Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of interesting and easy-to-understand media that can stimulate students in learning. The purpose of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of media-based learning. Android using the CapCut. This type of research is development research (R&D) using a 4-D consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate. Given the limitations of space, time, and research costs, this research was only carried out until the develop. The subjects of this study were 3 experts and 1 fourth grade teacher and 14 fourth grade students at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing, and 1 fourth grade teacher and 10 fourth grade students at SDN 09 Air Tawar Barat. The instruments used are expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires. The results of the study were stated to be very valid with the average value of material experts 96%, media experts 92.6% and linguists 95%. Based on the results of teacher and student responses at the research school, the percentage of the fourth grade teacher responses at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing was 95% and the fourth grade teacher responses at SDN 09 Air Tawar Barat 90%. The percentage of student responses at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing was 96% and student responses in grade IV at SDN 09 Air Tawar Barat were 93% and were stated to be very practical.

Abstract

Perubahan yang dirasakan oleh guru dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka ini menghadapkannya pada berbagai hambatan. Pendidik masih kesulitan dalam mengembangkan capain pembelajaran (CP), tujuan pembelajaran (TP) dan alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP) sehingga materi yang diberikan belum mengacu pada materi esensial, melainkan masih mengacu pada kurikulum sebelumnya.Tidak hanya itu, pendidik juga kesulitan dalam menentukan model dan referensi pembelajaran. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melaksanakan pelatihan Artificial Intelligence dengan platform Gemini, mulai dari pengenalan secara spesifik platform Gemini dan aplikasi penggunaannya dalam pembuatan modul ajar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan, yaitu: 1) Pra kegiatan, 2) Pelaksanaan, dan 3) Pasca pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keinginan peserta untuk merancang pembelajaran interaktif dengan memanfaatkan AI meningkat sebesar 96,3%. Persentase tertinggi peserta menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif sebesar 77,8%, serta telah memiliki kompetensi dalam hal merancang pembelajaran interaktif dengan AI sebesar 40,7%. Melalui pelatihan ini, kompetensi guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan modul ajar interaktif dapat meningkat dengan bantuan teknologi AI.

Abstract

Technological developments and changes in the global world are driving rapid transformation in various aspects.The education system needs to undergo fundamental changes to prepare the next generation to face the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. A new curriculum needs to be designed to teach students the essential skills of this century, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and understanding digital literacy. The conventional curriculum model that focuses on mastering factual knowledge and basic skills is no longer sufficient.In order to change education, all aspects of the education ecosystem must be evaluated comprehensively, including the government, educational institutions, teachers, parents, and society as a whole. The curriculum must be updated to support project-based learning methods, cross-disciplinary research, and an emphasis on developing 21st century skills. In addition, the way of teaching must shift from a teacher-dominated approach to a student-focused approach, with the help of digital technology.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes in learning to solve problems using the Problem Based Learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with a sample of 23 class V students at SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur. This research was carried out in two cycles, cycle I consisted of 2 meetings, and cycle II consisted of 1 meeting. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data was collected through observations, interviews and several instruments. The resulting data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes, namely in the first cycle the percentage was 76.3 and in the second cycle with a percentage of 91.73. Research shows that the PBL model can help improve student learning outcomes and foster students' interest in learning more. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning flat building materials.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing model in Mathematics learning in class III SDN 10 Koto Baru. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative approach carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class III SDN 10 Koto Baru totaling 13 people in the January-June semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research data were in the form of observations of teaching modules, observations of teacher and student activities, and student learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing model. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation analysis, tests and non-tests. The results of observations of teaching module planning in cycle I were 89.58% (SB), increasing in cycle II to 95.31% (SB). The results of observations of teacher aspects in cycle I were 85.71% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The results of observations of student aspects in cycle I were 5.71% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Student learning outcomes in cycle I were 76.5 (C), increasing in cycle II to 84.63% (B). Thus, the study shows that the Snowball Throwing model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics learning in class III of SDN 10 Koto Baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of data presentation in the form of a bar diagrams in Class IV SDN Cluster II, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City. This research is a quantitative research with the type of quasi-experimental research design. Using purposive sampling technique, we obtained 24 students from class IVA SDN 09 Bandar Buat as the experimental class and 25 students from class IVB SDN 09 Bandar Buat as control class. The results showed that the average experimental class was 82,81 and control class 69.50. The results of the t-test calculation with a significance level of 0.05 obtained tcount > ttable is 4.493 > 2.012, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The N-Gain test in the experimental class obtained an average of 0.67 while in the control class obtained an average of 0.43. So it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model has an effect on learning outcomes in presenting data in the form of bar diagrams in class IV SDN Cluster II, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City.

Abstract

This research is background by a low learning outcomes of students on learning cube and cuboid nets caused by learning that still uses conventional models and still teacher centered so that students are not yet active in the process learning. Type of research is classroom action research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and 21th students consisting of 11 males and 10 females. The results showed an increase in the results: (1) RPP cycle I an average of 93.05% (A), cycle II 100% (A), (2) implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I an average of 92.18% (A), and the second cycle 96.87% (A), (3) the implementation of the aspects of the students in the first cycle is 92.18% (A), the second cycle is 96.87% (A), and (4) The average student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 76.9% (B), the second cycle is 90.96% (A). The conclusion of the research is that using the numbered head together model increase student learning outcomes of cube and cuboid nets in elementary school in Padang.

Abstract

The study was motivated by the learning process that has not been student-cantered, students were less active in learning, teachers had not applied innovative group-based models, and student learning outcomes were still low. The approach used by researchers in this study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative approach. the method used in this study was classroom action research (CAR). This study was conducted in the first semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The subjects in this study were 23 students. The data source was the process and results of implementing integrated thematic learning with a problem-based learning model. The techniques used were observation, tests and non-tests. The results of the study showed that students’ learning outcomes increased from the learning activities in cycle I to cycle II. This study concluded that the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan keaktifan dan kemampuan berpikir ilmiah siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur (literature review) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber pustaka yang relevan, seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang membahas penerapan metode demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses belajar serta mendorong pengembangan kemampuan berpikir ilmiah, seperti mengamati, mengajukan pertanyaan, membuat hipotesis, dan menarik kesimpulan. Metode ini juga membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep abstrak secara konkret melalui pengalaman langsung. Dengan demikian, metode demonstrasi merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam menumbuhkan keaktifan dan kemampuan berpikir ilmiah siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar melalui studi pustaka. PjBL merupakan model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada aktivitas siswa dalam menyelesaikan proyek nyata yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber terpercaya dalam lima tahun terakhir (2019–2024). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kerja sama siswa. Model ini juga sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kesiapan guru, hal tersebut dapat diatasi melalui perencanaan dan pelatihan yang tepat. Dengan demikian, PjBL layak diterapkan di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan bermakna.
