency standard set of 55.00. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of pedagogical competence of Students 'Learning In Elementary School Teachers (PGSD) and the development of reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The result is that all indicators of pedagogical competence are below the average set by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and this study produces a supplementary book on pedagogical competency on the weakest indicator, which is to take reflective action to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

AbstractThis research departs from the strategic issue of human and community development in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as well as answering the challenges of learning innovation in the new normal era. This era provides a learning challenge based on hybrid learning. This challenge applies to all tertiary institutions, including the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). This urgency is what encourages flipped classron learning research to be carried out as a form of solution to improving the quality of learning based on hybrid learning. The 2019 PKPT findings show that data literacy, professionalism, and pedagogical competencies are competencies needed by teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In the 2020 research we want to adopt the findings of the 2019 research into a flipped classroom-based learning design in the Classroom Action Research (CAR) course. Research Stages (1) research and information collection; (2) planning; (3) develop a preliminary form of product; and (4) preliminary filed testing. Abstract

The purposes of this research were developing the module of teaching material based on the Project Based Learning model and examine their feasibility in learning poetry-writing in senior high school. This research used development through the Borg and Gall model. The learning poetry writing were (1) preliminary research, (2) development of teaching materials, and (3) teaching materials or products. The data sources in field trials were carried out in three schools, SMAN 1 Way Sulan, SMAN 1 Merbau Mataram, and SMA Al-Huda Jatiagung. The data analysis techniques were carried out by converting quantitative into qualitative data to obtain a description data and conclusions. The results of this research conclude that “Project Based Learning Model Based Literature Learning Module" was appropriate to be used by students. The feasibility of the trials average result was 93,1% with the following: the score from the teacher was 95,7% and the score from the students was (90,5%).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul berbasis Project Based Learning dan menguji kelayakannya dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi di Kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini bersifat pengembangan melalui model Borg and Gall. Prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) penelitian pendahuluan, (2) pengembangan bahan ajar, dan (3) produk atau hasil pengembangan bahan ajar. Sumber data pada uji coba lapangan dilakukan di tiga sekolah, yakni SMAN 1 Way Sulan, SMAN 1 Merbau Mataram, dan SMA Al-Huda Jatiagung. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengonversi data kuantitatif menjadi kualitatif untuk mendapatkan deskripsi data dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul “Pembelajaran Menulis Puisi Berbasis Project Based Learning” dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan oleh siswa SMA. Kelayakan hasil ujicoba, baik uji  coba terbatas maupun uji coba luas didapat rerata 93,1%  dengan rincian: penilaian oleh guru sebesar 95,7%  dan siswa sebesar (90,5%).Kata Kunci : bahan ajar, pengembangan, project based learning

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the learning of writing short story at the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. The research used descriptive qualitative design. The result of the research showed that the teacher had done three steps in learning. They were: lesson planning, implementating, and assessing. In lesson planning, the teacher made the lesson plan without including the model of learning but other components had been included completely based on the lesson plan’s components in 2013 curriculum. In the implementation of learning, there were two activities: teacher’s activities and students’ activities. The activities that were done by teacher including three activities: pre activities, while activity and post activity. The assessment that was done by teacher including affective assessment through observation technique, cognitive assessment through oral and written test, and psychomotor assessment through practice test.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melakukan tiga tahapan dalam pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada perencanaan pembelajaran, guru membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tanpa mencantumkan model pembelajaran sedangkan komponen yang lain sudah dicantumkan berdasarkan komponen-komponen RPP pada Kurikulum 2013. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdapat dua aktivitas, yaitu aktivitas guru dan siswa. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh guru meliputi tiga kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru mencakup penilaian kompetensi sikap dengan teknik observasi, penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan dengan teknik tes tulis dan tes lisan, dan penilaian kompetensi keterampilan dengan teknik tes praktik.Kata kunci: cerita pendek, menulis, pembelajaran.

