Abstract

Human Resources are required to organize and manage the Company. Companies have to improve the quality of human resources training, starting from selection, training and job rotation. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation on Employee Performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. This research uses descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 73 employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Islamic selection did not affect the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which was indicated by the calculated T value of 0.454>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.651>0.05. Training has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 4.081>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Work rotation has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 5.478>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously all independent variables (Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. The results showed no influence between Islamic Selection on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, the company should optimize the selection process during interviews, and also be more thorough in the administrative process. Also increase employee training and rotation so that the performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama employees can increase.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM merupakan penggerak ekonomi mulai dari tingkat lokal, regional hingga berdampak pada  peningkatan ekonomi suatu negara. Dengan berbagai latar belakang UMKM dilihat dari tingkat Pendidikan, sektor yang dijalankan, pendapatan, dan pengetahuan, tentu para UMKM mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam pengembangan usahanya, mulai dari modal, pemasaran, pengelolaan SDM, manajemen usaha hingga persoalan legalitas usaha juga legalitas produknya. Untuk itu peran berbagai pihak seperti Pemerintah, Akademisi, Media dan pihak lainnya sangat dibutuhkan akan perannya untuk dapat membantu kemajuan dan perkembangan UMKM. Program pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk Kerjasama Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Unida Gontor dengan para UMKM di Kabupaten Ponorogo sebanyak 5 pihak UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan ringan. Para UMKM ini tergolong tingkatan mikro dengan modal yang terbatas dan pemasaran yang masih dalam lingkup provinsi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para UMKM tersebut mendapatkan legalitas usaha berbentuk Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan juga Sertifikasi Halal Produk dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) dengan keputusan dari Fatwa MUI. Metode Pengabdian adalah berbentuk pendampingan dokumen legalitas usaha dan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan dalam penerapan proses halal bagi produk UMKM hingga memperoleh sertifikat Halal BPJPH. Hasil Kegiatan PKM, saat ini para UMKM telah memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan juga Sertifikasi Halal Produk, sehingga dapat bersaing dengan produk lain yang ada dipasaran, selain itu produk UMKM ini dapat didistribusikan lebih luas lagi dengan adanya label Halal BPJPH. MSME players are economic drivers ranging from the local, regional levels to have an impact on improving a country's economy. With various backgrounds of MSMEs seen from the level of education, sectors run, income, and knowledge, of course, MSMEs experience various challenges in their business development, ranging from capital, marketing, human resource management, business management to business legality issues as well as the legality of their products. For this reason, the role of various parties such as the government, academics, media and other parties is needed for their role to be able to help the progress and development of MSMEs. This service program is a form of collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Management Undia Gontor and MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency as many as 5 MSMEs engaged in snacks. These MSMEs are classified as micro levels with limited capital and marketing that is still within the scope of the province. This service aims to help these MSMEs obtain business legality in the form of Business Identification Number (NIB) and also Halal Product Certification from the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) with a decision from the MUI Fatwa. The Community Service Method is in the form of assistance in business legality documents and then is assistance in the implementation of halal processes for MSME products to obtain a BPJPH Halal certificate. The results of PKM activities, currently MSMEs have obtained Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and also Halal Product Certification, so that they can compete with other products on the market, besides that these MSME products can be distributed more widely with the BPJPH Halal label.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational High School graduates as skilled workers are expected not only to have hard skills but also soft skills that support the work environment. The low soft skills of SMK graduates are related to the risk of burnout in the work environment. The partner learning curriculum is still oriented towards hard skills, so that soft skill learning with its assessment instruments is considered as not optimal. This community service program aims to provide assistance to teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan to improve specific learning materials related to soft skill development, especially in preparing soft skill assessment instruments for prospective graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan. This activity was carried out for approximately 5 days with 9 participants of Guidance and Counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Jenang. The method used in assisting the development of softskill learning modules for teachers is Focus Group Discussion which is then delivered by giving lecture material (workshop) and the results of these activities are evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of this community service show that the Guidance and Counseling teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan regarding soft skills assessment instruments is still low, so further training is needed regarding assistance in making assessment instruments that are intense and can be applied in the application of student performance reports. Abstrak Lulusan SMK sebagai tenaga kerja terampil diharapkan tidak hanya memiliki hardskill, namun juga softskill yang mendukung di lingkungan kerja. Rendahnya softskill lulusan SMK berhubungan dengan risiko burnout di lingkungan kerja. Kurikulum pembelajaran mitra masih berorientasi pada hardskill sehingga pembelajaran softskill dengan instrumen penilaiannya diakui belum optimal. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pengajar SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan untuk meningkatkan materi pembelajaran khusus terkait pengembangan softskill, terutama dalam penyusunan instrumen penilaian softskill untuk calon lulusan SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih selama 5 hari dengan peserta berupa pengajar Bimbingan dan Konseling SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan sejumlah 9 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan pengembangan modul belajar softskill kepada para pengajar adalah Focus Group Discussion yang selanjutnya disampaikan dengan pemberian ceramah materi (workshop) dan hasil dari kegiatan tersebut dievaluasi melalui pre test dan post test. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diketahui bahwa pengetahuan pengajar Bimbingan dan Konseling SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan terkait instrumen penilaian softskill masih rendah, sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan lanjutan terkait pendampingan pembuatan instrumen penilaian yang intens dan dapat diterapkan dalam aplikasi laporan kinerja siswa.

