Abstract

This study aimed to analyzing variable influence transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation against employee performance. This study was conducted at head office of PT Nindya Karya. The number of samples was estabilished by 73 respondents with the sample using methods proprtional random sampling. Measurement in questionnaires using likert scale. Methods of analysis data is used path analysis and for test influence mediation researchers used Sobel test.         The results of path analysis showing that total influence transformational leadership style against employee performance through work motivation of 0,384. Total influence organizational culture against employee performance through work motivation of 0,429. Then the results showed that transformational leadership style and organizational culture with the motivation to work as a mediating variable (intervening) have positive and significant impact on the employee perfomance with a value of 92.7% effect of 7.3%, while others may be affected by other variables. The result of Sobel test showing that positive effect on transformational leadership style against employee performance through work motivation by results test indicate t value of 2,45. Positive effect on organizational culture against employee performance through work motivation by results test indicate t value of 3,28. Results test with Sobel test showed the t value is greater than t table at 5% level is 1,96.

Abstract

For improve boarding costs sunset employees, organizations and charged for  hobby consider factors - factors that can influence such as job stress , job satisfaction and work environment. In this case the organization's hospital and or and institutions engaged in service Medical Service then immersed boarding costs and optimal employee both can improve boarding costs hospital sets the hearts achieve its vision and mission.This study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on the performance of nurses. This study was conducted at Hospital Nursing Wilasa Citarum Semarang. The number of samples specified by 67 respondents using simple random sampling method and measurement questionnaire with Likert scale . Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program as aid.Against the hypothesis testing results, showing that the negative effect of work stress variables sunset Nurses Against boarding costs. Job satisfaction has positive effect Against the immersed Nurse boarding costs. Against a positive work environment influence the setting Nurse boarding costs. The coefficient of determination total sum of 50.3 % indicates that the ability of independent variables ( job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment ) hearts explain the dependent variable ( boarding costs sunset Nurse ) very limited. From the findings of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis that influence job satisfaction Hobby big boarding costs sunset Against Nurses.

Abstract

This study  is motivated  by the  performance level of  employees at  PT Telkom Witel Pekalongan which has not optimal. Based on reseacrh gaps indicated  issues raised by person-organization fit, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviour to support the process of employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the influence of person-organization fit on organizational commitment, the influence of person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of person-organization fit on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, and the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study uses path analysis model with two intervening variables:  organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample which is used in this study were 92 employees. The questionnaires were distributed by simple random sampling method and data were analyzed by using linear regression method.The results showed that the influence of person-organization fit on employee performance with organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as the intervening variables amounted to 92.57% while 7.43% is explained by other factors beyond the variables used in this study. The regression results indicate that the person-organization fit influence positively and significantly on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance, and then organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior is also influence  positively and significantly on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, and non physical work environment to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The strict competition between companies nowadays evokes some effects to the employees, one of them is job stress. High job stress level can decrease their organizational commitment that leads to the declining of organizational citizenship behavior which affected directly by organizational commitment. This study was done on spinning department at PT. Daya Manunggal in Salatiga. The sample used 100 respondents using simple random sampling method. Likert scale is used to measure the questionnaire. The data analysed using SPSS ver. 20. Sobel test used to test the mediation effect. The results from the analysis show that job stress affects significantly negative to organizational citizenship behavior, and non-physical work environment affects significantly positive to organizational citizenship behavior. Another result of this study also shows that organizational commitment is a strong antecedent towards organizational citizenship behavior and is an excellent between job stress and non-physical work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Increasingly complex and intense competition in the service industries has forced top managers to seek the most appropriate strategies to win the competition. One of the strategies to achieve success in the service industry,is the applicationof the equity compensation plays an important role in the empowerment of human resources, because in the service industry, human resources potential spearheading the company's success. So far, research on equity compensation is still minimal, for that is the need for research that addresses fairness in compensation as the main topic.Research "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" make PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java as an object of study the implementation of justice compensation. PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is used as a research object because it already has offices spread throughout Indonesia which is an SOEs but shaped Persero who have rights and obligations as the other than as a government company also has rights and obligations as the company in general so, it can be used as one example of the fairness compensation or view that is currently happening in Indonesia.The study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the implementation  ofequity compensation applied by the company and how the company justice. Research "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" made against employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java using the case study method. The data used in this study is documentation of data company, literature data and interview data. Type of study is a qualitative research. The sampling is done by purposive is based on the criteria of field work, position level and years of service. Data analysis is done by using data reduction taking into account the validity of the data that has been obtained. Subjects in the study "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" is an employee of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java which is considered to with the criteria of field work,level position and the work period corresponden to research objectives.

