Abstract

AC Tiam is a business that operates in the field of water services conditioner. Currently AC Tiam is still carrying out business activities manually, these activities such as the process of ordering services using chat and using books as a recording tool data, this method is certainly not effective because it allows errors to occur in the process recording service details and allowing loss of books. Apart from that, in terms of methods payment, AC Tiam still accepts cash payments, namely the customer hands over the money to the technician after the service process is complete. cash payment processes have several The downside is that physical money is vulnerable to security risks such as theft or loss. Based on these problems, the author designed a service system based on AC services a website equipped with a payment gateway feature. In the process of designing this information system, the author will use several data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and studies References. The development method chosen for this system is Process Prototyping This system development uses ReactJs as the frontend framework, NodeJS as the backend and MySQL as database. The results of the research are an information system prototype website-based AC service which is equipped with a payment gateway feature. Expected system proposals can improve the quality and service of ordering AC services starting from the order process, payment to bookkeeping.

Abstract

Di tengah situasi global yang semakin tidak menentu dan kebutuhan akan akses layanan kesehatan yang cepat dan andal, Halodoc muncul sebagai solusi inovatif yang memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia. Sebagai platform kesehatan digital terkemuka di Indonesia, Halodoc memungkinkan pengguna untuk dengan mudah berkonsultasi dengan dokter, memesan obat-obatan, dan mendapatkan layanan kesehatan lainnya secara online. Namun dari hasil pengamatan, masih terdapat beberapa ulasan negatif yang menunjukkan kekurangan dalam kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Halodoc, terutama dalam hal kegunaan. Sehingga proses evaluasi system diperlukan untuk memantau dan mengetahui sisi apa saja yang memerlukan peningkatan demi mempertahankan konsistensi kualitas platform Halodoc dalam memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pada penelitian kali ini kami menggunakan metode pertanyaan skala likert dengan memfokuskan kepada empat komponen utama yakni Learnability, Eficiency, Memorability, serta Satisfaction yang secara eksplisit diturunkan menjadi 10 butir pertanyaan menggunakan pengukuran System Usability Scale. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh, ternyata nilai rata-rata System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukan bahwa perlunya peningkatan pengalaman pengguna, dengan tantangan terkait navigasi antarmuka dan proses transaksi tebus obat online

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik (Siakad) merupakan salah satu sistem yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses keberlangsungan perkuliahan oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan pelayanan akademik yang tepat waktu, akurat dan memenuhi kebutuhan. Saat ini proses penjadwalan mata kuliah masih menggunakan proses manual sehingga proses penjadwalan mata kuliah saat ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan juga sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh Biro Administrasi Pembelajaran masih terbilang dibawah standar atau kurang sehingga masih terdapat banyaknya peran sumber daya yang memiliki double job. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul dan memberikan sebuah rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan visi dan misi Universitas Esa Unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT untuk membantu melihat tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dihasilkan tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul saat ini berada pada level tiga yaitu defined yang artinya Universitas Esa Unggul sudah memberikan panduan di setiap proses yang ada sesuai dengan SOP (standard operating procedure) yang ada namun belum ada pengukuran layanan terkait penjadwalan mata kuliah pada siakad. Dalam hal ini diberikan sebuah rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan siakad yaitu dengan pengukuran layanan terkait penjadwalan mata kuliah pada siakad dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk serquel, survei (feedback dari pengguna) dan kuesioner.

Abstract

This innovative study introduces a novel enhancement to recommendation systems through a synergistic integration of Collaborative Filtering (CF) and Content-Based Filtering (CBF) techniques, termed the hybrid CF-CBF approach. By seamlessly amalgamating the strengths of CF's user interaction insights and CBF's content analysis prowess, this approach pioneers a more refined and personalized recommendation paradigm. The research encompassed meticulous phases, including comprehensive data acquisition, efficient storage management, meticulous data refinement, and the skillful application of CF and CBF methodologies. The findings markedly highlight the prowess of the hybrid approach in generating recommendations that exhibit enhanced diversity and precision, surpassing the outcomes obtained from either technique in isolation. Remarkably, the hybrid CF-CBF approach effectively addresses the inherent shortcomings of individual methods, such as CF's vulnerability to the "cold start" problem and CBF's limitation in fostering recommendation diversity. By fostering a harmonious synergy, this novel approach transcends these limitations and provides a holistic solution. Furthermore, the interplay of CF and CBF augments the recommender system's cognitive grasp of user preferences, subsequently enriching the quality of recommendations provided. In conclusion, this research stands as a pioneering contribution to the evolution of recommendation systems by championing the hybrid CF-CBF approach. By ingeniously fusing two distinct techniques, the study engenders a breakthrough in personalized recommendations, thereby propelling the advancement of more sophisticated and effective recommendation systems.