Abstract

Job satisfaction has been the foundation for the effectiveness of an organization since it can affect the quality of work of employees. Satisfied employees are the evidence that the organization has appreciated their works. Given this fact, however, little research has been done on employee Islamic job satisfaction. Thereby, this study aims to examine and analyze the Islamic job satisfaction of employees and the factors that influence it, which is leadership. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data were collected from 80 respondents. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has an effect on Islamic job satisfaction, while transactional leadership is in on the contrary.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the work balance on career women with religiosity as the supporting factor. The rapid change on values in society regarding to career women has been increased. It causes the development of career women to face some dual roles, for example to be a career woman, a mother, or a wife. This condition results in demands for career women to give full attention to work as well as the household matters. Work-Life balance (WLB) is needed to balancing the priority of time and place between in working place and non-working place. The research conducts a qualitative method in case study with purposive sampling. The subjects of the research were women ages around 28-year-old to 35-year-old, housewife, mother of one children or more, and at one time working as faculty members teaching in colleges and universities. In result, the subject has been able to balance the Personal Life Interference with Work (PLIW) and Work Interference with Personal Life (WIPL) in low influence on the Work Life Balance (WLB). While the Personal Life Enhancement of Work (PLEW) has medium influence on the Work Life Balance (WLB), and Work Enhancement of Personal Life (WEPL) has slightly influence on Work Life Balance (WLB).

Abstract

The success of waqf management lies in the existence of nadzir in maximizing the role of waqf, if waqf is managed professionally and competently it will become a potential Islamic institution and can carry out its functions, its progress, and the decline of waqf can also be seen from the good or bad management of waqf. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is a waqf Islamic institution since 1958 which is engaged in education. The existence of waqf in Gontor has been proven until now. All of that cannot be separated from the important role of the waqf nadzir who manages waqf assets properly and correctly. This research uses qualitative methods by guiding researchers to explore and portray thoroughly and deeply. The results of this study indicate that the professionalism and competence of the waqf nadzir at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor has been running. Understanding of the cottage, five souls and five terms, supervision, and regeneration are the implementation of the professionalism of the waqf nadzir at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Training and preparation of SOPs are the implementation of waqf nadzir competence at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. according to the nature of education and teaching in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Five terms and five souls are the basis used by waqf nadzirs to manage and produce waqf assets owned by Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The provision of training and seminars every year and practice afterwards make the competence of waqf nadzirs at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor increase

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa MTs Al-Azhar Desa Ringin Putih melalui pelatihan desain poster berbasis teknologi. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kemampuan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk keperluan kreatif menjadi sangat penting. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam desain grafis. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilaksanakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Darussalam Gontor dan bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pelatihan desain poster menggunakan handphone. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi potensi, perumusan kegiatan, proses pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi oleh siswa dalam desain grafis, memperbaiki sistem pengolahan limbah sampah di sekolah, dan meningkatkan literasi teknologi di kalangan guru dan siswa. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kreativitas siswa serta penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan, dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program pengabdian masyarakat di masa depan.