Abstract

Human urine to supply at least 1% against the quantity of domestic waste water by 80 percent and 50 percent of the nitrogen phosphate. Rice production in Indonesia has not been sufficient for the needs of consumption pendududuk. This research aims to know the influence of the granting of human urine and manure NPK towards growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L) ditanah regosol. The research was carried out on april 29 to July 23, 2016 at the village, Sidomulyo Delanggu, Klaten sub-distrct with regosol soil types and elevations place 333 m above sea level. the study was performed using Randomyzead Completely Block Design  (RCBD) which consists of two treatment and repeated as much as 3 times repeats. With regard to the treatment of two factors, namely the granting of human urine dosage consists of 3 levels, namely: 0 ml/swath, 375 ml/swath, and 750 ml/swath named as A0, A1, and A2. Two factors i.e. dosing fertilizer NPK consists of 3 levels i.e. 0 grams/swath, 120 gram/swath, and 240 grams/swath named as the B0, B1, and B2. The results of the weight of dried grain per swath of rice low i.e. 624.33 grams/swath (7.8 ton/ha) in a combination treatment (A0B2) with human urine dosage 0 l/ha fertilizer NPK dosage and 300 kg/ha.The results showed: (1) treatment of human urine effect is real high against the plant, heavy wet grain perpetak grain dry weight per hide. (2) treatment of NPK real has no effect against all the parameters. (3) the combination of the influence of the grant between the human urine and manure NPK real has no effect against all the parameters. (4) the results of this research were obtained: wet grain Weight per plant swaths of padi's highest i.e. 827 grams/swath (10.3 tonnes/ha) in a combination treatment (A2B2) with a dosage of 1000 l/ha fertilizer NPK dosage and 300 kg/ha. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study was conducted to find out the benefits and costs of the placement of Hajj funds in infrastructure development / supply projects based on Islamic / Syari’ah of Indonesian constitution. Employing annual report Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) as the data source was then descriptive qualitative research design used in this study. The results of Hajj finances of this study can be invested to support financing / infrastructure provision, secondly according to the Hajj financial investment law, it is prioritized to increase Hajj services. Therefore, the prospect of pilgrims would experience the benefits totally. Hajj financial funds can be invested to support financing / infrastructure provision because the hajj finance has the deposit nature fund so that it resembles the use of wadiah yadh dhamanah principle in an Islamic / sharia financial perspective thus, as to enable managers (BPKH) to optimize the benefits of hajj funds and prioritize security / integrity of the funds of pilgrims. In this sense, as mentioned in that the Hajj finances in Law 34/2014 are deposit funds (wadiah yadh dhamamah), the implementation of investments in infrastructure financing is limited to the varieties of investments that are very safe and have the certainty of full returns, such as nation of sukuk. Abstract

Gending Gantal Wedhar laras slendro pathet sanga memiliki bentuk kendhangan jangga atau setara dengan kethuk 4 kerep dhawah kethuk 8, merupakan gending srambahan yang jarang disajikan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menafsir garap ricikan gendèr dalam penyajian Gending Gantal Wedhar laras slendro pathet sanga Pada balungan gending yang bersumber dari Naskah Pakěm Wirama: Wilět Gěndhing Běrdangga Laras Sulendro, penulis menemukan beberapa keunikan gatra yang susunan balungannya mengindikasikan adanya percampuran pathet sehingga perlu dicermati dan dikaji secara khusus untuk menentukkan garap gendèran. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan proses penggarapan sesuai rumus 4M, yakni memahami, mengidentifikasi, menerapkan, dan mempraktikkan. Gendèr barung sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini memiliki fungsi penting untuk mengisi ruang dan waktu yang dibuat oleh kendang serta berkaitan dengan irama. Gendèr juga bertugas menguatkan pathet. Penulis mengumpulkan beberapa céngkok gendèran yang kemudian diaplikasikan pada balungan gending Gantal Wedhar, hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari konsep pathet, sehingga gending Gantal Wedhar memungkinkan untuk digarap  di luar rasa pathet sanga.Garap Gendèr Barung Gantal Wedhar Song in Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga Kendhangan JanggaGending Gantal Wedhar set in slendro pathet sanga has a kendhangan jangga form or the equivalent of kethuk 4 kerep dhawah kethuk 8, which is a rarely presented srambahan music. The purpose of this research is to interpret the ricikan gendèr in the presentation of Gending Gantal Wedhar in slendro pathet sanga. On the balungan gending sourced from Pakěm Wirama manuscript: Wilět Gěndhing Běrdangga Laras Sulendro, the author found several unique gatras whose balungan arrangement indicates a mix of pathet so that it needs to be examined and studied specifically to determine the gendèran arrangement. The method used by the author in this research is qualitative, with the process of working according to the 4M formula, namely understanding, identifying, applying, and practicing. Gendèr barung as the object of this research has an important function to fill the space and time created by the kendang and related to the rhythm. Gendèr is also responsible for reinforcing the pathet. The author collects several céngkok gendèran which are then applied to the balungan of the gending Gantal Wedhar, this is inseparable from the concept of pathet, so that the gending Gantal Wedhar allows it to be worked on outside the pathet sanga flavor.
