Abstract

Employee performance is a very important thing in the organization's business to achieve company goals so that various activities must be carried out by the company to achieve its objectives and continue to improve the performance of its employees, one of which is to set appropriate performance standards and performance appraisal. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a simultaneous or partial influence between leadership and communication on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. This research was also conducted to find out which variables had a more dominant influence on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. The respondents of this study were 65 employees of Fave Kuta Hotel Karika Plaza. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. T test is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially and the F test is used to determine the significant effect of independent variables on the dependent variable together (simultaneous). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that leadership and communication together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. This can be seen from the results of the t test, the leadership and communication variables partially have a positive effect on employee performance, where leadership has a value of t arithmetic (8,035)> t table (1,670). Furthermore, the F test is where F count 38.081> from the value of F table 3.145 while the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the leadership variable of 0.686> of the communication variable 0.348. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested that company leaders are expected to be more open in giving directions to subordinates, good and effective communication so that they continue to be intertwined between superiors and subordinates or fellow employees in the company.

Abstract

Employee morale is a very important thing in supporting the achievement of an organization's goals, if morale is high it tends to be able to finish work well andquickly, conversely if morale is low then the work will be less well done and employees become dissatisfied. Employee morale can be measured one of them by looking at the percentage of employee absenteeism at work. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee morale, the effect of motivation on morale, to find out how much the contribution of influence between leadership and motivation on employee morale, and also to find out which variables are more dominant on the morale of employees of PT. BPR Pedungan. The respondents of this study were employees of PT. BPR Pedungan, amounting to 91 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The multiple regression equation is: Y = 3.380 + 0.464 X1 + 0.450 X2. T test is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially. Based on the results of the analysis note that leadership and motivation have a positive and partially significant effect on employee morale. Where leadership has a t-count value (4,559)> t-table (1,662), motivation has t-count (4,063)> t-table (1,662). Contributions contributed by leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) to employee morale (Y) at PT.BPR Pedungan are 80.8%, while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study such as communication and work discipline. Leadership (X1) gives a more dominant influence compared to motivation (X2) on employee morale (Y) at PT. Rural BPR, where the value of β for the leadership variable is 0.488 and motivation is 0.435. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested by the leadership of PT. BPR Pedungan always pays attention to leadership and motivation because together these two variables are able to increase Employee Morale at PT.BPR Pedungan.

Abstract

Quality The performance of employees at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is inseparable from the selection and placement process carried out on site. both in conducting the selection process that is passed through the academic selection through a CV that has been sent, then by field interviews with the department head according to the applicant, then selection of health tests with a health certificate and some health test results sent to the place, and then the final interview test with the hotel leadership is the Hotel Manager Amaris Hotel Legian. Then placed or through the placement process by placing prospective employees in accordance with what prospective employees apply. This study functions and aims to analyze the effect of selection and placement on employee performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali. where the number of samples in this study were 75 respondents, namely all employees working on the research object. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire and documentation. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following regression equation Y = 8.597 + 0.495X1 + 0.278X2. in addition to this it is also proven that the Effect of Selection on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the significance value of less than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. while the Effect of Placement on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the significance value smaller than 0.05 which is equal to 0.002. for the effect of Selection and Placement on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is 33.8%

Abstract

Employee performance is something that needs to be considered in a company, because employee performance impacts in achieving goals. The problem raised in this study is whether dual role conflict (X1) affects the performance of employees (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa, whether work stress (X2) affects the performance of employees (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa, how much influence the dual role and work stress of the performance of the employees of PT Bodyworks Harum Spa and which independent variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa. The population in this study amounted to 109 people, this study uses the population as a sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, t-test analysis. The analysis shows the regression model Y = 48,663 - 617 (X1) - 538 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that multiple role conflict (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa as shown by the negative coefficient b1X1. Work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa as indicated by the negative coefficient b2X2 regression coefficient. The magnitude of the influence of multiple roles and work stress on the performance of employees of PT Bodyworks Harum Spa by 40.8% and the remaining 59.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta is a dual role variable (X1) that is equal to - 369 while the work stress variable (X2) is - 341.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of credit risk, interest rate risk and liquidity risk on the profitability of Indonesian BUMN Banks for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses associative methods and multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS program, which includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Sampling using purposive sampling method, with consideration of the criteria used are government-owned banking companies successively in the study period. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that credit risk (NPL) has a negative effect on profitability (ROA) with the contribution given by the NPL variable to ROA is 33.1%. Interest rate risk (NIM) has a positive effect on profitability (ROA) with the large contribution given by the NIM variable to ROA is 59.5%. Liquidity risk (LDR) has a negative effect on profitability (ROA) with the large contribution given by the LDR variable to ROA is 12.7%.

