Abstract

The preservation of local culture is a crucial aspect in safeguarding national identity amidst the currents of globalization. One form of Javanese culture that holds high historical and philosophical value is macapat, a traditional form of singing that conveys moral, ethical, and spiritual teachings. This community service project aims to develop the skills of the younger generation and foster their love for Javanese art and culture through macapat singing training, while also establishing a well-structured and sustainable organization for the Ngesti Laras Art Group in Tulungagung. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the macapat training not only enhanced the musical skills of the participants but also raised their awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage. Participants experienced significant improvement in understanding and performing macapat songs, supported by the training module provided. Additionally, the formation of an organizational structure consisting of a chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and work divisions provided clear direction and defined roles in managing the group's activities. The recommendation from this initiative is for similar training programs to be conducted continuously, involving more youth and support from educational institutions or local governments, so that local cultural preservation can be carried out more systematically and sustainably. This training serves as a means of regenerating traditional art practitioners and strengthening the cultural identity of the local community. In conclusion, macapat training is an effective strategy for preserving Javanese culture, particularly within local art communities.

Abstract

The high number of pedophilic incidences in Indonesia is partly due to the lack of community’s social control and the weak supervision of the litigation and penological processes. Considering the impact of pedophilia to victims including long-term trauma, injury, and socio-moral damage that tends to be acute and dangerous, intensive monitoring of both litigation and penological processes must be carried out on a massive scale to ensure and maximize the sustainable protection for children which guarantees and protects their rights so they can live, grow, develop, and participate optimally appropriate to human dignity and integrity as well as get protection from any form of violence and discrimination act. This empirical-normative-juridical qualitative study uses emic and etic approaches; the data analysis refers to the explication technique developed by Von Eckartsberg, Wertz, and Schweitzer, starting with data interpretation and continuing with the integration of interview results and normative-juridical analysis. The results of the study show that the litigation and penology of pedophilia are in line with the Indonesian conventional law and in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law (maqasid shari’ah) eventhough at its penological aspect it is not pretty optimal yet.

Abstract

One of the technological innovations that exemplifies transactional innovation is the use of an E-Wallet as a means of carrying out financial transactions. This invention enhances transactional ease and quickness. The E-Wallet is the most popular means of financial transaction among the general population. The traditional marketing mix has developed into the product, price, place, promotion, personalization, privacy, customer service, community, site, security, and sales promotion (4Ps+P2C2S3). These criteria are used to evaluate their efficacy in persuading customers to adopt an E-Wallet. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to assess the causal link between e-marketing mix items and customer decisions to use E-Wallet. SEM provides the core capability of validating the validity and reliability of procedures such as Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). by investigating the pattern of linkages between latent variables and showing them with route diagrams. This study employed 200 E-Wallet users in Palembang for modeling. with the criterion of having one of the E-Wallet programs on a smartphone and having used the application at least once. According to the results of the consumer response processing. all constructs have Cronbach's Alpha (CA) > 0.60, indicating that all constructs are valid for use in measurement. As do the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and Composite Reliability (CR) values > 0.70, indicating that the construct explains more than half of the variance coming from the indicators. Furthermore, we show the results of evaluating the causal relationship between endogenous construct elements that influence customer decisions, such as location, security, and sales promotion.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of electoral affiliation of some Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) members in Trenggalek towards the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), which represents a new dynamic in the local political configuration and creates a political identity dilemma. Historically, NU members are known to have political and ideological closeness to the National Awakening Party (PKB). However, in recent years, there have been signs of a change in electoral preferences towards PKS, a party with a more modernist Islamic orientation. This study aims to understand the factors that drive this affiliation and analyze its impact on the collective identity of NU members and the local political map in Trenggalek. The method used is a literature study (library research) with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through literature studies of books, scientific journals, research reports, and other scientific sources relevant to the theme of Islamic politics, religion-based voter behavior, and religious identity. The results of the study indicate that this electoral shift is influenced by PKS's adaptive strategy in the approach to preaching and political communication that accommodates NU traditions, disappointment with PKB's performance at the local level, and the openness of the young generation of NU to alternative political choices. However, this convergence has created identity tensions, especially among NU figures who view PKS as a threat to traditional values. The implications of this study indicate the importance of an inclusive approach in Islamic politics and the need for a reorientation of Islamic parties in responding to the dynamics of local community religious identities and aspirations in a contextual and sensitive manner

Abstract

Bonang barung is one of the ricikan found in the gamelan sekaten and gamelan ageng. It functions as ricikan garap, it means that bonang barung must work on balungan gending. The techniques or motifs of the wasps include: mipil, gembyang, imbal, and klenangan. Of the several wasps, many of the mipil wasps are adopted from the bonang sekaten wasps. This study aims to determine the relationship between wasp motifs and balungan gending. The method used is descriptive analytical. Data was collected through interviews with several interviewees. In addition to interviews, the literature study was also carried out based on references about musical knowledge and several writings related to the material. The final result of this study shows that there are two things happen because of the effect of bonang sekaten wasp on the bonang barung wasp, namely adoption and adaptation.

