Abstract

Sistem Informasi berperan sebagai alat untuk manajemen pelayanan dalam organisasi agar lebih akurat, efektif dan efisien. Pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) digital printing Padang karyawan masih kewalahan dalam melayani permintaan pemesanan produk maupun dalam manajemen data pemesanan karena jumlah karyawan yang bertugas dalam melayani pelanggan sangat terbatas. Selain itu, pemasaran produk masih bersifat monoton sehingga produk yang dipasarkan tidak tersebar luas pada masyarakat luar kota Padang. Untuk peningkatan pelayanan pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) digital printing Padang ini dibutuhkan sistem informasi pemesanan barang berbasis web yang mampu manajemen pemesanan barang dan juga dapat memasarkan informasi pemesanan barang pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) digital printing Padang kepada masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis web pemesanan barang pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) digital printing Padang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) Digital Printing Padang dalam melayani permintaan pemesanan, manajemen data penjualan, dan promosi produk yang ditawarkan secara meluas sehingga masyarakat akan lebih mengenal pemesanan barang pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) digital printing Padang. Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web pemesanan barang pada Rumah Cetak Merdeka (RCM) Digital Printing Padang ini menggunakan CodeIgniter (CI) sebagai framework, PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, Apache sebagai web server, dan MySQL sebagai database-nya untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu memanajemen data penjualan, permintaan pemesanan dan pemasaran barang.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that often experiencing natural disaster, both because of geological factors and because of human activities. For example, floods or landslides. These kind of disasters also experienced by West Sumatra, especially in the city of Padang. Post-disaster control that had happened in Padang before meet some difficulty in processing data victims. Family has to recognize the identity and characteristics of the victims while there are not enough hints about the location of the disaster. A government agency for Disaster Management (BPBD) made the information system for searching the disaster victims in the Padang City easier for some stakeholder especially the families of the victims to identify their families. Data will be fast and easy to accessed by anyone, especially by family in identifying their missing family members. This system also can provide information about the searching location.

Abstract

Starting from Wuhan in China, the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) has spread to various countries in the world, including Indonesia, which is known as the COVID-19 disease. On March 11, 2020, WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, which is an epidemic that has spread to several countries or continents, and generally affects many people. The President of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Presidential Decree No. 12/2020 concerning the determination of COVID 19 as a non-natural national disaster. This indicates that the Covid 19 Pandemic is increasingly widespread in Indonesia, including the city of Padang and that strategic steps are needed to fight its spread, one of which is in providing information that is easy to read and understand by the public. For this reason, in this study we utilize geospatial web technology to disseminate Covid 19 information to urban villages in Padang City. Geospatial Web is part of WebGis which is able to provide location-based information in more detail and in map form and is presented using web technology so that it can be accessed by the wider community easily. There are five types of geospatial web services used, namely Web Map Service, Web Feature Service, Web Coverage Service, Web Map Tile Service, and Web Processing Service. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the Padang city government and its community regarding the information on the spread of Covid-19 in more detail and location-based.

Abstract

The Telaten Karya application is a medium for ordering tools and building materials at the Telaten Karya shop. Through this application, customers can order building materials anywhere and anytime, then make it easier for customers to get the latest product data updates. The development of this ordering application uses the Waterfall method, a storage system with a MySQL database, and uses the Application Programming Interface (API) as a communication medium between the system as a server and the android application as a client. After implementing this application, the promotion and customer service process becomes easier.

Abstract

The existence of a website in the current digitalization era has become a mandatory requirement for every Nagari (Village), as a promotional medium and an effort to digitize all business processes in the Nagari. For this reason, in this service activity an official village website was created and given website management training to village staff for digital promotion purposes. The website is equipped with menus that explain in detail the profile, potential, and facilities of the Nagari. Based on the results of a survey conducted after the training activities, it was concluded that an increase in the understanding of Nagari staff in managing the website was achieved by 90%, so that by utilizing the website media there was an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in digitally disseminating Nagari information to the wider community. This has a positive impact on the performance of the nagari government.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is built to facilitate an agency or company in making a decision, as is the case in the selection of drivers in the XYZ application. In the selection of drivers, quick and precise decisions are needed by considering the criteria that have been set. One of the algorithms that can be used to make a decision is the simple additive weighting (SAW) algorithm. The simple additive weighting (SAW) algorithm is applied in the driver selection process for the XYZ application. By entering several weighted value criteria such as distance, driver rating, and total driver order. After applying this algorithm, the driver search results are more optimal than before.

Abstract

Ayah Ibu Transport is a transportation company in Payakumbuh. Over time, passenger demand at PT. Ayah Ibu Transport continues to increase, the increase in passengers affects administrative services to passengers both in terms of in­formation and time of ordering. Management of departure schedules, ticket prices, and other information has become increas­ingly complex from time to time. To help solve problems with increasingly complex administrative services, a ticket booking application at PT. Ayah Ibu Transport based on android. The goal is to make it easier for prospective passengers to order tickets, making it easier for the admin of PT. Father and Mother of Transportation in managing bookings and reducing the number of queues in ticket bookings. This application is made by data collection methods, application design, application development with Android Studio tools using Kotlin programming language on the Android section and PHP language on the server side. Thus this appli­cation can make it easier for prospective passengers and admins to carry out the order management process while reducing queues.

Abstract

Traffic road equipment is an important component in supporting safety and smooth traffic. However, in reality, there is still a lot of road traffic equipment that is damaged and not maintained. This can endanger road users and potentially cause traffic accidents. Web maps are hosted maps usually used to display spatial information visually. Web maps can be created using various technologies, map APIs: Map APIs are a collection of functions that can be used to add maps to a website or application. online mapping software. The method chosen in this research is waterfall because each research step carried out must be sequential and structured to avoid the risk of errors in each sequence of processes carried out, maintenance of road traffic equipment needs to be carried out routinely and periodically to ensure its condition remains good and works fine. Maintenance can be done manually or using technology. Google Maps can be used to create traffic road equipment maps. These maps can be used to monitor the condition of traffic road equipment and to plan maintenance.

Abstract

The use of the internet in schools has become essential to support teaching and learning activities, but issues such as uneven network distribution and suboptimal performance often arise. This study aims to address these problems by implementing Fiber Optic, UTP Cat 6, and Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) technologies to enhance the stability and speed of the school’s internet network. Using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, which includes analysis, design, simulation, implementation, and monitoring phases, the study results showed a 30% increase in network throughput and a reduction in average latency by 15%. Additionally, the VLAN configuration successfully separated data traffic, improving the security and efficiency of the network. The network was able to support more than 1000 users with stable performance. In conclusion, the implementation of these technologies significantly optimized the school’s internet network and can serve as a technical guide for other schools seeking to improve their network quality.
