Abstract

Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMKK) di sektor konstruksi bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, namun kepatuhan pekerja, seperti penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi persepsi pekerja konstruksi terhadap pelaksanaan SMKK. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan skala Likert, melibatkan 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi produk moment, uji reliabilitas, dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi (uji t) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 78% responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan SMKK. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,263 mengindikasikan hubungan lemah antara persepsi pekerja dan pelaksanaan SMKK. Instrumen penelitian memiliki reliabilitas cukup tinggi dengan nilai 0,71. Uji t menunjukkan t-hitung 2,69 > t-tabel 1,98, sehingga terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kedua variabel. Disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan sosialisasi bahaya kerja dan pemberian penghargaan bagi pekerja yang patuh dapat meningkatkan kesadaran serta kepatuhan terhadap SMKK.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that students have not been able to pass down correctly, the accuracy of the arms in passing down the students is still lacking, both knees of the students are not bent so that the passing is not calm. This study aims to determine the effect of lower passing training with the school wall on the ability of lower passing volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat. This research is a quantitative experimental study, the method used in this study is an experiment in the form of a one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study was 55 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 students. Data collection techniques using tests. The instrument used was the lower passing test and the data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that there was an effect of lower passing training through the use of school walls on the lower passing of volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat. Evidenced by data analysis using the t test, the results of this study show the value of tcount (11.611) > ttable (2.144), and the p value (0.000) < from 0.05, then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of lower passing training through the use of school walls on the lower passing of volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to reduce the intensity of victims of sexual harassment that occurs in elementary school-age children by increasing assertive behavior through the application of behavior modification modeling techniques by mothers who are guided by illustration books that are specially designed to be easy to understand and apply by family members, especially mothers. This research aims to develop the book "Illustrative Book of Assertive Behavior: Preventive Actions for Sexual Harassment" for parents (mothers) who have elementary school-age children. Researchers used research and development (R&D) research methods with a 4D development model, namely define, design, development, and dissemination. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique, namely by describing the validity and practicality of illustrated books. The results obtained from this development research are as follows: (1) The validity of the illustrated book is declared valid in both the material and media aspects (2) The practicality based on the responses of parents and children is declared to be very practical to use. Based on the findings of this research, it is concluded that this illustrated book is valid and practical, so further tests can be carried out to examine the effectiveness of the illustrated book.

Abstract

Studying the formation of students' spiritual and social attitudes through learning the Akidah Akhlak has always been a topic of discussion in education. Because these two attitudes are important assessment aspects in determining a student's promotion or graduation. The research aims to determine (1) the Implementation of assessing aspects of students' spiritual and social attitudes in learning moral beliefs, and (2) the obstacles in implementing assessments of students' spiritual and social attitudes. The focus of this research was conducted at MTs Negeri 1 East Lampung. This type of research is field research; the method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The techniques in this research use interviews, observation, and documentation. There were 15 informants in this study. The findings of the discussion in the research include: First, implementation of assessing aspects of students' spiritual and social attitudes, namely, first, assessment planning, identifying core competencies (KI) and basic competencies (KD), formulating indicators, determining techniques, designing instruments, selecting instruments, and analyzing processes. Evaluation. During the implementation process, there are assessments, observations, self-assessments, peer-to-peer assessments, and journaling. Then, processing and reporting, determining scores, describing assessment achievements, recapitulation, reporting assessment results, and assessment follow-up. Second, the obstacle to forming students' spiritual and social attitudes is limited mastery of IT (Information Technology). Third, there are obstacles in selecting operational verbs that are appropriate to the material and time limitations available. Fourth, limited school financial budgets.
