Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the seismic resilience of STKIP Santo Paulus Ruteng building using the SNI 1726:2019 standard. The research methodology employs displacement analysis to calculate maximum building displacements in two directions, X and Y, considering displacement amplification and building importance factors. The analysis results demonstrate that the building meets the seismic resilience requirements under static equivalent earthquake loads, with maximum displacements on the highest floor reaching 45.3 mm (X direction) and 18.42 mm (Y direction). This research contributes to ensuring the structural safety of tall buildings in seismic-prone areas

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation has changed the paradigm of higher education, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) becoming one of the key technologies that supports adaptive and personalized learning. However, its implementation faces significant challenges, such as issues of ethics, data privacy, and academic integrity. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges of using AI in higher education, especially by students, as well as formulating strategic recommendations for integrating this technology responsibly. Using a literature review approach, this research analyzes trends, benefits, and barriers related to AI applications such as AI-Based Intelligent Assistants (AIIA). The research results show that AI can improve learning efficiency and provide a more personalized learning experience, but concerns about technology dependency, potential plagiarism, and ethical and social impacts remain major obstacles. This research concludes that although AI has great potential in higher education, its successful integration requires strategic policies that consider technical, pedagogical and ethical aspects. This study contributes to the development of AI technology management strategies in higher education, providing guidance for creating an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Rapid business developments require organizations to be smarter in managing resources and reducing risks in order to remain competitive. This study aims to explore the strategic role of Business Intelligence (BI) in helping organizations achieve these goals. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study analyzes various BI tools and techniques used to optimize resources, such as labor, finance, and materials, and identify risks early. The results show that BI can improve operational efficiency by providing data-based insights, supporting better decision-making, and proactively mitigating risks. BI can help organizations monitor financial data in real time to prevent the risk of loss, or predict energy needs to prevent waste. In addition, a strategic approach to implementing BI, such as choosing the right tools and involving leaders, is a key factor in success. This study concludes that BI has great potential to help organizations become more resilient and efficient, while providing practical guidance for companies that want to use BI to manage resources and risks effectively.

Abstract

Batik merupakan warisan budaya asli Indonesia yang harus dilestarikan. Kesadaran dan pemahaman hak cipta harus ditingkatkan. Pekalongan ditetapkan sebagai kota kreatif dan sebagai kiblat industry Batik.  Motif batik Pekalongan masih belum banyak didaftarkan hak cipta, seringkali saling tiru antara motif satu dengan lainnya. Workshop dan sosialisasi , peserta akan diberikan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dalam mendaftarkan jenis-jenis HAKI yang berkaitan dengan industry batik. Peserta adalah UMKM Batik sekitar Pekalongan. Target peserta 40 orang pelaku UMKM batik. Disamping  prosedur pendaftaran, hak, manfaat yang diperoleh jika HAKI terdaftar. Dari pelatihan ini diharapkan para pengrajin batik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan melindungi kekayaan intelektualnya, memajukan industry batik, meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Kata Kunci: hak cipta, HAKI, UMKM, batik, Pekalongan

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan isu-isu tentang Teknologi Blockchain dan perkembangannya di masa depan pada masyarakat luas serta seluruh mahasiswa-mahasiswi Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI dan Universitas Esa unggul pada khususnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berbentuk seminar yang dilakukan secara Daring. Metode yang digunakan berupa Ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab. Alat yang digunakan adalah ZOOM. Pelaksanaan berlangsung dalam empat tahap yaitu Persiapan materi, pra-aktivasi, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan PKM. Outcome yang diharapkan dari PkM ini adalah peserta Mengenal lebih jauh tentang perkembangan teknologi blockchain serta implementasinya di berbagai bidang, terutama di era Industri generasi ke-4. Ada banyak startup yang mendigitalisasikan perusahaan berdasarkan teknologi baru yang disebut blockchain. Ini adalah teknologi terdistribusi dan peer-to-peer. Cryptocurrency adalah salah satu produk dari teknologi ini. Pada titik ini, cryptocurrency telah menjadi sarana barter. Kegiatan PkM ini diikuti oleh 115 peserta baik dari kalangan umum maupun mahasiswa serta beberapa orang dosen Universitas Esa unggul dan Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI.

