Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the profile and science literacy skills of fifth grade elementary school students and (2) differences in science literacy skills based on age, ethnicity, gender, parental education and parental occupation. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 60 people taken through purposive sampling technique. All data were collected through test questions distributed online and analyzed quantitatively using the IBM SPSS 24 application and the Two - way ANOVA test. The results showed that: (1) aspects of science literacy skills have an average of 77 with a good category, (2) There are no differences in science literacy skills based on age, gender, parental occupation and parental education.

Abstract

In the learning process, having access to various educational materials is a fundamental necessity. The information needed to understand thematic education can be found in a variety of learning resources. Where the purpose of providing teaching materials is to make the learning process more interesting and easy to learn, With all the basic skills that need to be mastered, the purpose of developing teaching materials is to make the learning process more interesting and easy to learn. Teachers must have the creative abilities and inventiveness needed to produce teaching materials in order to maximize the potential for developing creative teaching materials for thematic learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of grade IV teachers at SD Negeri 004 Teluk Pinang, Gaung Anak Serka District to make thematic teaching materials based on the 2013 curriculum. The type of research presented here is known as quantitative descriptive research. While class IV-A teachers are the topic of this research, the ability of class teachers to produce thematic teaching materials based on the 2013 curriculum is the object of this research. The presentation formula was used in analyzing the data collected for this investigation. Based on the findings, class IV A teachers at SDN 004 Teluk Pinang, Gaung Anak Serka District, were able to develop thematic teaching materials based on the 2013 curriculum; however, teachers do not use teaching materials to facilitate learning in their classrooms. This is supported by observational data, which obtained 70 percent of the total votes and is included in the strong category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode talaqqi dan metode kitabah terhadap kekuatan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa MI Tunas Cendikia Muslim Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, test dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji t dan Two Way Anova didukung oleh program SPSS 25. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 56 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh metode talaqqi terhadap kekuatan hafalan Al-Qur’an, diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel atau 5.909 > 2.059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh metode kitabah terhadap kekuatan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa, diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel atau 24.006 > 2.059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode talaqqi dan metode kitabah terhadap kekuatan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa, diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode talaqqi dan metode kitabah terhadap kekuatan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa.

Abstract

The banking world is also adopting the concept of green finance, which basically encourages that any economic effort minimize its negative impact on the environment. In the banking industry, this greening movement is referred to as green banking. This green movement is not only limited to financing, but also Islamic banking programs that provide financing for businesses or activities that can damage or pollute the environment. This study is a type of qualitative research that uses a library research approach, which involves collecting information through observation. Researchers use literature research as supporting literature to obtain data and information about books or other sources related to Green Finance. Key findings from the analysis include the importance of green finance guidelines and frameworks in encouraging sustainable financial practices, the role of central banks in supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy through initiatives such as green banking and green bond issuance, and the importance of soft power measures to steer investment preferences toward green finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi metode inkuiri terbimbing dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) pada publikasi-publikasi lima tahun terakhir. Metode inkuiri terbimbing mendorong siswa untuk aktif bertanya, mengamati, merumuskan hipotesis, dan menarik kesimpulan secara sistematis dengan bimbingan guru. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini secara konsisten memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan proses sains siswa dibandingkan metode konvensional. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penggunaan metode inkuiri terbimbing sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam membangun kemampuan ilmiah dasar pada siswa sekolah dasar. Rekomendasi terkait penguatan pelatihan guru dan penyediaan sumber belajar juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi metode ini.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low understanding of students' concepts of IPAS subjects. This study aims to determine the differences and improvement in students' concept understanding between experimental classes using digital media based on Pop-Up Book and control classes using human digestion board media. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with the type of research Nonequivalent control group. The instrument used in this research is a test in the form of esay. The subjects in this study were grade V students. Data analysis techniques in this study used normality test, homogeneity test, t test and n-gain calculation. The test results show that the hypothesis is accepted, with the obtained t_ (count) (6.98) greater than t_table (2.02) and the calculation of n-gain shows an increase with a moderate category. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the understanding of the concept of experimental class students using digital media based on Pop-Up Book with control class using human digestion board media, and there is a difference in increasing the understanding of the concept of experimental class students using digital media based on Pop-Up Book with control class using human digestion board media.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam pada peserta didik sering kali dikaitkan dengan kurangnya rasa percaya diri dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Singingi Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Responden berjumlah 63 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen berupa angket skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data mencakup uji normalitas, ANOVA, dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara rasa percaya diri dan hasil belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,024 (p < 0,05). Nilai R² sebesar 0,081 menunjukkan bahwa rasa percaya diri menyumbang 8,1% terhadap variasi hasil belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan aspek afektif siswa, khususnya rasa percaya diri, dalam strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah menengah

Abstract

The Islamic banking system is a system that prioritizes the principle of profit sharing, where profits are obtained fairly and mutually between banks and customers. Based on Islamic law, this system emphasizes fairness, honesty, and Ethics in every transaction, as well as avoiding speculative practices and usury. This study aims to analyze the implementation mechanism of the internal operational system of Islamic banking, assess its compliance with Sharia principles, and measure its effectiveness and efficiency in operations. The method used in this study is qualitative, focusing on an in-depth understanding of the practices and challenges faced by Islamic banking. Through a review of the literature, including books, articles, and related documents, this study explores how sharia principles are applied in bank operations, as well as factors that support their successful implementation. The results showed that Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced rapid development and become an indicator of the success of the Islamic economy. Islamic banks not only function as an intermediary institution, but also as an agent of social change oriented to the welfare of society. By prioritizing the principles of partnership, transparency, and accountability, Islamic banks strive to provide services that are in accordance with Islamic values. However, challenges remain in the implementation of its operating system, including public awareness of Sharia products and supporting regulations. This study recommends the need for increased understanding and education about Islamic banking among the public, as well as strengthening regulations to support Islamic bank operations. Thus, it is expected that Islamic banks can contribute more to the economic welfare of the community as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Maritim Barito Perkasa. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan penelitian pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, yaitu semua anggota populasi sebagai bagian daripada sampel penelitian. Analisis regresi linear berganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai R = 0,359 yang artinya hubungan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 35,9%. Uji F dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama atau simultan, nilai Fhitung 10,363 ? Ftabel 2,456 yang berarti variabel bebas berupa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji t dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan secara parsial, nilai t hitung 2,248 ? t tabel 2,024 yang berarti kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan nilai t hitung 1,964 ? 2,024 yang berarti motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Maritim Barito Perkasa, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Maritim Barito Perkasa, ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Maritim Barito Perkasa
