Abstract

Learning media based on qur'anic values significantly contribute to student outcomes. One reason for low learning outcomes in classes is that teaching materials rooted in Islamic values connect students with moral principles and shape their character, thereby strengthening the integration of science and religion. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through e-magazine learning media based on qur'anic values. The research design is a quantitative experimental study with a pre-experimental method, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consists of one class, X-3, totaling 30 students, selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used is a test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions. Data were analyzed using the N-gain formula. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes, with an average pretest score of 30.19. After instruction with e-magazine learning media based on qur'anic values, the posttest average improved to 80.19. The N-gain value was 0.72, indicating a high level of improvement. It can be concluded that the application of e-magazine learning media based on qur'anic values in biodiversity material significantly enhances student learning outcomes

Abstract

ekosistem seperti kawasan pesisir Pantai Lapeng Pulo Breuh Aceh Besar. Kawasan pesisir Pantai Lapeng Pulo Breuh adalah salah satu kawasan pantai pesisir di Pulo Breuh yang masih alami dan vegetasi yang relatif bervariasi. Kondisi ini diduga mempengaruhi kehadiran berbagai spesies burung di kawasan pesisir Pantai Lapeng. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekararagama spesies burung dan status konservasi burung yang terdapat di kawasan pesisir Pantai Lapeng Pulo Breuh Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode titik hitung (point count) pada setiap stasiun pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan indeks Shannon-Wiener. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 17 spesies burung yang berhasil diidentifikasi di kawasan tersebut dengan nilai rata-rata indeks keanekaragaman spesies (H') sebesar 2.482 yang tergolong pada kriteria tinggi. Kehadiran Rangkong Papan dengan status IUCN Near Threatened menunjukkan pentingnya upaya konservasi untuk melestarikan habitat burung di kawasan ini. Untuk menyelidiki unsur-unsur yang memengaruhi keanekaragaman burung dan membuat rencana konservasi yang berhasil, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Studi ini memberikan informasi tambahan tentang keberagaman burung di kawasan pesisir Pantai Lapeng Pulo Breuh, yang penting untuk mendukung upaya konservasi dan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perbanyakan tanaman umumnya dilakukan secara generatif melalui biji, atau secara vegetatif melalui bagian tanaman. Namun, banyak tanaman yang sulit diperbanyak secara generatif, sehingga populasinya terus berkurang. Subkultur menjadi salah satu cara perbanyakan tanaman dalam kultur jaringan dengan pemindahan planlet yang masih sangat kecil (planlet muda) dari medium lama ke medium baru secara aseptic. Bawang merah (Allium cepa L.) salah satu zat pengatur tumbuh alternatif yang di tambahkan pada media tanam kultur jaringan pisang barangan (Musa acuminata L.) yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan dan morfogenesis yang lebih baik bagi planlet tanaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan pisang barangan dengan pemberian larutan bawang merah dan konsentrasi yang baik pada pertumbuhan pisang barangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang di peroleh dari hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji anava. Hasil uji F pada analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian larutan bawang merah pada pisang barangan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah akar umur 28 dan 84 hari setalah tanam (HST). Pemberian larutan bawang merah memberikan pengaruh nyata pada jumlah akar pada konsentrasi BP4 (MS + larutan bawang merah (5 ml/l).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and learning outcomes of students with the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model on human respiratory system material at MAT Daarut Tahfizh Al-Ikhlas. This study used a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group type of research. Class XI-3 as the experimental class used the Jigsaw model, while class XI-2 as the control class used conventional learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through motivation questionnaires and learning outcomes tests, then analyzed by independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in student motivation and learning outcomes in the experimental class. The average N-Gain value of the experimental class was 0.72 (high category), while the control class was 0.43 (medium category). The students' learning motivation score in the experimental class also reached the “very high” category. Thus, the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model proved effective in improving students' motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Biodiversity is a combination of the number of species and the number of individuals of each species in a community, one of which is in the Lichen group. Lichen is a form of mutualistic symbiosis between fungi and algae that morphologically and physiologically form a whole unit to produce new, unique individuals. This organism has an important role in the ecosystem, such as indicators of environmental quality, nutrient cycles, and soil surface cover. However, data on the diversity of Lichen species, especially in Geothermal areas, is still very limited so that information on their distribution and composition in the area is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the diversity index of Lichen species in the Jaboi Hot Spring area, Sukajaya District, Sabang City. The study was conducted in June 2025 using a combination of exploratory survey methods to determine research stations and transect line boundaries, as well as purposive sampling methods for Lichen sampling. Data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index (Ĥ). The results showed that there were 17 Lichen species belonging to 11 families with a total of 2027 colonies found in all observation stations. The obtained diversity index value was Ĥ = 2.819214, which is recommended as moderate diversity. These findings indicate that although the Jaboi Hot Springs area has unique environmental conditions due to geothermal activity, it still supports a diverse range of lichen species. This information is expected to form the basis for further research on lichen ecology, biodiversity conservation, and its potential use in geothermal areas. Furthermore, the results of this study can make important contributions to environmental management and bioindicator-based ecosystem quality monitoring.