Abstract

Increased employee performance can have a positive impact on achieving company goals, so in this case Rama Residence Padma Legian Hotel seeks to improve the performance of its employees to maintain the life of the company and the management must try to improve employee performance by applying a good leadership and communication style. Employee performance is the result of employee work in terms of quality, quantity, working time and cooperation to achieve company organizational goals that have been set by a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of communication on employee performance, how much influence leadership style and communication on employee performance, and which independent variables have a more dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 56 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show that leadership style (X1) and communication (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is indicated by the regression equation: Y = 9.360 + 0.093X1 + 0.216X2. The conclusion obtained is that leadership style (X1) has a partially positive influence on employee performance (Y). Communication (X2) has a positive influence partially on employee performance (Y). The influence of leadership style (X1) and communication (X2) on employee performance at Hotel Rama Residence Padma Legian is 21.2%. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence is communication (X2) with a beta coefficient of 0.331.

This study aims to examine work safety, work supervision, and work discipline of employees who conduct case studies on employees at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta, Bali. determine the sample using certain considerations. The number of respondents used in this study were 65 people. The results of the study stated that Health and Safety had a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.022 < (0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Work supervision has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.020 < (0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the t-statistical test also state that Work Supervision (X2) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.020 < (0.05). This shows that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the t-statistical test also state that Work Discipline (X3) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using SPSS 22.00 application software. In this study, respondents' answers were classified in the form of answers using an interval scale with the Likert scale method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors considered by tourists to visit Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant and Bistro in Sanur-Bali. The basic method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Sampling with purposive sampling method with the number of respondents 110 people. The types and sources of data used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and recording. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis. Factor analysis aims to find new variables called factors that have fewer numbers than the original variables. Factor analysis resulted in a total variance value of 84.943%. The results showed that of the 22 variables analyzed were divided into 5 core factors. These factors are Existence factor (37.364%), Promotion factor (19.631%), Service factor (15.422%), environmental factor (6.931%), and price factor (5.596%). Suggestions that can be formulated based on the results of the study are: the company is expected to increase its attention to the variables that are considered by consumers in Visiting Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant And Bistro Sanur-Bali. Researchers only used 22 independent variables, of course there are still many variables that must be observed further to get answers about the factors considered by tourists to visit Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant And Bistro Sanur- Bali. The company is expected to be able to establish relationships with local communities, such as tour guides, in order to be able to increase visits in the future

Abstract

Human resource management is an integral part of organizational management, specifically focusing on various aspects related to human resources. Organizational commitment refers to the degree to which an employee demonstrates a strong tendency to maintain a long-term relationship with the organization. Job satisfaction refers to the extent to which individuals express positive and negative feelings toward their occupation, including factors such as level of challenge and use of skills, as well as like the presence or absence of monotony in their work. Work environment includes the tangible, interpersonal, and psychological aspects of an organization that impact the performance and effectiveness of that organization's workforce. This study was conducted at the Grand Puri Saron Hotel Yogyakarta, a leading accommodation facility located in the Malioboro area of Sosrowijayan, Yogyakarta. The objective of this study is to determine the significant and dominant impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The study included 26 employees and used a saturation point sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study involved the use of multiple linear regression analysis, supported by IBM Statistic SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that there is no statistically significant relationship between the Work Environment variable and the Organizational Commitment variable. The variable Organizational Commitment is significantly and positively affected by Job Satisfaction, in which Job Satisfaction has the main effect
