Abstract

The "Economic Empowerment of Jati Village through Production and Marketing of Spice Syrup" program aims to utilize the potential of local spices as an economic resource that can improve the welfare of village communities. Jati Village, with its wealth of spices such as ginger, turmeric and ginger, has a great opportunity to develop spice syrup products of high quality and high selling value. This program is implemented in several stages. First, identification and analysis of the potential of spices and community training needs were carried out. Furthermore, intensive training was carried out regarding spice syrup making techniques, quality control, as well as marketing and business management strategies. The results of this program are expected to empower the people of Jati Village by increasing income through the production of spice syrup, creating employment opportunities, and preserving the tradition of using local spices. In addition, this program aims to expand public knowledge about the economic and health benefits of spices, as well as strengthening the competitiveness of local products in the market. The impact of this training is the innovation of spice syrup to be used as mixed ice in the "Es Kang Bejo" business.

Abstract

Semua bangsa yang memperjuangkan peradabannya saat ini memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Hasilnya adalah perangkat lunak khusus dikembangkan bagi para pendidik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan potensi mereka. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara rinci bagaimana para pendidik memperoleh manfaat dari aplikasi Merdeka Mengajar untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan metodologi tinjauan literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui survei literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana instruktur dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi mengajar merdeka dengan lebih baik untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, penggunaan Aplikasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran siswa. Terdapat empat layanan yang disediakan dalam aplikasi merdeka mengajar yaitu menu perangkat ajar, menu kelas, menu pelatihan mandiri dan menu bukti karya. Dan juga untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dengan cara melakukan pelatihan khusus terhadap pemahaman aplikasi, memaksimalkan para guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap penggunaan aplikasi yang telah berjalan. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi ini, dapat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan memperluas keahlian mereka, serta menghasilkan ide-ide yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Maka, dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk peneliti selanjutnya dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui aplikasi merdeka mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program Full Day School terhadap konsistensi belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif kausal komparatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak dari populasi peserta didik SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Uji-t satu sampel dan uji regresi linier dasar digunakan dalam prosedur analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program Full Day School di SMKN 1 Karanganyar telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap konsistensi belajar peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier dasar menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara program Full Day School dan konsistensi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan terkait implementasi program Full Day School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya kepala sekolah dalam membangun mutu pendidik di SMK PGRI 1 Ngawi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana kepala sekolah membangun mutu pendidik di SMK PGRI 1 Ngawi melalui penerapan strategi visioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan rekaman. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan temuan dari penelitian ini. Melalui penerapan kedisiplinan, ketuntasan, dan keterpantauan, kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang berkontribusi pada keberhasilan pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Strategi visioner digunakan untuk menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang jelas dan strategis untuk masa depan, serta melibatkan seluruh elemen yang ada dalam mensukseskan visi peningkatan mutu pendidik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang peran penting kepala sekolah dalam membangun mutu pendidik di SMK PGRI 1 Ngawi. Kontribusi: Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan yang lebih efektif, serta memberikan wawasan baru dalam bidang kepemimpinan pendidikan

Abstract

Library Transformation Based on Social Inclusion (TPBIS) places the library as a center for adaptive and innovative community learning. The Watualang Village Library, is one of the representations of the success of this approach by prioritizing the development of human capital and community insight capital. This article discusses the library's contribution to the National Peer Learning Meeting (PLM) in Bali as a forum for collective learning and dissemination of welfare practices. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this article describes strategies for developing local capacity, literacy-based innovation, and their impact on community participation and empowerment. The results obtained are that libraries are like organizations, where having profitable, effective, efficient goals can be relied on to provide solutions to global challenges. The world will still be fine if the existence of libraries still exists, as a counterbalance to the emergence of the phenomena of artificial intelligence (AI), post-truth, and transhumanism. Abstract

This research focuses on the learning strategies of Al-Azhar Pare Kediri Arabic Course Institute to improve students' ability to practice Arabic both in terms of speaking (Muhadasah), writing (Kitabah), listening (Istima') and reading (Qiraah) using innovative methods. The majority of students have learned Arabic properly so that many of them managed to continue their studies in the Middle East and develop Arabic after studying at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri. The results showed that the learning strategy at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri is very structured, both in terms of learning materials and in the readiness of teachers to provide innovative methods to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere, besides that students can choose Arabic course programs that suit their abilities and expertise.

