Abstract

Perilaku hiperaktif menunjukan adanya gejala perilaku yang tidak normal, unik dan cenderung tidak mampu memusatkan perhatiannya pada hal tertentu. Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmengkajitentang:1) Karakteristikinforman,2) Interaksi anak dengan teman dan guru,3) Bentuk perilaku hiperaktif anak disabilitas, 4) Faktor penyebab perilaku hiperaktif anak disabilitas, 5) Dampak dari perilaku hiperaktif anak disabilitas, dan 5) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi perilaku hiperaktif anak disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data adalah menggunakan teknik sampel purposive dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu orang yang nantinya akan memudahkan peneliti dalam menjelajahi objek/situasi sosial yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan interaksi anak dengan teman dan guru berjalan dengan relatif baik, kecuali dalam situasi dan kondisi tertentu anak menunjukkan perilaku hiperaktif dan agresif kepada teman-temannya yang sebaya dan berumur dibawah mereka. Bentuk perilaku hiperaktif bervariasi, mulai dari perilaku yang tidak membahayakan sampai perilaku membahayakan dirinya maupun orang lain (temannya). Perilaku hiperaktif dipicu oleh verbal maupun non verbal mulai ejekan, rebutan mainan atau tempat bermain hingga cubitan, tamparan dan pukulan. Perilaku ini tidak hanya berdampak bagi diri anak itu sendiri tapi juga bagi orang lain berupa fisik maupun non fisik. Upaya yang dilakukan informan guru dan orang tua untuk mengatasi perilaku hiperaktif bersifat pencegahan melalui pengawasan baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Semua informan orang tua, mengalami kehawatiran terhadap kehidupan masa depannya, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Perilaku Hiperaktif, Disabilitas Mental, SLB BC Kurnia

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the effectiveness of character education models in improving social skills for transvestites in Yogyakarta Special Region. This research uses Research and Development method which consists of four stages, namely: (1) preliminary stage, (2) the planning stage of character education models for transgender as the development of the initial product form, (3) the testing, evaluation and revision stages through practical learning improvement of social skills, and (4) implementation phase. The number of transsexuals who were sampled in the one-on-one trial in 2015 was 5 transvestites selected by purposive sampling. In the second year the trial was expanded to 1 management of Kebaya Shelter house and involved 22 transvestites. Whereas field operational trials were conducted on 32 transvestites in Kebaya and Iwayo. Data collection techniques use FGD techniques, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data validity uses expert validation, while the validity of qualitative data with source triangulation techniques, theory and methods. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative data with interactive models. The results showed that: Field operational trials of 32 transvestites, it can be seen that there was an increase in transvestites' social skills after training the character education model of SPS models for waria. The pretest results showed a good average classification with a mean of 3.20. While the posttest results indicate an increase to a good classification with a mean of 3.58. Based on these data shows that all aspects that are considered good regarding social skills show a good and good classification.  Keywords: Problem Solving, social skills, of transvestites

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh rubrik asesmen kinerja untuk mengukur kompetensi mahasiswa dalam melakukan praktikum kimia analitik dasar, khususnya analisis volumetri dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang memadai. Pengembangan dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perumusan draf rubrik, revisi berdasarkan saran dan pertimbangan pakar dan mahasiswa, validasi dan uji coba lapangan  sehingga diketahui reliabilitasnya. Rubrik yang diperoleh mempunyai validitas dan reliabilitas yang sangat baik (excellent) dengan harga a =0,8935. Hampir seluruh mahasiswa berkompeten dalam melakukan praktikum analisis volumetri. Kata kunci : rubrik, asesmen, kompetensi ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain a performance assessment rubric to measure student competency in performing basic analytical chemistry practicum, especially volumetric analysis with adequate reliability and validity. Development starts from the needs analysis, formulation of the draft rubrics, revisions based on expert advice and consideration and students, validation and field trials so that the known reliability. Rubric validity and reliability have gained a excellent at a = 0.8935. Almost all students are competent in performing volumetric analysis practicum. Key words: the rubric, assessment, competency