Abstract

An organization expects employees maximum performance results for the achievement of these goals. In achieving its performance is certainly needed positive work attitude of employees. so organizations should consider factors - factors that influence employee attitudes in order to achieve the desired goals of the organization. This research aims to; a) analyze the effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction; b) analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance; and c) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The unit of analysis of this research is the employee who is in the production of PT. Kalinga Jati Jepara with an age range between 20 s / d 50 years and the minimum term of 1 year. Of the provisions of the analysis unit then found a population of some 70 employees, so that all of them were taken as samples through techniques census. From the results of hypothesis testing with SPSS shows that job satisfaction variable significant positive effect on employee performance. in addition, this study also uses data analysis method path analysis to examine the effect of mediation used Sobel Test. Sobel of the test carried out showed that the intrinsic motivation to work can not be an intervening variable between job satisfaction on performance variables. However, variable extrinsic motivation to work can serve as an intervening variable in order to influence job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee loyalty can be recognized as one of the components that are needed by the organization. Employee loyalty has an impact on the psychological condition of each employee by giving loyalty to the organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of social support, organizational culture, and employee cohesiveness on employee loyalty of Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital by using independent variables such as social support, organizational culture, and employee cohesiveness, as well as the dependent variable of employee loyalty.This research was conducted by survey method and through questionnaires to employees using random sampling method as many as 85 people. This study uses SPSS Statistics 21 software analysis tool. The data tests used include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that social support has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, and employee cohesiveness has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence between organizational climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment to work discipline. In this study, researchers studied the work discipline of the Operational Division of PT. Plasa Simpanglima Semarang by using independent variable that is organization climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment, and dependent variable that is work discipline.This study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to employees by using the census method as much as 110 people. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the test data used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination ( and multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the research results shows that organizational climate have positive and significant effect to work discipline. Organizational communication has a positive andsignificant impact on work discipline. Finally, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on work discipline. Coefficient of determination indicates that work discipline is influenced by organizational climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment equal to 68,9% while the rest of 31,1% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Problems that occur in the PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang is a decrease in employee productivity. It is shown from a decrease in the production target of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang where production achievement never reached the target set by the company. Decrease in employee's productivity is thought to be caused due to several factors namely direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health. This study aimed to analyze the influence of direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health on employee productivity PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang.The population used in this study employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken is the production employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang who have worked at least three years amounted to 118 employees. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on this research, direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health a positive effect on employee productivity PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. Productivity of labor was explained by direct compensation, indirect compensation, and occupational health and safety amounted to 74.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze  the influence of price perception, promotion, and distribution to the purchase decision of Coca-Cola. Where the independent variables are price perception, promotion, and distribution affect the purchase decision as the dependent variable. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 100 consumer of  Coca-Cola as the study sample. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes, the test reliability and validity, the classical assumption test, t test and F test, coefficient of determination as well as multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, showed that: price perception have positive and significant impact as well as having the greatest influence on purchase decisions, promotion have positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, distribution have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. The results of analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 33,4% variable purchase decision can be explained by variations of the variables price perception, promotion, and distribution, while 66,6% explained by other variables that are not included in this study.