Abstract

Tangerang Live App adalah Portal Aplikasi Android dan iOS milik Pemerintah Kota Tangerang yang dibuat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat sehingga lebih mudah dan efisien (semua layanan dapat dijangkau). Tangerang Live dapat bermanfaat bagi Masyarakat dalam memperlancar proses administrasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dibutuhkannya evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan aplikasi. Tingkat keberhasilan aplikasi akan terukur dari berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna pada saat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Urgensi penelitian ini didasarkan belum adanya analisis tingkat keberhasilan aplikasi tangerang Live, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis keberhasilan pengguna aplikasi Tangerang Live menggunakan teori Information System Model (ISSM). Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan enam variabel dari metode Delon and McLean, dengan jumlah 100 orang responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan pengaruh positif sebesar 63,3% dari koefisien determinasi variabel kepuasan pengguna. Sehingga temuan yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan penggunaan pengguna. Novelty dari penelitian yaitu terdapat analisis keberhasilan pengguna aplikasi Tangerang Live yang nantinya menjadi menjadi tolak ukur dan masukan bagi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Tangerang untuk dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan dan layanan aplikasi Tangerang Live.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a global trend that has reshaped the way businesses and governments operate worldwide. In Indonesia, both the government and the private sector are expediting digital transformation by embracing blockchain technology as a solution to enhance data security in daily operations. Several blockchain projects in Indonesia have been undertaken, such as the verification and validation of educational certificates, medical data storage, and payment systems. However, the implementation of blockchain technology in Indonesia is still facing various challenges, including unclear regulations, limited infrastructure, and a lack of understanding about blockchain technology. Therefore, support from all stakeholders is necessary to accelerate the adoption of blockchain technology in Indonesia. Further research and development must be conducted to maximize the potential of blockchain technology and hasten digital transformation in the country.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest number of social media users. Million social media users in Indonesia reached 167 million in January 2023. These users are spread, across various social media, including Twitter with 24 million users. The high number of social media users on Twitter makes the information validation process even more neglected. Moreover, the trend of news interest read by social media users is only adjusted to their individual tastes. This phenomenon is evidenced by the large number of fake news (hoaxes) circulating in society which are spread through social media. Therefore, an accurate machine learning model is needed to classify "real" and "hoax" news. This study uses the TfidfVectorizer algorithm and Passive Aggressive Classifier for datasets that are shared through the Kaggle site. The contents of the dataset were sourced via social media Twitter over a span of 5 years, namely 2015-2020. At the preprocessing stage to making the Confusion Matrix, the machine learning model shows that it can work well as expected, namely getting Accuracy, Precision, and Recall scores of 82.44%, 80.66%, and 82.44%. In addition, the results of the confusion matrix show that in the dataset used, there is more "real" news than "hoaxes", that is, the model is able to predict 1059 real news and 211 hoax news, with actual conditions 1106 real news and 164 hoax news.

Abstract

DelusionShoes menjual banyak brand Sepatu mulai perempuan, laki-laki, anak-anak dan dewasa. memiliki toko di Mall, juga Plaza, lokasi berbeda. Transaksi penjualan masih sebatas offline dilakukan secara langsung/tatap muka. Sekarang ini Plaza, Mall mulai  sepi pengunjung. Perubahan dinamika masyarakat semakin cepat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Berdasarkan Survey yang telah dilakukan DelusionShoes ingin sekali penjualan online dengan aplikasi milik sendiri, dapat memantau penjualan semua tokonya yang berada dilokasi berbeda, juga dapat mepromosikan tokonya kebanyak pengguna internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT, untuk memodelkan proses bisnisnya (penjualan, dan pembayaran secara Real time) menggunakan Unified Modelling Language, serta menggunakan kaidah paradigma Prototype untuk pengembangan. Delusionshoes, hanya membutuhkan peran Designer saja kedepanya, untuk membangun Web e-Commerce Delusionshoes, barulah dapat melaku penjualan, pembayaran real time, eksekusi datanya aman, rentang waktunya sangat singkat, dapat berinteraksi dengan pelanggan tanpa ada penundaan diseluruh saluran bisnis, dapat mengetahui jumlah orang/pelanggan yang ada di situs, dapat mengetahui halaman tempat interaksi berlangsung (atau peristiwa interaksi).Kata Kunci: e-Commerce, proses recovery, redisain, SWOT, Prototype.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of blockchain security on cryptocurrency investment preferences among millennials in Indonesia. Despite the high volatility of cryptocurrencies, they continue to attract a significant number of millennial investors, driven by perceptions of security and potential high returns. The study aim of this research is to investigate how blockchain security influences the investment preferences of millennial investors, particularly concerning their decision-making process in the cryptocurrency market. This study employs a quantitative approach, gathering data through surveys targeting millennial cryptocurrency investors. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationships between blockchain security perceptions and investment preferences.This research provides new insights by integrating blockchain security as a key factor influencing investment decisions, bridging the gap between technical and psychological aspects of investment behavior. While there is substantial research on cryptocurrency investments, limited stud-ies address the specific influence of blockchain security on investment preferences, particularly in the context of millennial investors in Indonesia. The finding suggest that blockchain security significantly shapes the investment preferences of millennials, fostering trust and influencing their decision to engage in cryptocurrency investments. This study offers valuable insights for blockchain developers and regulators to enhance security features, helping to build investor confidence in Indonesia rapidly expanding cryptocurrency market.

Abstract

Higher education institutions facechallenges in collaborating with the corporate sector and other academic entities, necessitating secure and effective communication channels. The Merdeka Learning program provides students with an expansive platform to acquire scientific knowledge and ensures equitable competencies among graduates. This study aims to address the increasing importance of data governance in such collaborations by proposing a blockchain-based framework specifically for internship grade conversion. Blockchain technology offers a secure and tamper-proof solution for managing and sharing data, addressing challenges in transparency and consistency. The research adopts an experimental approach combined with a comprehensive review of blockchain technology and its integration into existing data governance frameworks. The proposed outcome includes a detailed data governance framework with a prototype data management layer built on blockchain, ensuring robust data security and reliable internship evaluations. By leveraging blockchain immutability and transparency, the framework enhances the reliability of grade conversion, reduces manual errors, and promotes fair assessments. This research contributes to improving the operational efficiency of academic institutions and fostering trust among stakeholders. Furthermore, the framework aligns with the goals of Merdeka Learning by supporting seamless internship management and ensuring transparent evaluation processes. The findings aim to provide a scalable and impactful solution for higher education institutions, facilitating a more reliable and innovative approach to managing data in collaborative environments.
