Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation at MI Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Manar Klaten in Education Quality Assurance. The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia reinforces the need for seriousness in implementing EDM at every level, especially in basic education. The approach used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive approach. Researchers deepen the various phenomena that exist in the field and describe them in the form of words and sentences. The methods used by researchers in collecting data are direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Researchers used Miles and Huberman's model in conducting data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusions/verification. In the instrument development stage using instruments from the Government with reference to the eight SNPs. At the data collection stage using instruments filled out by the head of the madrasa, eight teachers, fifteen students, three madrasah committees by providing assistance and verifying data entry. At the data analysis stage using the EDM application and determine the problem. All stakeholders analyze the root/cause of the problem. At the recommendation stage, stakeholders determine the priority of problems from the most urgent things for improvement. The results showed a significant effect. The constraints experienced were a lack of funds and a lack of role from the government in terms of financial assistance

Abstract

Perubahan sosial, budaya, teknologi, dan arus globalisasi yang cepat menuntut pendidikan Islam untuk mampu beradaptasi tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai dasarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran peramalan sebagai pendekatan strategis dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang visioner dan relevan dengan tantangan masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka melalui penelaahan jurnal, buku, dan naskah ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan teori dan praktik peramalan kebijakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua model utama dalam membangun prediksi kebijakan pendidikan Islam, yaitu model ekstrapolatif dan model teoritik. Model ekstrapolatif mengandalkan analisis data dan kondisi saat ini untuk memproyeksikan arah kebijakan, sedangkan model teoritik berpijak pada nilai-nilai Islam sebagai landasan normatif. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kedua model menjadi penting karena perubahan yang cepat tidak dapat direspons hanya dengan pendekatan empiris tanpa mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang bersifat fundamental. Dengan demikian, peramalan kebijakan dapat menjadi instrumen strategis untuk memastikan pendidikan Islam tetap adaptif terhadap dinamika zaman. Kesimpulannya, penerapan peramalan kebijakan berdampak pada terbangunnya sistem pendidikan Islam yang berkelanjutan, responsif, dan tetap berakar pada nilai-nilai keislaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi nilai-nilai evaluasi pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam melalui studi kasus pada praktik evaluasi pembelajaran di MTsN 2 Karanganyar. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari adanya kesenjangan antara konsep evaluasi pendidikan Islami yang menekankan prinsip keadilan, kejujuran, pembinaan akhlak, serta pengembangan potensi peserta didik dengan realitas praktik evaluasi yang masih berfokus pada capaian kognitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui observasi proses evaluasi pembelajaran, analisis dokumen sekolah, serta wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran, pembina boarding, dan siswa kelas boarding. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik evaluasi di MTsN 2 Karanganyar telah mengintegrasikan sebagian prinsip evaluasi Islami, terutama pada aspek kejujuran, ketertiban belajar, dan pembinaan karakter melalui sistem monitoring harian di asrama. Namun, aspek evaluasi holistik yang mencakup spiritualitas, akhlak, dan karakter masih belum terstruktur dan belum memiliki instrumen baku. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi evaluasi berbasis nilai Islam di madrasah ini menunjukkan perkembangan positif, tetapi masih memerlukan penguatan pada aspek perencanaan instrumen, penjaminan mutu, dan tindak lanjut evaluasi. Oleh karena itu, integrasi konsep evaluasi Islami berbasis hisbah dan tazkiyah al-nafs dapat menjadi arah pengembangan sistem evaluasi yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia faces complex structural challenges, particularly in the context of disparities in access, quality, and treatment, which ultimately hinder the achievement of the ideal goals of inclusive and equitable education. This study aims to examine in depth how educational philosophy can serve as a fundamental foundation and conceptual framework to transform the education system toward a more inclusive and just model. The approach used is a philosophical-analytical literature review, comparing and analyzing key philosophical schools—such as Progressivism, Social Reconstructionism, and Humanism—in relation to policy and curriculum practices in Indonesia. The findings of the study show that educational philosophy, especially through the lens of Social Reconstructionism, offers a strong ethical and practical framework. This perspective demands that education not only functions to transfer knowledge but also acts as an agent of social change, actively identifying and dismantling systemic injustices (discrimination based on ethnicity, economy, or disability). Inclusive and equitable education is not only understood as providing physical access but also as the restructuring of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for every learner. Implementing this idea requires a paradigm shift from a uniform, homogeneous model to a heterogeneous model that accommodates specific needs, as well as strengthening the role of teachers as reflective agents and social activists. The conclusion of this study is that, without a solid philosophical foundation, efforts to reform education in Indonesia will be superficial and patchwork. The approach of educational philosophy is an absolute prerequisite to produce consistent, sustainable policies that are truly oriented towards universal human values, so that the ideals of inclusive and equitable education can be realized in overcoming the existing system's challenges.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought significant disruption to the job market, requiring human resources to have a competitive advantage, one of which is through improving employability skills. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy on employability skills in Vocational High School (SMK) students as an effort to overcome the challenge of unemployment in the digital era. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 50 students majoring in Office Management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jatinom, Klaten, as both the population and the sample through a saturation sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument, which was then analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS. The research findings indicate that students' self-efficacy levels are in the high category, and are statistically proven to have a positive and significant influence on employability skills. In addition, further analysis indicates that future orientation plays a role as a variable that strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy and work skills. The main conclusion of this study confirms that strengthening self-confidence in vocational high school students is a crucial factor in forming adaptive work readiness, so that the integration of self-efficacy development in the vocational curriculum is highly recommended to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the global job market. ABSTRAK Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa dampak signifikan berupa disrupsi lapangan kerja, yang menuntut sumber daya manusia untuk memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, salah satunya melalui peningkatan employability skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap employability skills pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai upaya mengatasi tantangan pengangguran di era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 50 siswa Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jatinom, Klaten, sebagai populasi sekaligus sampel melalui teknik saturation sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat self-efficacy siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, dan secara statistik terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap employability skills. Selain itu, analisis lebih lanjut mengindikasikan bahwa orientasi masa depan berperan sebagai variabel yang memperkuat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan keterampilan kerja tersebut. Simpulan utama studi ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan keyakinan diri siswa SMK merupakan faktor krusial dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja yang adaptif, sehingga integrasi pengembangan self-efficacy dalam kurikulum vokasi sangat direkomendasikan untuk mencetak lulusan yang siap bersaing di pasar kerja global.
