Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta menguji peran work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada Puskesmas Simomulyo dan Puskesmas Tanjungsari di Kota Surabaya. Penurunan capaian kinerja pegawai selama periode 2022–2024 memunculkan urgensi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari seluruh populasi pegawai di kedua puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, work engagement terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keterlibatan pegawai secara emosional, fisik, dan kognitif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat puskesmas.

Abstract

Previous literatures have described the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ outcomes. However, many researchers have not yet revealed the mechanism of this effect. Previous research has found that cultural and social factors influence leader-ship styles; therefore, studying ethical leadership styles in different cultural and social environments is important in order to uncover the effectiveness of ethical leadership styles. The purpose of this study was to examine how the mechanism of Islamic ethical leadership influences the behavior of professional nurses who work at the Islamic Hos-pital. There were 212 professional nurses used as the respondents in this study. The data were collected using questionnaires and processed quantitatively using Struc-tural Equation Model (SEM) - WarpPLS 5.0. The results showed that all the hypoth-eses proposed were accepted. Islamic ethical leadership is proven to have a significant influence on ethical behavior of nurses. Besides, ethical sensitivity is proven to have a significant positive effect on ethical behavior. This study also proves that ethical sensitivity moderates the influence of Islamic ethical leadership on nurses' ethical be-havior. It can be implied that ethical sensitivity is an important factor for developing employees’ ethical behavior in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and performance allowances on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Simomulyo and Tanjungsari Community Health Centers in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using questionnaires administered to 126 respondents. Data analysis techniques use Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4.1.1.4 application. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and performance-based allowances have a direct and significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between motivation and allowances on employee performance. This study recommends the importance of strategies to enhance motivation and a fair benefits system, as well as strengthening job satisfaction, in efforts to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital leadership on the level of creativity of millennial employees and its impact on employee performance. In addition, this study also considers the moderating role of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) in managing the relationship between leaders and team members. Data was collected from 179 millennial employees, using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS which aims to test the relationship between variables, both among latent variables and with indicator variable. T-test results through the T-Statistics value of 1.421 with a P-Value of 0.155 prove that the LMX variable does not moderate the relationship between employee creativity and employee performance, so that suggestions for further research can change the LMX variable to a mediating variable for other variables.

Abstract

The digital era is an era where technology will be used frequently. Where companies will need a leader who must be able to master digital and adhere to the standards of the company, especially in the East Java area. Therefore, companies in East Java need a digital leader to help their employees improve employee performance and creativity. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital leadership on employee performance which is mediated by the innovative work behavior of millennial employees in East Java. The technique used was judgment sampling technique and this research consisted of 139 employees. Data was processed using a questionnaire and then using inferential statistical analysis techniques, especially Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 4 software. This research shows that digital leadership has a big influence on employee performance. Employee innovative work behavior also greatly influences Digital Leadership. Innovative Work Behavior has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Innovative Work Behavior has a significant and positive mediating effect on Digital Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 5.0 menuntut generasi muda untuk tidak hanya menguasai keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga keterampilan non-teknis atau softskill seperti kemampuan komunikasi, berpikir kritis, kerja sama tim, dan personal branding. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan siswa dalam mengembangkan softskill melalui pelatihan interaktif dan aplikatif. Sasaran kegiatan adalah siswa kelas XII.4 dan XII.9 SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo dengan total peserta 60 orang. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup empat tahapan: persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan,dan evaluasi,. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan pendekatan experiential learning yang melibatkan ceramah interaktif, simulasi, diskusi, dan praktik penyusunan deskripsi diri bertema “Who am I?”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pretest dan posttest. Peningkatan tertinggi terlihat pada materi digital marketing dan personal branding. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan aspek kognitif siswa, tetapi juga memperkuat keterampilan refleksi diri, komunikasi, dan rasa percaya diri. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja dan pendidikan tinggi di masa depan. Program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain sebagai bentuk sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan pendidikan menengah dalam mencetak generasi emas Indonesia.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi dan faktor makro lainnya yang melanda Indonesia belum sepenuhnya mampu mengubah perekonomian masyarakat. Masih dijumpai sebagian masyarakat yang belum bekerja atau belum mendapat penghasilan yang cukup. Paguyuban Kolam Ikan Pelangi dibentuk tahun 2020 yang beranggotakan 17 orang bertujuan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Gunung Anyar Emas Surabaya. Kolaborasi paguyuban dan akademisi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inovasi, kreativitas, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengurus paguyuban dan ibu-ibu PKK dalam menciptakan peluang usaha baru berbahan ikan dari kolam ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan diversifikasi produk dan pendampingan usaha. Pelatihan kewirausahaan ini melibatkan 30 orang peserta dan di akhir pelatihan diperoleh 8 orang yang berminat dan mencoba membuka usaha olahan ikan yang siap untuk dijual. Pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan diberikan kepada 8 orang peserta yang berminat dan hasilnya diperoleh luaran berupa produk olahan ikan sebanyak 10 macam. Kegiatan pendampingan lebih difokuskan pada kelancaran operasional usaha dan menjaga kesinambungan usaha yaitu berupa persiapan legalitas usaha (pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha), penetapan harga jual produk dan penetapan strategi pemasaran. Luaran kegiatan berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat, terwujudnya produk olahan ikan, terwujudnya legalitas usaha, dan terwujudnya standar penetapan harga produk olahan