Abstract

Abstract Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are disorders related to the nervous system, ligaments, muscle tissue, tendons, cartilage, bone structure and blood vessels. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are an occupational disease whose symptoms can include pain, swelling, and even numbness. The aim of this Community Service is an effort to increase craftsmen's understanding of the risks of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), as well as education on the urgency of stretching exercises as a preventive measure to prevent work-related diseases. The method used in this Community Service is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which was carried out on bamboo woven craftsmen in Mojorejo Village, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. The Community Service activity program includes stretching exercises together with Mojorejo Village Bamboo weaving craftsmen, as well as Occupational Safety and Health training. The results of this Community Service are increased understanding regarding Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Occupational Safety and Health, as well as education regarding stretching exercises, so that craftsmen can stretch independently to improve physical fitness and prevent work-related diseases. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Stretching Exercises, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Abstrak Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) adalah gangguan yang berkaitan dengan sistem syaraf, ligamen, jaringan otot, tendon, kartilago, struktur tulang, dan pembuluh darah. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) merupakan salah satu penyakit akibat kerja dengan gejalanya dapat berupa nyeri, bengkak, bahkan mati rasa. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman pengrajin terhadap risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), serta edukasi urgensi dari latihan peregangan sebagai salah satu langkah preventif mencegah penyakit akibat kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dilakukan pada pengrajin anyaman bambu di Desa Mojorejo, Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. Program kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat antara lain latihan peregangan bersama dengan pengrajin anyaman bambu Desa Mojorejo, serta pelatihan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Hasil dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman terkait Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, serta edukasi terkait latihan peregangan, agar pengrajin dapat secara mandiri melakukan peregangan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan mencegah penyakit akibat kerja. Abstract

Abstract Mojorejo Village has 15 ha of bamboo farming land which can be used to develop the village's potential through improving the village's bamboo craft center. However, public awareness of the opportunities for developing bamboo villages in economic empowerment is still low, so that the production of bamboo crafts is still limited to common and simple products. This training activity aims to provide literacy and assistance to the community, especially the people of Mojorejo Village who are members of the Rumah Bamboe Group and Studio Deling in the production process and innovation of bamboo crafts so that they can improve the local economy. The Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach and product innovation assistance are used in this PKM activity. The results of this PKM activity show a significant increase in the quality of productivity which has a positive impact on increasing craftsmen's income and product competitiveness in local and national markets. Local economic empowerment experienced an increase in new product innovation with the addition of 22 innovative products and a 28% increase in production processes in one month. This article concludes that with the right strategy, the Mojorejo Village bamboo craft center can become a successful model for sustainable local economic empowerment. Keywords: quality; productivity; bamboo craft; local economic Abstrak Desa Mojorejo memiliki lahan pertanian bambu seluas 15 ha yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan potensi Desa melalui peningkatan kerajinan sentra Desa bambu. Namun demikian, kesadaran masyarakat akan peluang pengembangan Desa bambu dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masih rendah, sehingga produksi kerajinan bambu masih terbatas pada produk umum dan sederhana. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan literasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat Desa Mojorejo yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Rumah Bamboe dan Studio Deling dalam proses produksi dan inovasi kerajinan bambu sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dan pendampingan inovasi produk digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas produktivitas yang berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin dan daya saing produk di pasar lokal dan nasional. Pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal mengalami peningkatan inovasi produk baru dengan adanya penambahan 22 produk inovasi dan sebanyak 28% peningkatan proses produksi dalam satu bulan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan strategi yang tepat, sentra kerajinan bambu Desa Mojorejo dapat menjadi model keberhasilan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah lingkungan yang mendesak akibat adanya peningkatan jumlah penduduk serta aktifitas ekonomi yang pesat, sehingga berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan volume sampah yang dihasilkan, tidak terkecuali Desa Nambak. Desa Nambak banyak menghasilkan sampah dengan perbandingan sampah organic lebih besar daripada sampah non organic. Hal ini dikarenakan Desa Nambak dikelilingi oleh area persawahan dan lahan hutan yang mengakibatkan tingginya sampah organic. Keterbatasan lahan pembuangan dan pengelolaan sampah, serta rendahnya literasi dan regulasi tentang pengelolaan sampah membuat sampah organic, khususnya sampah rumah tangga tidak dapat termanfaatkan secara optimal. Program kegiatan pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Assets Based Community Development (ABCD) dimana pendekatan tersebut lebih menitikberatkan pada keunggulan sumber daya yang dimiliki dalam mengembangkan desa, adapun tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan literasi dan edukasi kepada seluruh anggota PKK Desa Nambak dalam hal pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga, pemanfaatan bank sampah, serta pembudidaya cacing agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan perekonomian anggota. Berdasarkan dari hasil evaluasi, pihak mitra menyampaikan perlunya ada peningkatan kegiatan tindak lanjut dan pendampingan terkait budidaya cacing dan pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga ini, sehingga budidaya dapat berjalan dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat tim penggerak PKK Desa Nambak
