Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the readiness of MSMEs in rural areas to face digitalization. Research methods include observation and interviews with MSME owners in East Lampung to understand the challenges of digitalization, collect profile data, and utilize fintech to support a sustainable economy. Research in East Lampung shows that many MSMEs have adopted the QRIS payment system and social media, but are still limited in online delivery. Digital awareness and transaction costs are also obstacles to expansion. Encouraging digitalization can generate more inclusive and sustainable local economic growth. Recommendations for this study: The government, educational institutions, and banks need to implement digital literacy training for MSMEs, establish digital communities, and conduct research to assess the effectiveness of programs and their impact on economic growth and financial inclusion in East Lampung.

Abstract

This study examines the development of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) research within sustainable development literature through bibliometric analysis. As a strategic human resource management approach, GHRM has received growing scholarly attention because of its contribution to promoting environmentally responsible behavior, strengthening organizational sustainability capabilities, and supporting long-term environmental performance. Nevertheless, systematic studies that map the evolution, thematic direction, and intellectual structure of this research field remain limited. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database, resulting in 76 open-access articles published between 2016 and 2024. The analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny to identify publication trends, dominant research themes, influential journals, and leading contributors. The findings reveal substantial publication growth after 2020, indicating increasing academic interest in GHRM and sustainability. Dominant themes include environmental performance, pro-environmental behavior, green HR practices, and sustainability-oriented organizational capabilities. Sustainability and the Journal of Cleaner Production emerged as the most influential journals, while Jabbour and Renwick were identified as key contributors. Overall, this study highlights GHRM’s shift toward broader sustainability and capability-based perspectives.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive systematic literature review examining service innovation as a mediating variable in the relationship between market orientation, digital transformation capability, and customer satisfaction in digital startups for the period 2021-2025. The analysis employs a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to identify research trends, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence. Findings indicate that service innovation serves as a critical mediator connecting market orientation strategies with digital transformation outcomes, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction in startup contexts. Under-explored areas include the dynamic mechanisms of service innovation adaptation, the role of organizational culture, and longitudinal impacts on customer loyalty. This study proposes a future research agenda focused on mixed-methods approaches, cross-sectional analyses, and the integration of emerging technologies in service innovation frameworks.