Abstract

Watching is one of the daily activities carried out by all levels of society, young and old to children. In the digital era, many children do not understand what they are watching and receive harmful information. The fact is that watching activities provide many benefits, such as getting information anywhere and anytime easily. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to students through digital literacy that there is a lot of learning that can be taken from watching activities and developing writing, understanding, and listening skills. The method used in this activity is Video Based Learning which is the delivery of learning through video by showing films. The results showed that the percentage level of video eligibility was 75% with good qualifications. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Video Based Learning method is feasible to use in the learning process

Abstract

Gending Gantal Wedhar laras slendro pathet sanga memiliki bentuk kendhangan jangga atau setara dengan kethuk 4 kerep dhawah kethuk 8, merupakan gending srambahan yang jarang disajikan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menafsir garap ricikan gendèr dalam penyajian Gending Gantal Wedhar laras slendro pathet sanga Pada balungan gending yang bersumber dari Naskah Pakěm Wirama: Wilět Gěndhing Běrdangga Laras Sulendro, penulis menemukan beberapa keunikan gatra yang susunan balungannya mengindikasikan adanya percampuran pathet sehingga perlu dicermati dan dikaji secara khusus untuk menentukkan garap gendèran. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan proses penggarapan sesuai rumus 4M, yakni memahami, mengidentifikasi, menerapkan, dan mempraktikkan. Gendèr barung sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini memiliki fungsi penting untuk mengisi ruang dan waktu yang dibuat oleh kendang serta berkaitan dengan irama. Gendèr juga bertugas menguatkan pathet. Penulis mengumpulkan beberapa céngkok gendèran yang kemudian diaplikasikan pada balungan gending Gantal Wedhar, hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari konsep pathet, sehingga gending Gantal Wedhar memungkinkan untuk digarap  di luar rasa pathet sanga.Garap Gendèr Barung Gantal Wedhar Song in Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga Kendhangan JanggaGending Gantal Wedhar set in slendro pathet sanga has a kendhangan jangga form or the equivalent of kethuk 4 kerep dhawah kethuk 8, which is a rarely presented srambahan music. The purpose of this research is to interpret the ricikan gendèr in the presentation of Gending Gantal Wedhar in slendro pathet sanga. On the balungan gending sourced from Pakěm Wirama manuscript: Wilět Gěndhing Běrdangga Laras Sulendro, the author found several unique gatras whose balungan arrangement indicates a mix of pathet so that it needs to be examined and studied specifically to determine the gendèran arrangement. The method used by the author in this research is qualitative, with the process of working according to the 4M formula, namely understanding, identifying, applying, and practicing. Gendèr barung as the object of this research has an important function to fill the space and time created by the kendang and related to the rhythm. Gendèr is also responsible for reinforcing the pathet. The author collects several céngkok gendèran which are then applied to the balungan of the gending Gantal Wedhar, this is inseparable from the concept of pathet, so that the gending Gantal Wedhar allows it to be worked on outside the pathet sanga flavor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penggunaan cengkok rebab dan penerapannya pada Gending Rondhon versi K.R.R.A.T. Saptodiningrat. Umumnya teknik di dalam ricikan rebab adalah teknik kosokan rebab, sementara cengkok rebab lebih mengarah kepermainan lagu rebab sebuah gending. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pendekatannya menggunakan peran musikal, konsep garap dan konsep mungguh. Cengkok rebab dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 4, yakni cengkok umum; cengkok khusus; cengkok tuturan serta cengkok gantungan. Faktor penentu dalam penggunaan cengkok rebab diantaranya: 1) faktor musikal yang meliputi balungan gending, bentuk gending dan garap ricikan lain, 2) Konsep sajian gending (seleh), 3) Kreativitas pengrebab dalam mengembangkan wiledan pada garap rebab. Berdasarkan faktor tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa K.R.R.A.T. Saptodiningrat menggunakan 4 cengkok rebab yang disebutkan sebelumnya serta keragaman wiledan yang ada pada garap rebab Gending Rondhon ini. Mengingat jangkauan nada pada rebab sangat luas, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi para pengrebab untuk mengembangkan wiledan masing-masing. Berpijak dari hal tersebut, wiledan dapat menjadi salah satu ciri khas tiap pengrebab karena tiap pengrebab memiliki rasa mungguh sendiri.Rebaban Gending Rondhon Kethuk Sekawan Awis Minggah Wolu Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga Version K. R. R. A. T. SaptodiningratThis study aims to analyze the factors of using cengkok rebab and their application to the K. R. R. A. T. Saptodiningrat version of Gending Rondhon. Generally, the technique in ricikan rebab is the kosokan rebab technique, while cengkok rebab is more directed to the game of a gending rebab song. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach, the approach uses musical roles, garap concepts and mungguh concepts. Cengkok rebab can be grouped into 4, namely cengkok umum; cengkok special; cengkok tuturan and cengkok gantungan. The determining factors in the use of cengkok rebab include: 1) musical factors which include gending balungan, forms gending and other garap ricikan, 2) the concept of gending (seleh) presentation, 3) the creativity from pengrebab to expand wiledan on garap rebab. Based on these factors, it can be seen that K. R. R. A. T. Saptodiningrat uses the 4 cengkok rebab mentioned earlier and the diversity of wiledan in this garap rebab Gending Rondhon. Given the range of tones pengrebab is very wide, it does not rule out the possibility for pengrebab to develop their respective wiledans. Based on this, wiledan can be one of the characteristics of pengrebab because pengrebab has its own mungguh of taste.

