Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and strategy of MSMEs in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that MSMEs play an important role in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia. There are several roles of MSMEs in reducing poverty rates, namely poverty reduction and poverty, economic empowerment, local economic growth, increasing income and consumption. In addition, there are several strategies in reducing poverty rates, namely building coworking spaces, collaborating with the Job Training Center (BLK) to provide free job training, providing job vacancy information through social media or job vacancy applications, conducting synergy collaborations with companies, and encouraging productive age people to enter the creative economy world such as social media.

Abstract

The government organizations must strive to improve employee performance by optimizing the potential of each employee. Therefore, the current study aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and organizational learning on employee performance with the mediating role of innovative work behavior. The sample size was taken from 93 employees of Pemalang District Village, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The collected data were tested using Partial Least Square. The finding revealed achievement motivation and organizational learning have a positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results prove that innovative work behavior can mediate the relationship of achievement motivation and organizational learning on employee performance. The importance of these results contribute to supporting human resource management theories.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational support on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  The population used in this research was all employees in the Wiradesa District of Pekalongan Regency, Central Java,with 165 employees. The sample size is 116 employees selected with Slovin’s formula by proportional random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) has been chosenas a data analysis technique.The results show that OCB and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the research also shows that job satisfaction has a mediating role in OCB and organizational support toward employee performance.This study's theoretical implication is to validate the important role of OCB factors in developing job satisfaction and driving employee performance in an organization

Abstract

The roles of career adaptability and work engagement are very important for the performance of banking employees so that companies can compete. This study aimed to analyze the factors of increasing employee performance at the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch through career adaptability and work engagement. This study uses an explanatory analysis approach. Census was used to obtain 70 employees as samples. Multiple regression was used to examine the role of these factors. The results found that career adaptability and work engagement variables can explain employee performance variables of 72.9%. Career adaptability and work engagement are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the Management of BTN Sharia Semarang Branch will continue to improve the career adaptability and work engagement of employees by continuing to provide enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and trying seriously to be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah organik merupakan isu lingkungan di wilayah perkotaan, termasuk Kelurahan Ngijo, Kota Semarang. Lebih dari 60% sampah rumah tangga merupakan sampah organik yang belum dikelola dengan baik dan berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran. Ecoenzim merupakan produk fermentasi sederhana dari sampah organik yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pembersih alami, pupuk cair, pengusir hama, dan penjernih air. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi ecoenzim. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik, pendampingan, serta evaluasi pre–post test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga, dengan 94% peserta memahami proses pembuatan ecoenzim dan 100% berhasil membuat fermentasi ecoenzim secara mandiri. Program ini juga menurunkan volume sampah organik sekitar 1–1,5 kg per rumah tangga per minggu. Kegiatan ini berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi program ekonomi lingkungan berbasis masyarakat dan mendukung target pengurangan sampah di Kota Semarang.
