Abstract

Government and officials set rules to keep the air clean and healthy. To accommodate this, an efficient air quality monitoring system is required. Real-time monitoring is crucial for observing air quality. This allows for immediate action if air quality declines. However, current systems often rely on just one measurement point, risking inaccurate results due to rapid pollutant dispersion. To overcome this problem, researchers propose designing an air quality monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network. Sensor nodes will be installed at various points within the area to be monitored, forming a connected sensor network using the ESP-Now protocol. The data obtained from each node will be sent to the base station, then the data will be transmitted via the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol using the internet network. Thus, this design produces a wireless sensor network that is integrated with the internet of things (IoT). The advantages of the IoT system include ease of data storage and accessibility that can be accessed from anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet and has appropriate authorization.

Abstract

PT X is a factory that processes wheat into flour with roll mill as the main equipment. The wheat used is a blend of Indian wheat and Australian wheat. Indian wheat has a hard texture that can cause the roll grinding to become damaged or dull, increased working amperes,bearing jams, broken belts and motor overload which causes downtime. When a machine or component breaks down, the production process in the company will be disrupted and may come to a halt,  so the target is not achieved and endangers to the company. To keep production machines and equipment working, maintenance processes are carried out properly and regularly. Additionally, the company can implement preventive maintenance steps to prevent and reduce machine downtime. Preventive maintenance is a planned maintenance strategy to prevent potential breakdowns. To reduce the high machine downtime, preventive maintenance is solution . The method chosen in this research is Total productive Maintenance. Based on research results, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values were 85.8% in January, 87.18% in May, 86.69% in June, 85.25% in November, and 85.51% in December. The OEE values that did not meet the standard occurred in February (81.92%), March (81.34%), April (84.73%), July (83.77%), August (79.03%), September (77.05%), and October (81.72%).  The biggest factor that causing losses of overall equipment effectiveness is caused by the high value of the six big losses, particularly the reduced speed losses, which stand at 9%.

Abstract

Anak merupakan anugerah dari tuhan yang diberikan kepada orang tua. Oleh karena itu, kesejahteraan anak merupakan tanggungjawab orang tua seperti menyayangi, memberikan nilai-nilai positif, dan keberlangsungan hidup anak. Namun, tidak semua orang tua mengharapkan kehadiran anak saat menjalani rumah tangganya, hal itu terdapat beberapa faktor seperti hubungan kekeluargaan yang tidak harmonis yang nantinya dapat mengakibatkan perceraian bagi kedua orang tua dan apabila hal tersebut terjadi maka tidak menutup kemungkinan nasib anak kedepannya juga akan diterlantarkan. Seorang anak yang seharusnya mendapatkan kasih sayang oleh kedua orang tuanya akan tetapi dampak dari penelantaran anak tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keadaan fisik maupun non fisik bagi anak di masa mendatang. Oleh karena itu, anak yang terlantar harus mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sebab anak yang terlantar sering kali mendapatkan kekerasan. Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang terlantar terdapat dua perlidungan hukum. secara preventif pemerintah membuat kebijakan terkait terkait perlindungan anak yang tercantum pada Pasal 76B UU No 35 Tahun 2014 dan terdapat lembaga yang menangui anak yang terlantar. Sedangkan perlindungan represifnya terdapat sanksi pada pelaku penelantaran anak sebagaimana yang tercantum pada Pasal 77B UU No 5 Tahun 2014 dan memberikan korban penyediaan kebutuhan pokok berupa sandang pangan, pemukiman, pendidikan, dll. Namun, jika dikaitkan dengan perspektif keadilan hukum pada kasus penelantaran anak, maka pelaku penelantaran anak dalam mempertanggungjawabkan tindakannya tersebut bukan hanya mendapatkan sanksi yang ada pada regulasi tetapi dalam pemberian sanksi pada pelaku terdapat pada pertimbangan hakim. Sanksinya bisa berupa pemberatan atau peringanan.

Abstract

Ketika berada pada situasi atau lingkungan kerja baru, karyawan akan dihadapkan oleh permasalahan yang dapat mempengaruhi performanya dan nantinya akan juga berdampak pada organisasi. Kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang baik diperlukan agar karyawan dapat segera menyatu dengan kondisi lingkungan perusahaan serta mengeluarkan potensi terbaiknya. Perceived organizational support dan self-compassion merupakan beberapa faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi kemampuan karyawan dalam menyesuaikan diri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan adanya keterkaitan antara perceived organizational support dan self-compassion dengan penyesuaian diri pada karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi di sebuah PT di Jawa Tengah. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 91 karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala penyesuaian diri (α = 0,937), skala perceived organizational support (α = 0,930), skala self-compassion (α = 0,915). Uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support dan self-compassion mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap penyesuaian diri karyawan (p<0,05) sebesar 56,6%. Uji korelasi parsial juga menemukan adanya keterkaitan antara perceived organizational support terhadap penyesuaian diri karyawan (p<0,05) dan keterkaitan antara self-compassion terhadap penyesuaian diri karyawan (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perceived organizational support dan self-compassion dengan penyesuaian diri karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract.  Modern life’s pressure makes people experience emotional distress. However, this can be faced by the followers of the Syattariyah Order through the teachings that aim to achieve the insanul kamil’s condition. This study aims to describe the emotional regulation of followers of the Tarekat Syattariyah. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological study design. The subjects were selected using a purposive sampling technique. There are two subjects who are followers of the Syattariyah Order, namely BW (55 years) and WM (53 years). Data collection methods used are curriculum vitae, interviews, and observations. Data analysis used interpretive phenomenological analysis method. The subject's emotional regulation process focuses on the stages of attention deployment and Cognitive Change. In attention deployment stages, subjects uses the strategy of heart rhythm’s observing which accompanied by remembrance. Therefore, in the Cognitive Change stage, the  Syattariyah’s followe congregation use an intuitive or affirmative reassessment strategy. In the Response Modulation stage, the subject uses an expressive suppression strategy or physical activity. Emotional awareness and religiosity supported by Sufism are the biggest factors that influence the emotion regulation process of tarekat followers. Through this process, the emotional regulation of the followers runs adaptively.

Abstract

Several studies have found a correlation between servant leadership and work engagement, but a more in-depth study is still needed to analyze the relationship between the two in different research subjects, namely, honorary employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees. All respondents consist of 72 honorary employees selected using the total sample technique. The instruments used are the Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) and the Servant Leadership Scale. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test in this study show a correlation coefficient value of 0.559 (p < 0.05), which can be interpreted as a significant positive relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees.
