Kurangnya model interpersonal yang optimal dalam membimbing menyebabkan siswa bertingkah laku yang menyimpang secara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bimbingan interpersonal siswa SD di Kota Pangkalpinang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D. Produk pengembangan berupa buku model bimbingan interpersonal untuk siswa SD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas tinggi. Subjek uji skala kecil berjumlah 10 orang, sedangkan skala besar berjumlah 60 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yakni observasi, angket siswa, lembar validasi, wawancara guru, dan angket respon guru. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan produk model interpersonal untuk siswa SD di Kota Pangkalpinang dinilai valid dan praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara bimbingan interpersonal dan perilaku verbal bullying di sekolah dasar. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan anak mendapatkan pengarahan dan bimbingan orang tua serta guru dalam menumbuhkembangkan bimbingan interpersonal anak. This study aimed to analyze the measurement of the individual piety index as a manifestation of social piety in supporting regional development programs. Improving the quality of humans to increase the social piety of the community has become one of the priorities in realizing the development of competitive and noble humans. The research method applied was the Creswell model of library research, which is qualitative. Data was gathered from literature on social piety, regional development, and the social piety index. The data-gathering method followed the Sugiyono concept, which entailed a manual and digital search of relevant literature. The Moleong model was used in the data analysis technique. For this reason, several strategies that can be formulated to achieve these goals are outlined in the form of 1) increasing concern for others (social care); 2) increasing public awareness of environmental conservation; 3) increasing the community's awareness of the law, and 4) increasing public awareness of the values of pluralism (diversity). Several parts of the regional apparatus involved in realizing the achievement of the social piety index are all line levels in the community.

Online gambling is now widespread, even among college students. Online slot games fall into the category of gambling that uses money as stakes. In this type of game, players purchase chips to use in betting. Religious literacy serves as a practice that helps individuals understand religious teachings across different cultural settings. Religious literacy encompasses more than just knowledge or skills about the teachings and practices of a particular religion. Technology has become a crucial element in society in this digital age. This study aims to introduce students to religious literacy programs, so that by introducing religious literacy, online gambling can be reduced. Implementing religious literacy among students on campus aims to address negative behavior related to gambling. Religious literacy needs to be taught to students so they can live in today's modern society. The religious literacy movement is an activity that focuses on sources of information related to religion. Religious literacy is closely related to students' religious character. This research is quantitative, providing a religious literacy habituation program for students. Participants in this study consisted of several students from the State Islamic University of Babel (UNMUH Babel). Data collection instruments included observation sheets, interviews, and questionnaires. The research findings indicate an increase in students' understanding of judol (Islamic gambling). This improvement is expected to reduce the likelihood of becoming entangled in online gambling practices in the future.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi bagi anak putus sekolah untuk melanjutkan sekolah. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Batu Beriga Kecamatan Lubuk Besar Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Program ini dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi dan diskusi. Target capaian dari program ini peserta memiliki kesadaran mengenai pentingnya peranan pendidikan dan kelanjutan sekolah formal dan non-formal memperoleh pengetahuan baru serta dapat termotivasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan yang terputus. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa dari peserta yang hadir, dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas peserta tidak merasa bangga karena tidak menyelesaikan sekolah yaitu sebesar 67%. Sedangkan jumlah peserta yang tidak ingin melanjutkan sekolah lagi hanya mencapai 17% dari peserta yang hadir sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pemaparan internalisasi nilai pendidikan, 83% peserta yang hadir masih ingin melanjutkan sekolah.

The implementation of the "calistung" (reading, writing, and arithmetic) tutoring aims to enhance students' literacy and numeracy skills. This activity is part of a community service program carried out by two lecturers and students. The purpose of this service is to provide guidance to students in recognizing and mastering the skills of reading, writing, and arithmetic (calistung). The methods used in this service include community situation analysis (initial observation) and work procedures to realize the proposed methods. The activity was held in October 2024, involving 35 tutoring participants. The results of this service show that the tutoring participants gained an improved understanding of the calistung method, ranging from grades 1 to 6. This is reflected in the tutoring material provided, which facilitates their learning in reading, writing, and arithmetic. Additionally, a positive impact is seen in the involvement of parents, who are pleased with the tutoring support provided to their children, strengthening the connection between the tutoring participants and their parents.