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to Influence Digital Leadership on innovative work behavior and its impact on the performance of Millennial Employees in East Java moderated by Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Based on the purpose of the study, using a descriptive research type method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of millennial employees in East Java. The subjects of this study are millennial employees who work in East Java who have worked for at least 1 year. The collection method carried out by researchers using research directly through questionnaires. Researchers distributed questionnaires involving 105 respondents. Researchers have processed data and tested hypotheses using the PLS method whose calculations are through the Smart PLS 4.0 Program. Research findings show that Digital Leadership does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Digital Leadership positively has a significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, Innovative Work Behavior positively has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Leader Member Exchange has no effect on moderating Innovative Work Behavior on Employee Performance.Keywords: Digital Innovative Work Behavior, Employee Performance, Leader Member Echange (LMX)Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Digital Leadership terhadap Perilaku kerja inovatif dan dampaknya pada kinerja Karyawan Milenial di Jawa Timur dengan dimoderasi oleh Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Berdasarkan tujuan penelitiannya, menggunakan metode tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan milenial di Jawa Timur. subyek penelitian ini yaitu karyawan milenial yang bekerja di Jawa Timur yang Dimana telah bekerja minimal selama 1 tahun. Metode pengumpulan yang dilakukan peneliti dengan menggunakan riset secara langsung melalui kuesioner. Peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang melibatkan 105 Responden. Peneliti telah melakukan pengolahan data dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode PLS yang perhitungannya melalui Program Smart PLS 4.0. Temuan Penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa Digital Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Digital Leadership secara positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif secara positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan , dan Leader Member Exchange tidak berpengaruh memoderasi Perilaku Kerja Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Kata Kunci: Digital Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Kinerja Karyawan, Leader Member Echange (LMX)

Abstract

This community engagement project aimed to strengthen rural entrepreneurship through the innovation of salak fruit processing combined with Business Model Canvas (BMC) training. Local farmers were encouraged to diversify salak into various processed products such as chips, dodol, and juices to increase product value and market competitiveness. The BMC framework was introduced as a practical tool to help participants analyze value propositions, customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structures. Through participatory workshops, farmers gained hands-on experience in developing business models that were both feasible and sustainable. The results showed significant learning improvement, with participants’ average pre-test score at 46 and post-test score rising to 81. This demonstrated enhanced understanding of entrepreneurial concepts and the practical application of BMC. Moreover, product diversification not only improved farmers’ confidence in entrepreneurship but also opened new market opportunities beyond traditional raw fruit sales. The integration of product innovation with entrepreneurial training fostered community capacity building and strengthened economic resilience. This initiative demonstrates how higher education institutions can bridge academic knowledge with community needs, creating sustainable local economic development through agro-based innovation.
