Abstract

Dengan diumumkannya status karantina wilayah oleh Presiden Jokowi atas merebaknya wabah virus corona, secara tidak langsung akan berdampak secara keseluruhan terhadap perekonomian, terutama bagi kalangan menengah ke bawah. Dalam hal ini peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah dalam Undang-Undang Karantina Kesehatan menyatakan bahwa selama karantina wilayah, kebutuhan pokok hidup masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah karantina menjadi tanggung jawab Pemerintah. Kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat disini berkaitan dengan kesehatan, kondisi ekonomi rumah tangga, rasa aman, dan kualitas hidup yang baik. Sehingga masyarakat yang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 tetap dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya dan menjalankan fungsi sosialnya. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Akibatnya, hampir semua sektor mengalami kontraksi, termasuk perusahaan manufaktur milik pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang plastik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur muslim khususnya di Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seorang manajer bisnis dan dua orang karyawan dimana peneliti mengutamakan wawancara dalam pengumpulan data yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of individual characteristics andIntrinsic motivation on innovative behaviour and employee performance, and the effectinnovative behaviour on employee performance. The study was conducted at banking company, the sample size is about 200 employees. Methods of data analysis used in thisstudy is a quantitative analysis method where quantitative data analysis method is a method of analysis in the form of figures and calculations using statistical methods. In simplify the analysis process, will be used Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: individual characteristics has a positive effect oninnovative behaviour; intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on innovative behaviour; individual characteristics has a positive effect on employee performance intrinsic motivation has a negative effect on employee performance and innovative behaviour has apositive effect on employee performance. The results of this study and the limitations found to be a source of ideas and input for the development of this study in the future, the suggested expansion of this research include: Future research is not only done from one employee's perspective, rather it is recommended at the same time from two points of view, namely the perspective of the leaders / top management / manager and also the point of view of the employees themselves.

Abstract

Purpose: The goal of this study is to test and examine the effect of organizational support on employee engagement and OCB; the impact of career development on employee engagement and OCB; as well as the impact of employee engagement on OCB. The survey was carried out on Indonesia's 200 Sharia Banking Generation Z employees.Design/methodology/approach: All Generation Z employees working as the population in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia use the questionnaire and interviews to collect data. The purposeful sampling was used in this study where the researcher understood that it was possible to gather the appropriate information from a particular population that was able to provide the information requested and that the predetermined criteria had been fulfilled. Since the population is too large, this method was chosen. 200 samples consist of the sample number. In this analysis, SEM is the method used to process information (Structural Equation Model)Findings: The organizational support variable is shown to be capable of influencing employee engagement, which means that the better organizational support offered by the company would also increase the greater engagement of Generation Z employees in Sharia banking. Variables in work growth can affect employee engagement, meaning that the greater company's career development, the greater employee's engagement. Organizational support has been shown to affect OCB, which shows that the better organizational support of the corporation, the greater organizational citizenship behavior of the employee. It is seen that career development is capable of impacting OCB, which means that the greater employee's additional position operation will bring  a stronger implementation of career development. The employee engagement variable has also proven to be able to influence OCB, which means that the greater employee engagement, the greater additional role of Generation Z employees in Islamic banking.Research limitations/implications: Limitations in this study include the nature of open-ended questions which are less understood by respondents, so that many respondents responded with inappropriate answers and some others were not filled in causing the lack of information obtained about the actual situation in current Islamic banking. With this limitation, it is hoped that further scientific research will be considered and made to obtain better research results.Practical implications: The organization would concentrate more on progress in the career development system, taking into account, among other considerations, other variables. Organizations could try to shape their identities as responsible corporate or global citizens by taking a leadership position in sustainable business practices and demonstrating to millennials that OCB is an important way to meet their service needs. The millennial workers would welcome these events, which would encourage them to take on additional duties by assisting other colleagues. Such efforts will be necessary in the twenty-first century to build an effective workforce.Originality/value: It has been shown that employee engagement as an intervening variable can mediate the impact on organizational citizenship behavior between organizational support and career growth, although calculations show that the direct effect of independent variables (organizational support and career development) on OCB is greater than that through employee engagement variable (indirect influence)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the organization to the changes using McKinsey 7S analysis. The method used is qualitative research with case study approach. Results of the study revealed that the factor changes in the UNW is commitment and loyalty of employees, roles and skills of human resources, development of potential human resources, organizational development and technological progress. Based on McKinsey 7S, also found changes that occur in each of its component S, where each component still requires a change in achieving an effective organization. Changes in UNW also includes the metaphor of the organization as a machine, in which these changes have been effective.

Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang luar bisa terhadap peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia. Ditengah Pandemi Covid-19, model pembelajaran secara online sangat diharapkan mampu menjaga dan meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai dalam menghadapi cepatnya perubahan di lingkungan institusi. Dalam pelaksanaanya, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dibidang teknologi informasi menjadi suatu keharusan. Kehadiran sebuah teknologi yang mendukung pembelajaran online akan memberikan nilai tambah dan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap proses dan keberlangsungan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran online menjadi metode pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menggunakan platform untuk mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan, kemahiran, perilaku dan persepsi sumber daya manusia karena cepatnya perubahan teknologi. Model pembelajaran secara online ini termasuk salah satu dari bentuk penerapan strategi pengembangan manajemen SDM dilingkungan pemerintahan. Tujuan dari sistem pembelajaran online adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pegawai agar sebuah institusi mampu untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan, daya saing dan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemerintah mampu mengetahui strategi untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran online yang efektif.

Abstract

Coffee is a popular Indonesian farmer's plant, coffee products have become a drink that is much favored by all levels of society and has even become a source of foreign exchange earnings from coffee exports. The demand for good coffee for local consumption and even imports continues to increase, the proliferation of shops that provide coffee drinks is increasingly driving the increase in demand for coffee products so that it is necessary to continue to be encouraged by MSMEs that are able to provide coffee products to meet the increasing demand. People's habits and hobbies of consuming coffee encourage a lot of coffee processing businesses to appear. One of the interesting things in Rembang Regency is the habit of consuming slow coffee. Lelet Coffee. et cup Rembang Regency is one of the coffee business actors that has good business development potential. The results of the survey and observations were continued by providing managerial and entrepreneurship training as well as assistance and various facilitation. The PKM team sees that the large business value in Kopi Lelet Cangkir needs to be protected with legal protection, especially brand rights. By having a patent for the Kopi Lelet cup brand, you will be more confident in your business competition so that you will be able to have a competitive advantage and long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, kompetensi pelatih, dukungan supervisor dan motivasi transfer terhadap transfer pelatihan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT Indonesia Power. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 229 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 26 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi belajar, kompetensi pelatih berpengaruh terhadap transfer pelatihan karyawan PT Indonesia melalui mediasi transfer motivasi dan selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa variabel dukungan supervisor tidak berpengaruh terhadap transfer pelatihan. Manajemen harus memperhatikan 3 variabel tersebut dengan tujuan agar karyawan dapat mentransfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru yang dipelajari dalam pelatihan dalam konteks pekerjaan.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in a company since human is the determiner of the company. Company’s success is measured by the performance of employees. High employee performance makes the success of the company is also getting higher. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and compensation satisfaction on organizational commitment and the effect on  employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Sweet Indolampung. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 300 employee using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Mechanical testing data used this study include the path analysis and sobel test to test the effect of mediation. The result showed that transformational leadership positive and significant influence to organizational commitment, compensation satisfaction positive and significant influence to organizational commitment, transformational leadership positive and significant influence to employee performance, compensation satisfaction positive and significant influence to employee performance, and organizational commitment positive and significant influence to employee performance

Abstract

Kopi adalah minuman yang berkhasiat bagi tubuh manusia. Kebutuhan akan kopi yang semakin lama semakin meningkat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi UMKM. Akan tetapi peluang tersebut masih memiliki kendala dalam proses pemasarannya. UMKM menggunakan cara yang lama, yaitu menunggu datangnya pembeli. Proses pemasaran menggunakan digitalisasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam era disrupsi, dimana hampir setiap orang memiliki handphone yang akan memudahkan setiap transaksi pembelian, sehingga harapannya akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM Kopi Lelet Rembang. Undip sebagai salah satu inkubator bisnis memiliki kepedulian untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas UMKM. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dengan pendampingan, yaitu memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada masyarakat selama lebih kurang 1 bulan, dengan memberikan pelatihan dan fasilitas website e-commerce. Indikator ketercapaian program yaitu dengan  perubahan mindset UMKM Kopi Lelet dalam hal pentingnya kemampuan manajerial dalam mengelola usaha, profesionalitas serta quality control.
