Expert systems aim to combine human knowledge with systems, that is, so that computers can solve problems in the same way that experts usually do. Expert systems can also be used in diagnosing disease to determine the type of disease suffered as an initial diagnosis based on the symptoms to be followed up. In this study, the method used to develop an expert system for chronic kidney failure was using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Certainty Factor methods. The data search process starts from the symptoms experienced by the user and lab results of anemia, creatinine and eGFR then the final results obtained from this study are an Expert System Application for pre-diagnosing Kidney Disease with the Tsukamoto Method and Certainty Factor. The results obtained from this study, namely the certainty factor method obtained a patient's disease confidence level of 99.48% where according to these results according to experts and with the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method the results obtained for the stage of chronic kidney failure were 73.9 where these results were included in the VV High Risk category.

In this increasingly developing era, online games are a type of game that can provide its own pleasure for its users. Because of that, many people play online games continuously until they forget the time, it can even become addictive. Not many people have the opportunity and willingness to consult an expert to overcome their addiction. Therefore, an expert system is needed to diagnose online game addiction symptoms. With this research, an expert system was produced to diagnose symptoms of addiction to playing online games, which makes it easy to use. This expert system produces output in the form of a diagnosis whether a person is addicted to playing online games or not. Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic method is one method for a good problem solving control system to implement. The Sugeno fuzzy logic used in the expert system in this study functions to seek and find solutions to symptoms of addiction to playing online games. The results of this study can compare the Sugeno fuzzy with the Tsukamoto fuzzy to find the intended value or success by comparing the two fuzzy to find the highest value in this study. The results of this study obtained an accuracy value of 100% from 100 sample data.

The purpose of this business capital assistance program is to help people develop businesses that were previously affected by the Covid-19 pandemic which caused small businesses such as street vendors and home businesses to experience a decrease in income. This program aims to help small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Potential beneficiaries are currently still selected through meetings held by village heads, which require a longer decision-making process.Therefore it is very important to create a new system that can be used to assist those who are eligible to receive targeted funds. In this study, a decision support system application was made to make it easier for village heads to determine candidates who are entitled to receive assistance according to the criteria. A decision support system is a solution that can be used to find out the results of the selection of MSME beneficiaries using the SAW and SMART methods. The SAW and SMART methods use 10 alternative data to provide an assessment of the final result by ranking from the highest to the lowest alternative value, showing that the two methods produce data that is accurate and suitable when applied as a ranking. The calculation results generated by the system that has been tested with the results of manual calculations, both show the same results.

Education in Staff Operation of Indonesian National Police is an important element that aims to improve the quality of personnel. Staff Operation of Indonesian National Police (Sops Polri) is an unit in the National Police of Indonesian Headquarters. Education and development is carried out by the Staff Human Resources of Indonesian National Police (SSDM Polri) by gathering personnel data from various units. At first Sops Polri has to select its personnel so that the selected personnel is the best. But the process of selection in Sops Polri still done manually and the chances of errors are very large. So the development of decision support system using AHP and SAW methods can help the process of selection in Sops Polri. After decision support system was developed then it was tested by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a result of 80.25 which can be interpreted as acceptable.

Government initiatives to give villages more power include village development. In accordance with local village government policies, there are specific criteria for allocating village infrastructure development funds. The goal is for village infrastructure development to be more equitable and directed. Priorities for developing village infrastructure must be decided. Decisions on village infrastructure development are still made by voting, and often more significant developments have to be postponed due to a vote loss. To determine priorities for village infrastructure development, village officials can use a decision support system (Decision Support System). Village infrastructure development priorities are determined using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and Product Weight (WP) methodologies. Each proposal will be assessed according to the criteria selected by the village to set development priorities. It is hoped that by creating a decision support system it will be easier, more accurate and faster to determine development priorities in the village of Rawa Panjang when using the SAW and WP methodologies to prioritize village infrastructure development. Results Based on the research, it is recommended to use the WP method to determine the ranking, because the level of suitability of data in the field is higher than SAW which was found to be 99.87 WP and SAW was determined to be 99.27%

