Abstract

The hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Care Unit (HCU) systems are very important systems and are always used, so it is necessary to know the extent of their performance. Thus, the study aims to provide reference for xyz hospital regarding the condition (performance) of the current ICU and HCU patient systems. COBIT 5 is an information system capability evaluation framework with the build, acquire and implement (BAI) domain. Domain BAI focuses on developing, acquiring, and implementing information systems, applications, and services. It covers the entire IT project life cycle, starting with the planning and requirements gathering phases and continuing through the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. This study also uses qualitative approach with literature studies and quantitative approach for data analysis to measure capability level. Research respondents were heads and staff from the IT, ICU, and HCU divisions. The results of this study describe the level of capability achieved by hospitals in the BAI Domain, with an average score of 3.30 at the established level. This level illustrates that the application of information technology can achieve process results that are in accordance with the wishes of raft xyz management. This stage also illustrates that the xyz hospital has an information technology process that has been standardized thoroughly to achieve all processes. The results of this evaluation can also be guideline for the xyz raft house to make improvements and improve the performance of the ICU and HCU patient systems in meeting the needs of intensively treated patients.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the RESTI Journal, a prominent publication in the field of systems engineering and information technology. The analysis aims to evaluate the journal's publication output, citation impact, and overall contribution to the field. The study utilizes data from the Dimensions database, focusing on articles published between 2018 and 2022, resulting in a dataset of 594 articles. To analyze the collected data, the study employs bibliometric and network visualization tools such as Bibliometrix and VOSviewer. The analysis reveals a notable increase in the number of publications over time, indicating a growing interest and research activity in the field. Furthermore, the distribution of author productivity deviates from Lotka's law, highlighting variations in author patterns and productivity levels. An examination of institutional affiliations reveals Telkom University as the dominant institution, making a substantial contribution to the journal. Visualizations based on author-provided titles, abstracts, and keywords highlight research trends in image recognition and classification, with a particular emphasis on utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Support Vector Machines (SVM). Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the performance and trends of the RESTI Journal. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the journal's impact and its role in advancing knowledge in systems engineering and information technology. These insights can inform researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders in the field, guiding future research directions and enhancing the scholarly impact of the RESTI Journal.

Abstract

The e-government web portal serves as a crucial platform for providing information that can be easily and universally accessed. This serves as an intermediary between the municipal administration and the community, ultimately resulting in improved and streamlined public services. Several variables, including age and proficiency in using the integrated system, provide insights on how to gauge user satisfaction levels of the information system and its current users. The e-govqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) models are accurate indicators of user satisfaction. This article seeks to understand the perception of users of the e-government web portal of the municipal Tanah Datar municipality. It aims to compare the servqual and the IPA model to determine the most suitable method for assessing public perceptions and identifying priority attributes to improve service quality. These two approaches share the same objective, but employ different methodologies. The user's perception of performance is designated as the independent variable (X) using a quantitative approach, while service quality expectations are designated as the dependent variable (Y). This is achieved by combining the Likert scale with five dimensions. This study uses questionnaires to gather data from 275 participants and uses two models, E-govqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), to assess user satisfaction. The findings indicate that it is crucial for the government to respond quickly to user issues, provide feedback on user input, and regularly update the material on the Web portal.

Abstract

Traffic road equipment is an important component in supporting safety and smooth traffic. However, in reality, there is still a lot of road traffic equipment that is damaged and not maintained. This can endanger road users and potentially cause traffic accidents. Web maps are hosted maps usually used to display spatial information visually. Web maps can be created using various technologies, map APIs: Map APIs are a collection of functions that can be used to add maps to a website or application. online mapping software. The method chosen in this research is waterfall because each research step carried out must be sequential and structured to avoid the risk of errors in each sequence of processes carried out, maintenance of road traffic equipment needs to be carried out routinely and periodically to ensure its condition remains good and works fine. Maintenance can be done manually or using technology. Google Maps can be used to create traffic road equipment maps. These maps can be used to monitor the condition of traffic road equipment and to plan maintenance.

Abstract

Technology has become an inseparable part of people's daily lives. The high use of cellphones and the internet in Indonesia has triggered companies to follow the wishes of the community by creating several applications that are used for the above activities. Several mobile applications already exist in Indonesia, one of which is for payments and purchases. One of the companies that provides mobile payment applications is the State Electricity Company (PLN), which is an Indonesian State-Owned Agency that operates in the electricity sector. In the final assignment with the title "The Influence of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on Customer Satisfaction for Users of the PLN Mobile Application in Padang Panjang City" the author compiled using a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of PLN Mobile application users in Padang Panjang City and to determine the influence of e-trust on customer satisfaction of PLN Mobile users in Padang Panjang City. The number of respondents was 68 PLN Padang Panjang City customers who were chosen randomly. The results of this research show that e-service quality and e-trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction for users of the PLN Mobile application in Padang Panjang City.