Abstract

As technology develops, data mining technology is created which is used to analyse the level of understanding of students. This analysis is conducted to group students according to their ability to understand and master the subject matter. This research can provide guidance and insight for educators, as well as artificial intelligence, machine learning, association techniques, and classification techniques. Researchers and policymakers are working to optimise learning and improve the quality of student understanding. This study aims to analyse the level of student understanding in simple and structured terms. Using the Machine learning method to analyse the level of student understanding has the potential to impact the quality of education significantly. In addition, machine learning categories are qualified to be applied to the concept of data mining. The data mining techniques used are association and classification. Association techniques are used to determine the pattern of distance student learning. The following process of classification techniques is used to determine the variables to be used in this study using the Logistic Regression model where data that have been classified are grouped or clustered using the K-Means algorithm into three, namely the level of understanding is excellent, sound, and lacking, based on student activity, assignment scores, quiz scores, UTS scores, and UAS scores.

Abstract

Plagiarism is topical within the music industry. It is filled with circumstances such as the potential of massive losses coupled with a “false-positive” court ruling due to the blurred line of plagiarism factor. This research aims to solve the gray line of music plagiarism by exploring the potential of the Szymkiewicz-Simpson coefficient toward musical aspects of music. Melody and Rhythm are chosen as the main features to focus on in the research. MIDI files of music involved in court cases are used as data for the study, with limitations put on what cases can be used for the research. Using a threshold range of 0.1 to 0.25, detection accuracies for melodic plagiarism range from 45% to 60%, while rhythm plagiarism ranges from 60 to 65%. This shows that the algorithm of plagiarism detection has a tendency to detect non-plagiarism cases and is more effective towards rhythm plagiarism detection rather than melodic plagiarism detection against existing plagiarism cases.

Abstract

Accreditation ranking is one of the causes and indicators chosen by prospective students when choosing a study program in higher education. From the data collected, only 5% of study programs in the Computer Science group have a Superior accreditation rating and an A accreditation rating in LLDikti Region III Jakarta. So it is necessary to know the factors that influence the accreditation ranking. The machine learning methodology used in this approach is K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and from the data obtained there are 6 factors that can be strongly suspected to influence the study program accreditation value. The four machine learning models, namely KNN, Gaussian Naïve Bayes Decision Tree and Logistic Regression, it was found that the KNN machine learning model with 2 input variables had the highest AUC value, namely 84.38%. Meanwhile, from the model simulation run by KNN machine learning, 2 input variables can produce relatively accurate prediction results. And the results of cross validation with 10 folds support the selected machine learning with an accuracy level of 80%. In general, the KNN machine learning model with 2 input variables was able to predict the accreditation rating of Study Programs, especially from the Computer Science Cluster.Keywords – Accreditation, Area Under Curve (AUC), Department of School, Kfold Cross Validation, Machine Learning.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic growth disorder that originates during pregnancy, making early risk detection crucial for effective prevention and long-term child development. This study introduces a stunting risk prediction model based on urine testing, employing a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm enhanced through metaheuristic optimization. Three metaheuristic algorithms—Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO), Simulated Annealing (SA), and Firefly Algorithm (FA)—were utilized to fine-tune the SVM hyperparameters (C and gamma). Clinical urine samples collected from pregnant women served as the dataset for model training and validation. The results indicate that the SVM model optimized using GWO achieved the highest prediction accuracy at 94.15%, outperforming both the default SVM (88.46%) and the models optimized using SA (94.12%) and FA (85.71%). Additionally, significant improvements were observed in precision, recall, and F1-score metrics, affirming the effectiveness of metaheuristic tuning in enhancing classification performance. These findings highlight the potential of integrating metaheuristic algorithms with SVM for robust medical prediction tasks, especially in the early detection of stunting risks. The proposed model offers a promising and non-invasive diagnostic approach that can be implemented in prenatal care settings, enabling timely interventions to mitigate stunting and improve maternal and child health outcomes.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the level of capability of information technology (IT) in academic services at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta using the COBIT 2019 framework. The background of this research is the important role of information technology in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process in educational institutions. COBIT 2019 was chosen as a framework because it is a best practice in IT governance that can help institutions achieve their strategic goals. This research focuses on the IT governance process implemented at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta, the maturity level of existing information system governance, and recommendations for improving IT governance. The case study method is used with limitations on the domain within Align, Place and Organize (APO) 09 dan Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) 01 the COBIT 2019 framework. Research findings show that IT governance at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta is at a certain level of capability that needs to be improved. This research provides recommendations for improving academic services through improving IT governance. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference in determining IT policies at SMP Negeri 102 Jakarta and contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of information technology governance.