The Tsukamoto fuzzy logic method is one method for problem solving control systems, which is good to implement with a system method that will use human knowledge that can be entered into the system on a computer to find and solve problems that usually require expertise or expertise. looking for a truth. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find methods that can be used in diagnosing gadget addiction in early childhood, and to compare two fuzzy methods that will be used as methods to diagnose gadget addiction in early childhood. The methods used in this study are expert system methods, namely fuzzy sugeno and fuzzy mamdani. The results showed that many children experience addiction to gadgets with a susceptibility to 1-4 hours of use time in one day. The level of addiction in boys is somewhat higher than in girls, the large number of children who are addicted to gadgets at a very early age to recognize and experience addiction to gadgets is the author's main goal to make this thesis if it can be used to monitor the level of gadget addiction in early childhood, research on the contribution of the method of applying the method the fuzzy sugeno and fuzzy mamdani algorithms in diagnosing gadget addiction in early childhood and the contribution to this method is the application of the fuzzy mamdani method and the fuzzy sugeno method to the fuzzy algorithm and the problem of this research is to determine the results of defuzzification of the data that has been obtained.

Mycobacterium bacteria is the cause of tuberculosis, an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory tract in humans and can easily spread through the air. In 2012, WHO data showed that tuberculosis is an infectious disease that causes the second largest health problem in the world. Tuberculosis is a disease that can attack other parts of the body as well as the lungs. The sooner a person finds out he has tuberculosis and gets tested, the more likely he will recover faster. There are many detection methods, but many are time consuming. A decision support system is needed using the WASPAS method and the CPI method which are capable of diagnosing tuberculosis. To overcome this problem. By forming a decision tree represented by rules, this decision support system implements Rank Order Centroids, one of the classification techniques in machine learning used in the data mining process. This study produces a system that is expected to make it easier for the general public to obtain timely and accurate information for diagnosing tuberculosis. A decision support system for diagnosing tuberculosis was developed as a result of this study. After being tested with 100 patient data, 50 as training data and 50 as testing data, the Confusion Matrix produces an accuracy value of 90%.

The level of social media use in Indonesia has increased every year. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the tendency to play social media so that you forget the time to do other activities such as studying. A system is needed that is able to detect whether someone is addicted to social media or not. The Tsukamoto fuzzy method is a method that can solve a problem by using a system on a computer in search of a truth and usually requires some expertise. While the fuzzy mamdani method has a function in finding a solution in solving the problem of social media addiction in today's youth. This comparison is done by the author to find the best answer from one of the methods used. This research was created in order to be able to detect the level of social media addiction in adolescents in the form of a web to inform adolescents to avoid the negative symptoms of social media addiction such as timelessness, lazy learning and being unable to stop oneself from controlling social media use. Then after testing with 25 adolescent data, the results obtained were 10 adolescents experiencing social media addiction problems and 15 adolescents not. It can be seen that the Tsukamoto method has a very addictive score of 0 to 20 for 10 teenagers and 15 teenagers with a non-addiction score of 80 to 100. Meanwhile, it is known that the Mamdani method has a very addictive score of 0 to 10 for 10 teenagers and 15 teenagers with a non-addicted score of 40 to 50.

Technology in the Revolutionary Era 4.0 and Society 5.0 made changes in the manual learning system to digital. Along with the development of technology that makes technology and humans very difficult to separate. There are many ways to acquire learning knowledge, one of which is to use learning media tools that are already available on mobile phones. There are so many physics learning media tools available that make students confused in determining the best media to use. In determining physics learning media tools when learning online there are several criteria for Storage Capacity, Application Features, Number of Materials, Number of Language Choices, Number of Users and Rating Reviews. Based on these problems, a decision support system is needed as a problem solving technique and is assisted by a method that can produce an accurate final value. The method is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method which is very helpful in generating the best weight and preference values from alternative data and criteria so that the final result is that the best physics learning media tool is in Alternative F4 with a value of 0.79563, namely the PhyWiz application.

In this study, a study was conducted to determine the Best Chat Application, the more we enter the digital era, the more applications and communication media or sending messages that appear.