Abstract

Melihat fenomena pertunjukan karawitan saat ini, gending-gending dengan tingkatan gending ageng jarang tersajikan. Hal terebut menjadi motivasi penulis terkait pemilihan Gending Gendreh Kemasan sebagai materi dalam Tugas Akhir ini. Adapun tujuan, salah satunya yaitu untuk menjaga eksistensi gending tersebut agar lestari.Gending Gendreh Kemasan adalah salah satu gending ageng yang terdapat pada Karawitan Jawa gaya Yogyakarta, berlaras slendro pathet sanga kendhangan mawur. Gending Gendreh Kemasan berbentuk kethuk 4 arang dhawah kethuk 8. Gending Gendreh Kemasan terdiri dari beberapa bagian, di antaranya yaitu buka, lamba, dados, pangkat dhawah, dan dhawah.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, wawancara, dan diskografi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui garap gender barung pada Gending Gendreh Kemasan. Adapun manfaat, yaitu hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah referansi dan perbendaharaan garap.Hasil penelitian yaitu garap gender barung pada Gending Gendreh Kemasan dapat menggunakan perbendaharaan garapnya yang berupa cengkok umum, cengkok khusus, cengkok gantungan, dan cengkok tuturan. Terdapat 13 macam cengkok genderan yang dapat diterapkan, di antaranya yaitu kuthuk kuning gembyang, kuthuk kuning kempyung, dualolo ageng, dualolo alit, tumurun ageng, tumurun alit, rambatan, ora butuh, kacaryan, ayo kuning, puthut gelut, gantungan gembyang, dan gantungan kempyung. Garap gender dalam gending tersebut tergolong rumit karena terdapat garap cengkok genderan campuran antara pathet sanga dan manyura. Working on Gender Barung Gending Gendreh Kemasan Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga Kendhangan Mawur Seeing the current phenomenon of karawitan performances, gendings with the ageng level of gending are rarely presented. This is the author's motivation regarding the selection of Gending Gendreh Kemasan as material in this Final Project. As for the goal, one of them is to maintain the existence of the piece so that it is sustainable.Gending Gendreh Kemasan is one of the ageng gending found in Javanese Karawitan Yogyakarta style, with slendro pathet sanga kendhangan mawur. Gending Gendreh Kemasan in the form of kethuk 4 kerep dhawah kethuk 8. Gending Gendreh Kemasan consists of several parts, including buka, lamba, dados, rank dhawah, and dhawah.This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature studies, interviews, and discography. The purpose of this study is to find out the work on gender barung in Gending Gendreh Kemasan. As for the benefits, namely the results of this study are expected to add to the references and working treasury.The results of the research are that working on gender barung in Gending Gendreh Kemasan can use the treasury of the works in the form of general cengkok, special cengkok, gantungan cengkok, and tuturan cengkok. There are 13 types of cengkok genderan that can be used, including kuthuk kuning gembyang, kuthuk kuning kempyung, dualolo ageng, dualolo alit, tumurun ageng, tumurun alit, tumurun alit, rambatan, ora butuh, kacaryan, ayo kuning, puthut gelut, gantungan gembyang, and gantungan kempyung. Working on the barung gender in this piece is quite complicated because there are mixed gender twists between pathet sanga and manyura.

Abstract

Arboretum Tabang merupakan salah satu areal perlindungan plasma nutfah khususnya jenis flora pohon asli Kalimantan yang dibangun oleh PT. Bara Tabang. Arboretum ini terletak di wilayah Kutai Tengah yang masih minim informasi jenis flora namun menghadapi perubahanan fungsi lahan berhutan secara masif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan data jenis pohon di Arboretum Tabang sebagai tahap awal perencanaan pengelolaan kawasan. Inventarisasi jenis pohon dengan metode sensus dilakukan di kawasan arboretum seluas 2 ha pada tahun 2021. Secara keseluruhan, ditemukan 839 tegakan pohon dari 210 jenis. Suku Dipterocarpaceae memiliki jumlah jenis terbanyak di areal ini diikuti oleh suku Moraceae dan Lauraceae. Namun, Macaranga gigantea dan Euphorbiaceae lebih dominan berdasarkan nilai Luas Bidang Dasar (LBD). Sebanyak 19 jenis pohon diketahui memiliki nilai konservasi tinggi berdasarkan aturan perundangan nasional dan IUCN Redlist. Potensi biomassa di dalam kawasan adalah sebanyak 193,33 ton dan potensi karbon sebesar 104,48 ton. Keanekaragaman jenis pohon di arboretum Tabang potensial sebagai areal sumber benih atau bibit untuk kegiatan reklamasi dan revegetasi lahan pasca tambang batu bara dan juga sumber plasma nutfah untuk lanskap Kutai Tengah.
