Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk management of the Future Package (PMD) financing with a Murabaha contract at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office. PMD is one of the financing products offered by Islamic banks, and a Murabahah contract is one of the financing mechanisms in the Islamic banking system. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with related parties at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office and analysis of documents related to risk management. The results of the research show that PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office has implemented good risk management in PMD financing with a Murabahah contract. The identified risks, such as credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and market risk, have been properly managed through various policies and procedures that have been established. However, there are several challenges faced by banks in managing PMD financing risks with Murabaha contracts, such as market fluctuations and regulatory changes that affect the Islamic banking business. This research is expected to contribute to the development of PMD financing risk management with a Murabaha contract at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah and provide insights for other Islamic financial institutions in managing risk more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In economics, both Islamic and conventional (general) economics, there are several different ideas. As we know, conventional (general) ideas or schools of thought about economics, be it classical, neoclassical, historical and other economic schools. In Islamic economics there are also economic schools which we often know as economic schools of thought. This type of research uses the library study method (library research) using several book references and previous research as references to strengthen this research. Data analysis in this research uses qualitative data analysis which aims to systematically search and compile data obtained from various existing sources. The existence of this economic school or school of thought has no other purpose than to evaluate or assess previous economic schools which were considered unable to solve economic problems, so that contemporary economic thinkers emerged which can be categorized into three groups of schools, namely the iqttishaduna school, the mainstream school and the critical alternative.

Abstract

Each country has a different economic system. The system adopted by a country is usually in accordance with that country's ideology. For example, a system based on Islamic sharia, namely the Islamic economic system. Those who adhere to this system are Islamic countries in the world, but several countries, especially Indonesia, have implemented an Islamic economic system with the presence of several banks labeled sharia. The economic system is a combination of two words consisting of "system" and "economy". The Islamic economic system, for example, prioritizes personal interests and public interests as long as it does not conflict with the rules of Islamic law. This system is also called the Islamic economic system. Islamic economics is a science that studies human economic behavior whose behavior is regulated based on the rules of the Islamic religion and based on monotheism which is summarized in the pillars of faith and the pillars of Islam. The Islamic economic system is economic science applied in daily practice for individuals, families, community groups, and governments/authorities in order to regulate the factors of production, distribution, and utilization of goods and services produced subject to regulations/legislation. Abstract

Islamic economics is not only a set of economic practices carried out by Muslim individuals and groups, but also a set of economic behaviors based on Islamic teachings. The concept of rationality in economics is intrinsically linked to the economic system. The view of the concept of rationality influences how people act with respect to their economic actions and life goals. Mastering Islamic economics and rationality is the aim of this study. A search in the library was used in this study. According to the results of research on economic rationality, people act in a reasonable (rational) way and avoid making decisions that worsen their situation. There are two types of rationalism: rationality of self-interest and rationalization of current intentions.

Abstract

Islamic economic thought cannot be separated from the development of Islamic history. And the development of thinking regarding Islamic economics continues to develop. In the development of Islamic economics, there are certainly many Islamic thinkers who convey their theories regarding existing economic activities. And in this research, the researcher tried to examine how systematic Islamic economic thinking was by Islamic thinkers in the third period and in the contemporary era. The Islamic economic thinkers analyzed are Shah Waliullah, Jamaluddin Al-Afghan, Muhammad Abduh, and Muhammad Iqbal and in the contemporary period those analyzed are Muhammad Abdul Mannan, Syed Nawab Haedir Naqvi, Monzer Kahf, Umer Chapra and Timur Kuran. And in this research we used qualitative research methods and the type of data used was library research by collecting reading sources related to the title being researched.

Abstract

This research aims to provide in-depth knowledge about the fundamental differences between conventional economic systems and the characteristics of sharia economics. This research methodology is a literature review research which provides output to existing data. This research data has implications for the direction of society and the economy as a whole. Based on the conclusions of this research, the fundamental difference between conventional economics and Islamic economics lies in the view of rationality, economic goals, emphasis on needs, and consumer and producer orientation. Abstract

. In the world economy there are four systems, namely capitalist, communist, welfare state and Islamic economic systems where the distribution of wealth is based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Scientific studies on Islamic economics and finance have emerged and experienced development since the 1970s, both in the Middle East and in other Islamic countries. Since then, the Islamic economic system has emerged as a discourse and is seen as an alternative choice.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget, seperti smartphone, tablet, dan komputer, telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat modern. Namun, penggunaan gadget oleh anak usia dini telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh gadget terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini, dengan fokus pada aspek kognitif, sosial, dan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Studi ini melibatkan survei dan tinjauan literatur yang cermat untuk mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget oleh anak usia dini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam bentuk peningkatan keterampilan kognitif, seperti literasi digital, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan pengembangan keterampilan motorik halus. Namun, terdapat juga dampak negatif, seperti gangguan tidur, ketergantungan, dan penurunan kemampuan berkomunikasi sosial. Selain itu, temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas penggunaan gadget oleh anak usia dini dan pengawasan orang tua memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan pengaruhnya. Orang tua yang lebih aktif dalam mengawasi waktu layar dan memilih konten yang sesuai dapat mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan gadget. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya kesadaran dan pendekatan yang bijak dalam mengelola penggunaan gadget oleh anak usia dini. Sebuah pendekatan yang seimbang dapat memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi modern sambil menjaga perkembangan holistik anak usia dini.

Abstract

In order for mankind to sustain themselves and effectively worship Allah swt, they must have property. However, the Qur'an cautions that property must be acquired in accordance with Islamic law and utilized in locations where righteousness is mandated by Islamic law. One idea that Islamic law has established to address the issue of property is that, rather of having explicit laws outlined in the Quran and Hadis, broad guidelines are presented here that every anyone attempting to get property must abide by. Islamic law mandates that the following guidelines be followed while purchasing and maintaining property: 1) Acquired and held property does not belong to the category of filthy and hazardous to humans; 2) The means of obtaining the property are humane and include the parties buying and selling the property, blessing each other, and keeping their word when entering into a covenant; 3) Islamic law outlines basic requirements that must be taken into consideration for the party with the authority to handle property, including a minimum age of 18 years and the possession of a ruysd (smart) characteristic, which is the capacity to handle property in accordance with Islamic law. Property may be appreciated and benefit humans by upholding human bodily and spiritual integrity and by adhering to all previously specified guidelines (mukallaf). The aim of the research carried out is to find out how to actually manage property and ownership properly and in accordance with Islamic law. Apart from that, we also need to better understand how property and ownership is actually distributed or distributed to those who are entitled to receive it.
