Abstract

This research focuses on the learning strategies of Al-Azhar Pare Kediri Arabic Course Institute to improve students' ability to practice Arabic both in terms of speaking (Muhadasah), writing (Kitabah), listening (Istima') and reading (Qiraah) using innovative methods. The majority of students have learned Arabic properly so that many of them managed to continue their studies in the Middle East and develop Arabic after studying at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri. The results showed that the learning strategy at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri is very structured, both in terms of learning materials and in the readiness of teachers to provide innovative methods to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere, besides that students can choose Arabic course programs that suit their abilities and expertise.

Abstract

This article focuses on kyai leadership in developing da'wah strategies through wayang art at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda, Sragen. This da'wah strategy refers to the da'wah pattern echoed by the Wali Songo in the past when spreading Islam without abandoning the customs, traditions and culture that had developed in the archipelago. The strategy implemented by Wali Songo is also carried out by the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda in Sragen, with activities that have become the pondok pesantren routine since 1986 until now, gaining enthusiasm and interest from the santri, the surrounding community and even from outside the area. This routine takes the form of recitation and wayang art which is regularly held every night of Ahad Legi.

Abstract

Abstract Assistance in training on making beautiful bags from plastic waste aims to provide insight and knowledge to the residents of Salamwates Village, Dongko District, Trenggalek Regency regarding environmental protection. It is hoped that this training can increase income in the form of profits (money). The waste that has been a problem all this time can be recycled back into something of value and worth. One of the main goals of the steps to make beautiful bags is to reduce the amount of plastic that ends up in landfills or pollutes the environment. By processing plastic waste into bags, this can indirectly reduce the volume of plastic that must be thrown away and minimize its negative impact on the environment. In the training process for making beautiful bags from plastic waste, there are no problems, namely difficulties in applying the procedures for making them, the thing that is difficult to do is when attaching the end of the lid of one plastic cup to another, but with the patience of the mothers and done repeatedly, finally the process runs well. Abstrak Pendampingan pembuatan tas cantik dari sampah plastik bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan kepada warga Desa Salamwates, Kecamatan Dongko, Kabupaten Trenggalek terhadap perlindungan lingkungan. Dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan berupa cuan (uang). Sampah yang menjadi permasahalan selama ini, bisa didaur ulang kembali menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai dan berharga. Salah satu tujuan utama dari langkah-langkah membuat tas cantik adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah plastik yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan sampah atau mencemari lingkungan. Dengan mengolah sampah plastik menjadi tas, maka secara tidak langsung hal tersebut dapat mengurangi volume plastik yang harus dibuang dan meminimalkan dampak negatifnya terhadap lingkungan. Didalam proses pelatihan pembuatan tas cantik dari sampah plastik ini tidak luput dari masalah yaitu kesulitan dalam menerapkan tata cara pembuatanya, hal yang sulit untuk dilakukan yaitu pada saat pengaitan antara ujung tutup gelas plastik yang satunya dengan yang lain, tetapi dengan ketelatenan para ibu-ibu dan dilakukan berulang kali akhirnya proses berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Sampah Plastik, Tas Cantik.

Abstract

This study analyzes religious teachers' human resource management process at SMA Negeri 2 Ngawi in supporting student character development. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions or verification. The study results indicate that the recruitment process for religious teachers prioritizes religious aspects, participation in religious organizations, solidarity, and discipline. Teacher development is done directly through internal discussions, WhatsApp groups, sharing sessions, and shared perceptions. The religious team routinely performs monthly and semester evaluations to assess craftsmanship, discipline, and order improvements. Implementing this human resource management has succeeded in forming a compact team, establishing good communication, and creating a positive work environment, resulting in competent and disciplined religious teachers. This human resource management of religious teaching impacts improving the quality of religious programs implemented to develop student character so that students are more disciplined in worship, have an increased understanding of the fiqh of prayer, and are more responsible. In addition to realizing the success of the religious program, this can also provide insight to the community that public high schools also have the potential to improve religious character in students.

Abstract

Bullying conflicts often occur in formal school education environments and have many impacts. Bullying conflicts in schools are a serious problem that can affect students' well-being and the overall learning environment. This research is descriptive qualitative field research. Information sources in this research are categorized into two groups, namely primary data (primary data) and secondary data. Data sources were selected using a purposive sampling method, namely by directly appointing individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to provide reliable and accurate information regarding the subject matter under study. Meanwhile, data collection methods or research instruments use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research, the author can limit the problem, namely, Bullying is violent behavior carried out by individuals or groups who have power over other individuals who are weaker. This research identified four types of bullying that occurred at Nurul Burhan Widodaren Middle School, namely physical, verbal, mental and cyberbullying. The teacher's role in overcoming bullying includes the role of advisor and guide, by applying a persuasive approach and character learning. Teacher strategies involve religious learning approaches, character education, and collaboration with parents to reduce bullying and increase students' social awareness. Abstract

The quality of memorization is the level of goodness and badness of a person when memorizing the Qur’an. To achieve good quality memorization of the Qur'an, good management is needed to manage planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in order to achieve the goals set. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) Find out about the rolasan program at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar Islamic, 2) Find out the quality of memorization for Hafizat santri at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar, 3) Analyze the management of the rolasan program in improving the quality of memorization for Hafizat santri at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data in this qualitative research is in the form of primary and secondary data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results of this research are 1) The roll-out program at the Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar is carried out by planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. 2) The quality of santri memorization of the Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar is getting maximum because the Islamic boarding school prioritizes murojaah rather than adding to memorization, 3) The management of the rolasan program can improve the quality of santri memorization, namely by memorizing the Qur'an listen to each other and pay attention to an assembly taking turns reading the juz while listening without recitation by the friend. Abstract