Community service with a beginner community service scheme carries out outreach activities regarding Classpointi application training for teachers in the independent elementary school learning curriculum. This service is motivated by the lack of ability of STKIP MBB elementary school teachers in using interactive applications to deal with the independent learning curriculum. Therefore, socialization and education activities on the Classpoint application were held for teachers in the independent elementary school learning curriculum. The solution carried out in this service is through the initial observation stage or situation analysis regarding the teacher's understanding and abilities towards interactive applications, the service planning stage, the service implementation stage in the form of classpoint application training for teachers in the independent learning curriculum, precisely implemented at STKIP MBB Elementary School, Pangkalan Baru District, Regency Central Bangka, and the evaluation stage took the form of question and answer activities and guided exercises. The results of community service with socialization and educational activities on the Classpoint application for teachers in the independent primary school learning curriculum can be described in detail according to the stages that have been implemented. These stages include, 1) needs assessment; 2) presentation of material; 3) mentoring; and 4) evaluation.

Recently, the phenomenon of bullying in schools has become a serious concern due to its profound impact on victims. This is due to the lack of optimal guidance and counseling programs for students in schools. Bullying is repeated, psychologically or physically, oppression perpetrated by an individual or group of individuals who are superior to them. Bullying cases are common, especially in education, and if left untreated, can have negative impacts on victims. This study was conducted to understand the guidance and counseling programs implemented by guidance and counseling teachers in handling and developing the character of students involved in bullying in elementary schools in Pangkalpinang City. This research employed a qualitative method with a focus on case studies, which involved collecting interviews, observations, and document analysis from various previous studies. The data used consisted of primary and secondary sources. The primary source was questionnaires, while secondary sources included books on interpersonal models for preventing bullying. The results of the study indicate that the literature review method revealed that anti-bullying awareness among students can be increased through several methods, including: guidance groups using sociodrama techniques, psychosocial education, and information delivery using animated media. Furthermore, collaboration between all parties, particularly schools, teachers, students, and parents, is essential in creating a more positive environment for students. School counselors play a crucial role in preventing and addressing bullying issues in the school environment.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi public speaking bagi pemuda-pemudi di Kecamatan Mendo Barat. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya kemampuan pemuda dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa indonesia yang baik karena terkadang masih menggunakan bahasa daerah atau bahasa sehari-hari. Kemampuan bersosialisasi diperlukan dalam bersosialisasi baik sesama pemuda maupun dalam masyarakat di kecamatan. Solusi yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini dengan cara tahap observasi awal atau analisis situasi tentang pemahaman dan kemampuan pemuda terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi, tahap perencanaan pengabdian, tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2023 yang berupa pelatihan public speaking pada pemuda-pemudi di kecamatan mendo barat, dan tahap evaluasi berupa kegiatan tanya jawab dan latihan terbimbing. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap observasi dan tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan yang meliputi pemberian materi dan kemudian praktek dengan pemuda-pemudi Kecamatan Mendo Barat Kab. Bangka. Abstract : Community service through socialization and public speaking education activities for young people in West Mendo District. This service is motivated by the lack of young people's ability to communicate using good Indonesian because sometimes they still use regional or everyday languages. Social skills are needed in socializing both among young people and within the community in the sub-district. The solution carried out in this service is through the initial observation stage or situation analysis regarding young people's understanding and abilities regarding communication skills, the service planning stage, the service implementation stage on October 14 2023 in the form of public speaking training for young people in Mendo Barat subdistrict, and The evaluation stage consists of question and answer activities and guided exercises. The method of implementing this service is carried out in two stages, namely the observation stage and the training implementation stage which includes providing material and then practice with young people in West Mendo District, Kab. Bangka.

The Al-Qur'an Education Park in Romodong sub-district is experiencing problems in teaching and learning to read and write the Qur'an, this causes a problem that hinders the achievement of a goal that is to be achieved so that it requires community service activities in the Romodong sub-district community using the Real Work Lecture (KKN) scheme. carried out increased reading of the Koran. The aim of this activity is to train TPA teachers' abilities and understanding of implementing learning in accordance with students' learning interests. Helping to increase understanding of recitation material and practice for TPA students. As well as improving and developing the abilities of Romodong sub-district TPA teachers in delivering learning material for reading the Al-Qur'an that is not boring and easy to understand. The results of service activities provide additional insight, knowledge and skills to the teaching staff at the Romodong sub-district TPA.