Abstract

Kandang merupakan tempat tinggal untuk hewan yang dapat memberikan rasa nyaman bebas dari gangguan luar. Kandang yang baik memiliki ukuran yang sesuai serta bagian-bagian dalam kandang seperti ventilasi. Apabila kandang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari ternak itu sendiri maka dapat menyebabkan stress sehingga akan berdampak kepada performa produksi susunya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ukuran-ukuran kandang kambing perah laktasi yang meliputi panjang, lebar, tinggi serta tinggi dari permukaan tanah. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di Peternakan Kambing Perah Alam Farm Manglayang Kecamatan Cilengkrang Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif . Data sampel diperoleh dari 30 kandang kambing perah yang sedang laktasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran kandang kambing perah di Peternakan Kambing Perah Alam Farm menghasilkan rata-rata pada setiap kandang besar (A) 140,4 x 102 x181,5 cm, kandang (B) 121,6 x 105,5 x 170 cm, Kandang (C) 142 x101x175 cm, Kandang D 122x100x170 cm dengan rataan tinggi kandang dari permukaan tanah 73-81 cm sehingga koefisien variasi berkisar antara 0,000174-0,000467 dan masih dalam keadaan normal. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa perkandangan kambing perah laktasi yang terdapat di Peternakan kambing perah Alam Farm Manglayang masih dalam kondisi yang relatif normal dan persyaratan kandang lainnya memenuhi standar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar kimia yangberkualitas yang secara efektif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar danmenumbuhkembangkan nilai-nilai karakter mulia siswa pada pelajaran kimia diSMA/MA. Pengembangan buku ajar yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuanpenelitian melalui Research and Development dengan langkah-langkahpenelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, perencanaan dan pengembangan, danvalidasi buku ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar kimia kelasX semester 1, rata-rata menunjukkan kualitas buku ajar yang dikembangkan(kurikulum 2013) sebesar 90,32%, sedangkan kualitas buku ajar kurikulumKTSP rata-rata 82,43%. Disamping itu  hasil penelitian untuk buku ajar kimiakelas X semester 2, rata-rata menunjukkan kualitas buku ajar yangdikembangkan (kurikulum 2013) sebesar 87,40%, sedangkan kualitas buku ajarkurikulum KTSP rata-rata 69,20%. Berdasarkan rata-rata penilaian kualitasbuku ajar kimia  kelas X semester 1 dan 2 yang dikembangkan telah memenuhistandar kualitas seperti yang dipersyaratkan oleh BNSP dan sesuai dengankurikulum 2013.Kata kunci : bukuajar, karakter,kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Customer Experience and Customer Value on Revisit Intention at Taman Lio Baheula Tourist Attraction, Bekasi Regency. This study primary data with data obtained from distributing questionnaries to visitors visiting Taman Lio Bahula with 100 samples taken using a non-probability sampling method with purposive descriptive analysis and verivicative with SPSS 25 software tools. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant partial effect of Customer Value on Revisit Intention has a greater value of 43,6% while the partial effect of Customer Experience is 31,3%. The simultaneous influence of Customer Experience and Customer Value on Revisit Intention obtained a value of 74,9 and the remaining 25,1% was influence by other variables that not research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the effect of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention at Forty Coffee Purwakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with verification approaches. The sample used is 100 respondents who are consumers of Forty Coffee Purwakarta determined by the Wibisono formula and taken using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling technique. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate descriptively that the correlation coefficient between Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing is 0.883, which means that both have a very strong level of correlation. The partial effect of Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention has a more excellent value of 73.9% while the partial effect of Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Intention is 15.4%. The simultaneous effect value of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention is 89.3% and the remaining 10.7% was influenced by other variables not examined

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of corporate image and location on the decision to visit the Curug Agung Padalarang Traditional Market. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. Popularity in this study was taken from the estimated number of visitors to the Curug Agung Padalarang Traditional Market in one year which amounted to 425,280 people, using Isaac and Michael's formula to determine the number of samples, the results obtained were 385 people/respondent. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. This study uses bright scale analysis techniques and path analysis with SPSS 16 and Microsoft Excel 2019 data processing software. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong correlation between corporate image and location with a coefficient value of 0.743. Company image has a partial effect of 34.5% and location has a partial effect of 52.3%. Then the location has a greater influence on the Visiting Decision. Simultaneously Company Image and Location have an effect on Visiting Decisions with the magnitude of the effect being 86.8% while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

IThis study aims to find out the reference group and influential Social Media Marketing partially and simultaneously to the decision to use Rawlins laundry services and also to determine the correlation of reference group variables between social media marketing.The data collection methods used in this study are descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation analysis, T test and F test. There was a partial positive and significant influence between the Reference Group on the Decision to Use services with a contribution of 0.207 or 20.7%., the sig value. 0.000 < α 0.10 and t count 5.841 > t table 1.66071 then Ho rejected .There was a partial positive and significant influence between Social Media Marketing on the Decision to Use Services with a contribution of 0.426 or 42.6%. sig value. 0.000 < α 0.10 and t count 5.841 > t table 1.66071 then Ho rejected.The correlation of reference groups between social media marketing was 0.762.There was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the Reference Group and Social Media Marketing on the Decision to Use Services on Rawlins laundry with a contribution of 0.657 or 65.7% and 34.3% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the effect of Product Reviews and After-Sales Service on Repurchase Intention of Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Smartphone. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population used is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 smartphone user community on Facebook which consists of 4,020 people. The number of samples is determined by using the Slovin 5% formula so that the number of samples is 364 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical techniques used are scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2019 software, and IBM SPSS 20. The results of the descriptive study indicate that the variables of Product Reviews, After Sales Service, and Repurchase Intention are in the Good category. While the results of the verification research, it is known that the correlation coefficient between Product Reviews and After-Sales Service is 0.648 which indicates that the two have a strong relationship. The partial effect of Product Reviews on Repurchase Intention is 16.1%, while the partial effect of After-Sales Services on Repurchase Intention is 34.7%. The effect of Product Reviews and After-Sales Services on Repurchase Intention simultaneously is 50.8%, while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by variables that do not exist in this study.
