Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and security on interest in using BSI Mobile services with trust as intervening variable. The number of respondents in this study were 100 students of UINSU Medan who did not have a BSI Mobile account. The method used to collect the data is by distributing questionnaires through the google form. Then the data were processed by SPSS Statistics Version 26. The result showed that perceived usefulness had a significant effect on interest, as can be seen from the value of α (0,007 < 0,05) and the value of t count 2,778 > t table 1,988. Ease of use had no effect on interest, as can be seen from the value of α (0,718 > 0,05) and the value of t count 0,362 < t table 1,988. Security had a significant effect on interest, as can be seen from the value of α (0,007 < 0,05) and the value of t count 2,781 > t table 1,988. Trust had a significant effect on interest, as can be seen from the value of α (0,000 < 0,05) and the value of t count 4,707 > t tabel 1,988. Perceived usefulness had a significant effect on interest through trust, as can be seen from the value of t count 3,605 > t table 1,661. Ease of use had a significant effect on interest through trust, as can be seen from the value of t count 2,501 > t table 1,661 and security has a significant effect on interest through trust as can be seen from the value of t count 3,306 > t tabel 1,661.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai konsep pariwisata halal dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berdasarkan studi pustaka. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pariwisata dalam Islam merupakan kebutuhan al-hajiyaat (sekunder), sehingga ia harus didasarkan pada nilai-nilai syariah. Hukumnya sendiri mubah (boleh) untuk dilaksanakan dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai syariah dalam pelaksanaannya. Dan Konsep pariwisata syariah dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia debatable. Masih belum ada dukungan secara optimal dari pemerintah pusat, sehingga perkembangannya terkesan lambat. Beberapa wilayah yang dijadikan tujuan destinasi wisata syariah mengembangkan sendiri peraturan daerah mengenai wisata syariah ini. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata halal, Ekonomi syariah, Hukum wisata halal

Abstract

Abstrak Reaksi impulsif pada perilaku pembelian dapat terbentuk karena adanya faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.Ffaktor internal terdiri dari pengetahuan, motivasi, kepribadian, kepercayaan, usia, sumberdaya konsumen, dan gaya hidup. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan terdiri dari situasi, kelompok, dan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yakni untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pada penelitian ini yang termasuk sebagai populasi adalah mahasiswa/i FEBI Sumatera Utara sebanyak 4.523 jiwa dengan mengambil sampel 100 responden yang berkontribusi dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS version 20. peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan paylater memberikan pengaruh terhadap impulsive buying mahasiswa FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara sebesar 6,6% dan sisanya sebesar 93,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Abstract Cash On Delivery is one of the payment methods provided to customers by online marketplace companies. However, various problems emerged along with the incessant promotion of shopping using the Cash On Delivery payment method. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the risks regarding the Cash On Delivery payment method from the online seller's side and analyze Shopee's policy on handling risks related to the Cash On Delivery payment method. The research results show that the factors behind unilateral cancellation of transactions result in loss of energy, risk of financial loss, risk of loss of time and risk of decreased store performance. Shopee has implemented several policies aimed at minimizing risk, but Shopee must be able to make the pay on delivery feature even better. Considering that unilateral cancellations from customers are very detrimental to the seller. Keywords: Cash On Delivery, Risk Management, Payment Methods

Abstract

This research discusses the use of life insurance in mudharabah financing at BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. However, there is still a small number of customers who have not utilized life insurance products, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence customer decisions and strategies that can be implemented to increase the adoption of life insurance products among customers.

Abstract

Old Age Security (JHT) is an important program in the social security system in Indonesia which is organized by the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). Despite being a vital form of social protection, JHT claims management is often in the spotlight due to the various challenges it faces, including effectiveness, efficiency and fairness in disbursement of claims. In this context, this research aims to analyze JHT claims management at the Pratama Rantau Prapat BPJS Employment Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with officers and participants, as well as analysis of documents related to the claims process. The research results show that the JHT claims process faces various challenges, including the long time it takes to complete a claim, a lack of transparency and communication, and gaps in understanding between participants and officers. The conclusion of this research is that significant improvements are needed in JHT claims management. Recommendations for improvement include increasing process efficiency, increasing transparency and communication, and simplifying claims procedures. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the quality of JHT claims services and provide greater benefits for participants in their preparation for a more financially secure retirement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of AJB Bumiputera 1912 at the Medan Regional Office by considering various aspects such as market segmentation, promotional strategies, product distribution, premium policies and customer response. The research methods used include literature observation, analysis of internal company data, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the company has succeeded in identifying responsive market segments, implementing various promotional strategies, and building an extensive distribution network. However, there is room for improvement in each aspect of marketing. This analysis provides a strong basis for developing more effective marketing strategies in the future, with the hope of improving company performance and maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly competitive insurance market. The conclusions of this research provide comprehensive insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by AJB Bumiputera 1912 in the Medan Regional Office in optimizing their marketing strategy to achieve sustainable business goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic corporate governance and Islamic corporate social responsibility on reputation with performance as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative research with secondary data. The object of this research is Islamic Commercial Banks, taking samples using a purposive sampling method. The data used are from 8 Islamic Commercial Banks within 5 years obtained from the annual report documentation published through the bank's official website. The data were analyzed using the panel data regression method using the e-views analysis tool 12. The results showed that the ICG variable had a significant effect on BUS's reputation. ICSR has no significant effect on BUS's reputation. ROE is unable to moderate the ICG relationship to BUS's reputation. Likewise, ROE is unable to moderate the relationship between ICSR and BUS reputation.

