Abstract

Boikot produk-produk afiliasi Israel memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen, terutama di sektor makanan dan minuman. Orang-orang beralih ke produk lokal dan mencari alternatif serupa, sehingga membantu mendorong pengembangan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh boikot, inovasi produk, dan promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM makanan dan minuman di Sumatera Utara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boikot dan inovasi produk memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan UMKM, didukung oleh preferensi konsumen terhadap produk lokal dan kemampuan UMKM untuk berinovasi. Di sisi lain, promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berkontribusi pada peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa boikot dan inovasi produk efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, sementara strategi promosi masih perlu ditingkatkan, serta memperkaya literatur tentang strategi pemasaran UMKM dalam konteks boikot dan digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

PUD. is a market that sells various types of products in one area. Initially, the existence of PUD.s market has a positive impact in term of social and economic for market traders. However, currently it has a negative impact on the economy. The problem studied is how the existence of PUD is. Markets and levies on the welfare of traders at the Petisah Market in Medan. In this phenomenon, the authors are interested in researching the analysis of the existence of PUD. Markets and Levies on the Welfare of Petisah Market Traders. In this case the management of PUD. Markets and levies are very important to improve welfare in the division market, with the creation of a prosperous market many people prefer this market. This research method uses qualitative research methods, namely in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors that can be observed. This data was obtained from literature studies, interviews and observations to determine the existence of Medan city petisah market traders.

Abstract

Management control system is a system used to influence its members to implement strategies efficiently and effectively in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the management control system at PT Pegadaian Medan City Region. PT. Pawnshops also require a control in order to achieve the company's overall goals. This control is preventive and repressive control. To achieve this goal requires a good management control system so that the credit is not problematic. The purpose of this study is the application of a management control system for the distribution of Fiduciary Installment Loans (KREASI) at PT Pegadaian Manado City Region. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that the process of providing Installment Loans for the Fiduciary System (KREASI), at PT. The Manado Regional Pawnshop has been carried out well by competent employees in their respective fields who have high honesty and dedication in carrying out their duties. Separation of duties has also been carried out well in each process of providing Fiduciary Installment Loans (KREASI), at PT. Manado Regional Pawnshop. PT Pegadaian Manado Region has implemented proper authorization procedures in all processes of providing Fiduciary Installment Loans (KREASI), namely at the time of the mortgage loan application process, the authorized officer is the estimator, during the pawn credit analysis process the authorized officer to analyze credit is the Power of Attorney Credit (KPK), during the credit withdrawal process the authorized officer is the cashier, while for the monitoring process the officer authorized to carry out supervision is the branch head

One of the key issues in a company's success in achieving its vision and mission is the quality of Human Resources (HR). The Objektive of this study is to determine the importance of human resource management strategies and job satisfaction that has an impact the productivity of employees. 1. In this research, we observed the appliedship Human Resources on management of PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kebun Teluk Dalam), Based on target and its operation, 2. Abstract

Education is the process of influencing learnes to adapt to the environment and can bring about changes in borth within and within the community. However, the scarcity of economics precludes schooling and even dropouts because they help families make ends meet. The study aims to know the implementation of policies and obstacles in the hope family program The study employs qualitative methods in which it is descriptive that give a clear picture of the problem at hand. Data collection techniques through interviews to informants who know information about the implementation of PKH policy, literature studies, observation, and documentation to support the results of the interview. The study shows tha the implementation of executive policy PKH has been seen from the few factors which are standard and target policy, human reseources and money reseources, executive agent PKH characteristics assist the recipient well, executive organization communication is well established, the social, economic, and political environment supports PKH. The study is based on the fact that the economic growth in the country will be affected mainly by education, with the existence of so- called debtors, it is possible to send their children to school even if there is a problem.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memahami peran insentif dalam pelaksanaan layanan, khususnya layanan yang penting dalam konteks investasi. Dalam hal ini, ditegaskan bahwa peraturan yang jelas yang belum tercakup dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku saat ini harus ditetapkan oleh pemerintah terkait dengan fasilitas dan penjaminan penanaman modal. Pelayanan terkait hak atas tanah bagi investor diatur oleh UU Penanaman Modal dan UU Pokok Agraria. Penelitian normatif yang menggunakan perspektif hukum dan konseptual merupakan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Pemahaman terhadap ide-ide hak atas tanah sangatlah penting, terutama yang berkaitan dengan Hak Guna Usaha, Hak Guna Bangunan, dan Hak Pakai, karena hal-hal tersebut mencakup berbagai peraturan yang diamanatkan secara hukum. Karena penulis berfokus pada hubungan antara peraturan hukum yang relevan dengan hukum hukum yang terkait dengan sarana investasi, maka penelitian analisis doktrinal adalah jenis penelitian yang diterapkan. Pendekatan masalah terdiri dari dua pendekatan utama: pendekatan perundang-undangan yang mencermati seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan hukum, dan pendekatan konseptual yang mengacu pada doktrin dan sudut pandang ilmu hukum untuk mengidentifikasi gagasan dan konsep hukum yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan aset pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada tata kelola yang masih buruk dan penyimpanan serta pemanfaatan aset yang kurang optimal masih ada atau tidak yang dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Dan prosedur pelaksanaan pada pengelolaan aset daerah yang ada saat ini tidak sesuai dengan peraturan. Demikianlah pengelolaan aset Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Deli Serdang, agar dapat lebih melaksanaan tata tertib penggunaan dan pengembangan barang milik daerah sesuai dengan ketentuan aturan yang berlaku. Dan kepada seluruh pegawai Kabupaten Deli Serdang agar secara rutin melatih pegawainya untuk mengembangkan pengenalan dan penggunaan produk barang tersebut dapat sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik metode kualitatif.