Abstract

This article focuses on kyai leadership in developing da'wah strategies through wayang art at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda, Sragen. This da'wah strategy refers to the da'wah pattern echoed by the Wali Songo in the past when spreading Islam without abandoning the customs, traditions and culture that had developed in the archipelago. The strategy implemented by Wali Songo is also carried out by the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda in Sragen, with activities that have become the pondok pesantren routine since 1986 until now, gaining enthusiasm and interest from the santri, the surrounding community and even from outside the area. This routine takes the form of recitation and wayang art which is regularly held every night of Ahad Legi.

Abstract

Abstract Assistance in training on making beautiful bags from plastic waste aims to provide insight and knowledge to the residents of Salamwates Village, Dongko District, Trenggalek Regency regarding environmental protection. It is hoped that this training can increase income in the form of profits (money). The waste that has been a problem all this time can be recycled back into something of value and worth. One of the main goals of the steps to make beautiful bags is to reduce the amount of plastic that ends up in landfills or pollutes the environment. By processing plastic waste into bags, this can indirectly reduce the volume of plastic that must be thrown away and minimize its negative impact on the environment. In the training process for making beautiful bags from plastic waste, there are no problems, namely difficulties in applying the procedures for making them, the thing that is difficult to do is when attaching the end of the lid of one plastic cup to another, but with the patience of the mothers and done repeatedly, finally the process runs well. Abstrak Pendampingan pembuatan tas cantik dari sampah plastik bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan kepada warga Desa Salamwates, Kecamatan Dongko, Kabupaten Trenggalek terhadap perlindungan lingkungan. Dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan berupa cuan (uang). Sampah yang menjadi permasahalan selama ini, bisa didaur ulang kembali menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai dan berharga. Salah satu tujuan utama dari langkah-langkah membuat tas cantik adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah plastik yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan sampah atau mencemari lingkungan. Dengan mengolah sampah plastik menjadi tas, maka secara tidak langsung hal tersebut dapat mengurangi volume plastik yang harus dibuang dan meminimalkan dampak negatifnya terhadap lingkungan. Didalam proses pelatihan pembuatan tas cantik dari sampah plastik ini tidak luput dari masalah yaitu kesulitan dalam menerapkan tata cara pembuatanya, hal yang sulit untuk dilakukan yaitu pada saat pengaitan antara ujung tutup gelas plastik yang satunya dengan yang lain, tetapi dengan ketelatenan para ibu-ibu dan dilakukan berulang kali akhirnya proses berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Sampah Plastik, Tas Cantik.

Abstract

This study analyzes religious teachers' human resource management process at SMA Negeri 2 Ngawi in supporting student character development. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions or verification. The study results indicate that the recruitment process for religious teachers prioritizes religious aspects, participation in religious organizations, solidarity, and discipline. Teacher development is done directly through internal discussions, WhatsApp groups, sharing sessions, and shared perceptions. The religious team routinely performs monthly and semester evaluations to assess craftsmanship, discipline, and order improvements. Implementing this human resource management has succeeded in forming a compact team, establishing good communication, and creating a positive work environment, resulting in competent and disciplined religious teachers. This human resource management of religious teaching impacts improving the quality of religious programs implemented to develop student character so that students are more disciplined in worship, have an increased understanding of the fiqh of prayer, and are more responsible. In addition to realizing the success of the religious program, this can also provide insight to the community that public high schools also have the potential to improve religious character in students.

Abstract

Bullying conflicts often occur in formal school education environments and have many impacts. Bullying conflicts in schools are a serious problem that can affect students' well-being and the overall learning environment. This research is descriptive qualitative field research. Information sources in this research are categorized into two groups, namely primary data (primary data) and secondary data. Data sources were selected using a purposive sampling method, namely by directly appointing individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to provide reliable and accurate information regarding the subject matter under study. Meanwhile, data collection methods or research instruments use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research, the author can limit the problem, namely, Bullying is violent behavior carried out by individuals or groups who have power over other individuals who are weaker. This research identified four types of bullying that occurred at Nurul Burhan Widodaren Middle School, namely physical, verbal, mental and cyberbullying. The teacher's role in overcoming bullying includes the role of advisor and guide, by applying a persuasive approach and character learning. Teacher strategies involve religious learning approaches, character education, and collaboration with parents to reduce bullying and increase students' social awareness.