Abstract

The professionalization of amil (zakat manager) become an ongoing problem in zakat organizations and has received sharp criticism. This problem has begun to be addressed, among other things, by developing the zakat and waqf management study program (MAZAWA) in universities, but do the students themselves intend to pursue a career as professional amils in the future? This research was carried out to discuss such problems related on zakat management. The study was located at UIN Sunan Ampel, Surabaya, and IAIN Langsa, with 95 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software, while to see the level of their intention to pursue a career as amil, a hypothetical statistical analysis technique is used. The research results show that the variables attitude toward the behavior (ATB) (2.608>1.98), perceived behavioral control (PBC) (1.989>1.98), and subjective norms (SN) (3.922>1.98) have a significant effect on students' intentions to pursue a career as an amil. The research results also show that MAZAWA students' intentions to have a career as amils are in the high category (1522 > 1.140 + (l.5x253,3)), so it can be said to have significantly supported efforts to professionalize amil in higher education. Their high intentions need to be supported by increasing the factors that influence them. Their high intentions need to be supported by increasing the factors that influence them; The financial benefits and professionalism of amil as a career need to be considered, the reach of beneficiaries and access to volunteering needs to be expanded, and outreach about amil careers needs to be further intensified.Problem profesionalisasi amil menjadi persoalan yang belum kunjung usai di organiasasi zakat dan mendapat kritik tajam. Persoalan ini telah mulai dibenahi, antara lain dengan pengembangan pendidikan program studi manajemen zakat dan wakaf (MAZAWA) di perguruan tinggi, namun apakah para mahasiswa sendiri memiliki intensi untuk berkarir sebagai amil profesional di masa depan? Untuk melihat bagaimana gambarannya, penelitian ini pun dilakukan. Penelitian berlokasi di UIN Sunan Ampel, Surabaya, dan IAIN Langsa, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 95 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ATB (2.608>1.98), PBC (1.989>1.98), dan SN (3.922>1.98) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi mahasiswa untuk berkarir sebagai amil zakat. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa intensi mahasiswa MAZAWA untuk berkarir sebagai amil zakat termasuk kategori tinggi (1522 > 1.140 + (l.5x253,3)), sehingga dapat dikatakan telah sangat mendukung upaya profesionalisasi amil zakat di perguruan tinggi. Tingginya intensi mereka perlu didukung dengan meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya; keuntungan secara finansial dan profesionalitas amil sebagai karir perlu untuk diperhatikan, jangkauan penerima manfaat dan akses untuk menjadi relawan perlu diperluas, dan sosialisasi tentang karir amil perlu lebih digencarkan lagi.

Abstract

Green Sukuk Syariah merupakan instrumen keuangan yang inovatif yang memadukan prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Green Sukuk Syariah sebagai pilar penguatan Indonesia dalam pasar keuangan syariah global, dengan fokus pada kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode historis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Green Sukuk Syariah memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam pasar keuangan syariah global. Penerbitan Green Sukuk Syariah dapat mendukung pembangunan proyek-proyek ramah lingkungan, seperti energi terbarukan, pengelolaan air, dan transportasi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, Green Sukuk Syariah dapat menjadi sarana diversifikasi portofolio bagi investor syariah global, meningkatkan likuiditas pasar, dan memperkuat citra Indonesia sebagai negara yang berkomitmen terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk pengembangan regulasi yang lebih jelas, peningkatan kesadaran pasar, dan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai mekanisme evaluasi dan pelaporan kinerja proyek-proyek yang didanai oleh Green Sukuk Syariah. Diperlukan kerjasama antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan kesuksesan implementasi Green Sukuk Syariah sebagai instrumen keuangan yang berkelanjutan dan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi Indonesia dalam pasar keuangan syariah global.