Abstract

Shrub vegetation is an important component in the structure of vegetation communities that have a significant ecological role, especially in maintaining soil stability and supporting biodiversity. One area that has the potential for shrub vegetation diversity but has not been scientifically documented is the Jaboi hot spring area, Weh Island, Sukajaya District, Sabang City. The purpose of this study was to investigate various types of shrub vegetation found in the study area and to calculate the diversity index. Data collection was carried out using a one-hundred-meter line transect method divided into four paths, with one pair of transects directed towards residential areas and plantation areas, while the remaining two transects were directed towards areas that were still forested. At each transect there were six observation points with a distance between points of 20 meters, each point consisting of three quadrat plots measuring 2 × 2 meters. Analysis of the diversity index used the Shannon-Wiener formula (H’). The results showed that there were 9 shrub species from 7 families with a total of 169 individuals from four observation stations. The Melastomataceae family dominates the shrub community with two main species, Melastoma malabathricum and Memecylon caeruleum. The diversity index value is 2.17, which is included in the moderate category (H = 2–3). This diversity is influenced by the physical-chemical conditions of the environment, such as acidic soil pH (4.4–5.5) and relatively stable temperatures, although temperatures exceeding the optimum limit were found in some locations. This study provides initial data on the potential of shrub vegetation as a basis for ecosystem management and conservation in the area.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu rancangan bahan ajar yang dirancang oleh guru demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, dan memudahkan siswa dalam belajar terutama pada materi sistem pencernaan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing, menganalisis hasil uji kelayakan LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi sistem pencernaan di SMAN 12 Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian R&D (Research and Development). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kelayakan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket validasi dan di analisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi sistem pencernaan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Impementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh persentase sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat layak. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa LKPD yang dihasilkan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu alat atau perantara yang dapat membantu proses belajar dalam menyampaikan informasi dengan tujuan merangsang peserta didik melalui indera yang dimilikinya, proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 2 Aceh Besar berlangsung menggunakan metode ceramah dan menggunakan media buku ajar, sehigga siswa tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil uji kelayakan media siswa terhadap media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis video. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model ADDIE tahapan model ADDIE terdiri dari Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 ahli media dan 2 ahli materi. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi. Teknik analisisi data menggunakan uji kelayakan. Hasil penelitian dari kelayakan media diperoleh 84% dengan kriteria sangat layak, kelayakan materi sebesar 78% dengan kriteria layak. Dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis video pada materi sistem pencernaan layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the important components in the learning process. Teaching materials must be in accordance with basic competencies in order to achieve learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the response of students at the MA / SMA level in Aceh Province to biology teaching materials based on Koranic values. this research uses an R&D design. teaching materials that will be given to students have passed the development phase and expert validation. The instrument used was a learner response questionnaire which was tested twice, on a small scale and large scale. Data analysis using the percentage response formula. The results showed that the response of MA / SMA level students in Lhoksumawe City, Pidie and Aceh Besar Aceh Province was very interested in biology teaching materials based on Quranic values. the results of the analysis obtained from the calculation of a small scale (30 students) obtained a response with an average value of 89.93 and a large scale (70 students) with an average value of 90.79.

Abstract

Fabaceae family plants are found everywhere, this is in accordance with the general habitat of Fabaceae plants that can grow in lowland areas. The Fabaceae family is one of the third largest families included in the members of the Angiospermae which are easily found in the Pocut Meurah Intan Forest Park area, Aceh Besar. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the diversity of plant species from the Fabaceae family. The study was conducted on November 16, 2024 using a descriptive observation method, by dividing the Tahura area into several plots. Then, samples were taken to be identified based on the characteristics of the Fabaceae family. The results of this study found 6 species from the Fabaceae family, namely acacia (Acasia auriculiformis), mimosa pudica (Mimosa pudica), tamarind (Tamarindus indica), keranji (Dialium indum), telang (Clitoria ternatea), angsana (Pterocapus inducus). So it can be concluded that in the Pocut Meurah Intan Tahura area there are several species from the fabaceae family