Abstract

The school website is currently a trend in the world of education and the website is getting attention, very good responses from various parties, both from education staff, students and the community. The school website is a website specifically intended for school agencies. This website can be used as a medium for students to find information about schools and as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities. Dhuafa Padang Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the vocational schools in Padang City that provides free education for its students. Currently, SMK Dhuafa Padang does not yet have a school website. Therefore, the implementing team carried out service by developing a school website and carrying out website governance training. The implementation of the service consists of two stages of activities, namely the creation of a school website for SMK Dhuafa Padang and the implementation of technical guidance on managing the school website. After the implementation of the service, SMK Dhuafa Padang already has a school website that can be a means of promoting the school for the community. Abstract

With online platforms that transform scholarly communication, academic journals must strategically amplify their digital footprint. This study demonstrates the value of using web analytics and time series modeling to uncover nuanced online readership trends and rhythms. Using the case of the Review of Rekayasa Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi/System Engineering and Information Technology (RESTI) Journal website's 2023 visitor data, we employ visual and ARIMA time series analysis to delineate engagement patterns aligned with academic cycles. The results reveal pronounced seasonal fluctuations, with the participation peaking in October and November, coinciding with increased research dissemination. Fitting an ARIMA model to daily new visitor data indicates positive autocorrelations, suggesting that the engagement effects persist on days. The model provides a predictive baseline for evaluating outreach initiatives. The study offers strategic information on aligning content planning with reading engagement rhythms. At the methodological level, the integration of data mining, predictive modeling, and information retrieval techniques establishes a versatile framework for investigating evolving scholarly communication dynamics in the digital age. The study also emphasizes meticulous data preparation and model diagnostics. The analytical approach presented provides actionable intelligence on trends in the use of academic portals online. This has far-reaching implications for journals seeking to strategically enhance their digital presence amidst increasing competition. With the proliferation of electronic resources, these techniques will only grow in importance for assessing and amplifying the impact of online scholarly platforms.

Abstract

The use of the internet in schools has become essential to support teaching and learning activities, but issues such as uneven network distribution and suboptimal performance often arise. This study aims to address these problems by implementing Fiber Optic, UTP Cat 6, and Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) technologies to enhance the stability and speed of the school’s internet network. Using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, which includes analysis, design, simulation, implementation, and monitoring phases, the study results showed a 30% increase in network throughput and a reduction in average latency by 15%. Additionally, the VLAN configuration successfully separated data traffic, improving the security and efficiency of the network. The network was able to support more than 1000 users with stable performance. In conclusion, the implementation of these technologies significantly optimized the school’s internet network and can serve as a technical guide for other schools seeking to improve their network quality.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, big data has become one of the most valuable assets for companies to increase efficiency and competitiveness. This research aims to determine the influence of Big Data on Company Nilai with Investment Decisions as an Intervening Variable. The type of quantitative research and population are Technology Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling used a purposive sampling method to obtain 7 companies with a research period of 5 years using quarterly data.The analysis method used is panel data regression to test the direct relationship between variables and SEM to test the mediation relationship. Data processing uses the STATA application. The results of this research show that (a) big data partially has no significant effect on company nilai (b) big data partially has a significant effect on investment decisions (c) partial investment decisions have no significant effect on company nilai (e) big data partially has no significant effect on company nilai with investment decisions as an intervening variable. These findings show that although big data influences investment decisions, its impact on company value is not yet optimal.

Abstract

This research employs a convolutional neural network (CNN) with long short-term memory (LSTM) to analyse and predict the behaviour of users of mobile devices, utilising a dataset comprising 700 users. The model combines the strengths of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) in spatial feature extraction and long short-term memory (LSTM) networks in temporal sequential analysis. The results demonstrate that the model exhibits excellent performance, with 92% accuracy, 89% precision, 91% recall, and 90% F1 score. The temporal pattern analysis revealed significant variation between the user classes, with the intensive class showing consistently high usage, averaging 300 minutes per day. The key factors influencing the user experience were identified as app usage time (25%), screen on time (22%), and battery consumption (18%). The segmentation of users resulted in the identification of five distinct groups, with Segment 2 exhibiting the highest usage level (6.2 hours per day) and Segment 5 displaying the lowest (1.3 hours per day). The strong correlation (0.89) between app usage time and screen time serves to confirm the importance of optimising the performance of apps. These findings provide a basis for more effective service personalisation and more targeted app development, thereby paving the way for the optimisation of the user experience on mobile devices.