Multicultural education management in Islamic boarding schools is considered crucial as a response to the increasing number of bullying cases caused by a lack of understanding of cultural, ethnic, and social differences. This study aims to analyze the implementation of multicultural education management in preventing bullying at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madinatul Huffadz Ngawi. This study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using open coding through NVivo 12 Plus software. The results showed that bullying prevention strategies were implemented through programmatic and non-programmatic approaches such as moral studies, weekly deliberations, mutual cooperation, foster parent programs, and anti-bullying seminars. The results showed that this management created a tolerant and inclusive learning climate. In conclusion, multicultural strategies have proven effective in reducing bullying. The practical contribution of this study is to provide a concrete model for Islamic boarding school managers or similar educational institutions in implementing multicultural education management strategies to prevent bullying. Existing programs have been proven to form healthy social interactions and raise awareness of the importance of tolerance.

Abstract

Abstract The legendary Rempeyek still exists in the modern era. The crunchy, savory and delicious taste is very popular with the public. Because of this large number of enthusiasts, it is necessary to develop rempeyek as a traditional food. One of the UMKM that initiated rempeyek is in Tawun village. This growing UMKM has become a medium for preserving fast food in the form of rempeyek. The aim of this service is to provide assistance to UMKM Rempeyek Risky so that they can change the mindset of teenagers and the community in carrying out creativity. This service is carried out in 3 steps, namely preparation, implementation and reporting. The results obtained are that product marketing is very important in order to attract the attention and interest of the wider community in buying rempeyek products. "RISKY REMPEYEK" is a brand that has developed into an UMKM in Tawun village in introducing or maintaining rempeyek in the modern era by providing many variants of contents such as peanuts, soybeans, and others. Keywords: Rempeyek, Traditional Food, Tawun village   Abstrak Rempeyek legendaris masih eksis di era modern saat ini. Rasanya yang kriuk, gurih, dan lezat sangat banyak diminati masyarakat. Karena banyaknya peminat ini, maka perlu pengembangan terhadap rempeyek sebagai makanan tradisional. Salah satu UMKM penggagas rempeyek ada di desa Tawun. UMKM yang berkembang ini menjadi media pelestarian terhadap makanan cepat saji berupa rempeyek. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan dampingan kepada UMKM Rempeyek Risky agar dapat merubah mindset remaja dan masyarakat dalam melakukan kreatifitas. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan 3 langkah yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pemasaran produk menjadi hal yang sangat penting agar mampu memikat perhatian dan minat masyarakat luas dalam membeli produk rempeyek. “REMPEYEK RISKY” merupakan merek yang berkembang menjadi UMKM di desa Tawun dalam mengenalkan atau mempertahankan rempeyek di era modern dengan menyediakan banyak varian isi seperti kacang, kedelai, dan lainnya. Abstract

AI is known as artificial intelligence as a computer system-based technology that has the ability to carry out human activities. Its reliable intelligence in storing data or "remembering knowledge" in large amounts, as well as its ability to transfer this intelligence in any condition and anywhere at high speed, is the reason why its existence is very popular with humans, especially teenagers/young people. To support the running of this AI system, many teenagers first explore social media as an intermediary for them in surfing insights through social media. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach method where researchers take literature study methods sourced from journals, theses, the internet and others and then analyze them according to the predetermined problem topics. The use of artificial intelligence in smart content makes it easier to search, group and find digital materials and books that have been programmed virtually more quickly and efficiently. Examples of the use of this technology can be found in various digital libraries, both in schools, universities and public libraries. Artificial intelligence can help in finding and categorizing the books needed quickly and in an organized manner. There are many influences that arise for teenagers in using AI and social media, it is necessary to take strategic steps to prevent negative impacts or influences on teenagers, namely providing education for teenagers in their developmental transition from school or parents. The provision of facilities to teenagers needs to be adjusted to their needs and there must be continuous monitoring of things that teenagers do. There is also a need for understanding from a psychological, cognitive and social-emotional perspective for parents and educators so that they can respond quickly if something might happen during use. Social media AI. AI and social media for today's teenagers are more about keeping up with the times, the benefits they get lead to their existence in this regard, regardless of what influence their use causes, such as the influence on teenage psychology.

Abstract

: This study examines the phenomenon of suicide among university students and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing the relationship between mental health conditions and suicidal behavior. The research aims to identify key psychological, social, and emotional factors contributing to suicidal tendencies in youth. Using a qualitative approach supported by case study analysis, the data were obtained through documentation review and interviews with mental health professionals. The findings reveal that most victims exhibited symptoms of mental health disorders, including inner conflict, communication difficulties, and self-harm ideation, which significantly impaired their social functioning and emotional stability. Furthermore, these conditions often manifested in mood fluctuations and deteriorating physical well-being. The study concludes that early detection of mental health disorders and the provision of continuous social and emotional support are essential strategies to prevent adolescent suicide. These findings highlight the need for collaborative interventions between educational institutions, families, and healthcare providers to promote mental well-being and resilience among adolescents.
