Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the effect of Product Reviews and After-Sales Service on Repurchase Intention of Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Smartphone. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population used is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 smartphone user community on Facebook which consists of 4,020 people. The number of samples is determined by using the Slovin 5% formula so that the number of samples is 364 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical techniques used are scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2019 software, and IBM SPSS 20. The results of the descriptive study indicate that the variables of Product Reviews, After Sales Service, and Repurchase Intention are in the Good category. While the results of the verification research, it is known that the correlation coefficient between Product Reviews and After-Sales Service is 0.648 which indicates that the two have a strong relationship. The partial effect of Product Reviews on Repurchase Intention is 16.1%, while the partial effect of After-Sales Services on Repurchase Intention is 34.7%. The effect of Product Reviews and After-Sales Services on Repurchase Intention simultaneously is 50.8%, while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by variables that do not exist in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influencers and flavors that partially and simultaneously influence the purchase decision of Gildak and also to determine the relationship between the Influencer variables of Taste. The data collection method used in this research is descriptive. test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation analysis, T test and F test. There is a positive and partially significant influence between Influencers on Purchase Decisions with a contribution of 0.359 or 35.9%, sig. 0.000 < 0.10 and t count 13.090 > t table 1.966 then Ho is rejected. There is a positive and partially significant effect between Taste and Purchase Decision with a contribution of 0.376 or 37.6%. sig value. 0.000 < 0.10 and t count 13,631 > t table 1,966 then Ho is rejected. The influencer correlation between tastes was 0.675. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between influencer and taste on purchasing decisions at Gildak with a contribution of 0.735 or 73.5% and 26.5% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Process, Physical evidence and taste image as moderating variables that simultaneously affect consumer buying interest in Kopi Harapan Jiwa. The type of research used is a qualitative research method. used in sampling is non-probability sampling technique using quota sampling. So that the sample used is 91 respondents. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is data quality test, classical assumption test, statistical test and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the Transformational Process variable has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, as can be seen from the t test where t count 2.595 > t table 1.991 with a significance of 0.011 < 0.05 and with a coefficient value of 0.225. This indicates that the process is a factor that affect Buying Interest. The Physical Evidence variable has a significant effect on Purchase Interest as seen from the t test where t count 7,359 > t table 1,991 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient value of 0.639. This shows that Physical Evidence can influence consumer buying interest and based on the results of moderating regression analysis shows that the taste variable cannot strengthen the influence between the price variable on buying interest and the physical evidence variable on buying interest.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan mengukur sejauh mana content marketing dan event marketing dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah followers pada Instagram @Shopee_id dan total responden sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara acak kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara content marketing dan event marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee. Berdasarkan uji yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0.515. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa content marketing dan event marketing  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 51,5% sementara 48,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to prove and measure the extent to which content marketing and event marketing can influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. With a quantitative research approach, the population in this study are followers on Instagram @Shopee_id and a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a survey method by distributing questionnaires randomly to the respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between content marketing and event marketing on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the R square value is 0.515. Thus, it can be concluded that content marketing and event marketing have an effect on purchasing decisions of 51.5% while the other 48.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.  Keywords: Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Psikomotorik merupakan hasil belajar berupa keterampilan yang harus ditumbuh kembangkan karena sangat diperlukan dalam pemecahan masalah khususnya dibidang kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sumber belajar inovatif berbasis proyek pada pokok bahasan analisis anion untuk membangun kemampuan psikomotorik mahasiswa sehingga kompetensi dapat tercapai dengan baik, serta dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Inovasi yang dilakukan adalah pengintegrasian paket mini proyek, e-modul intraktif, serta pengemasannya melalui video pembelajaran. Pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring menggunakan e-learning dan video pembelajaran. Pembelajaran daring dilakukan secara mandiri sedangkan kegiatan proyek dilakukan secara berkelompok, dimana kegiatan ini bersifat kontekstual. Setiap mahasiswa harus merencanakan susunan kegiatan proyek yang akan dilakukan dengan pemilihan sampel, alat dan bahan, serta metode yang tepat dan mengacu pada dasar teori yang relevan. Kemampuan psikomotorik dapat dinilai melalui kegiatan dan laporan proyek, dimana penilaian subjektif untuk kelas eksperimen (M = 82,29 ± 6,54) dengan kategori ‘sangat baik’ dan kelas kontrol (M = 77,77 ± 4,64) dengan kategori ‘baik’. Mahasiswa yang menerapkan sumber belajar inovatif berbasis proyek memberikan respon yang sangat baik (M = 3,3 ± 0,49) saat pembelajaran. Terdapat korelasi yang sangat baik antara respon dengan peningkatan kemampuan psikomotorik mahasiswa (Sig. 0,05). Sumber belajar inovatif berbasis proyek layak untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran analisis anion dalam mencapai kompetensi kimia analitik.

Abstract

Learning resources that do not facilitate students to improve higher-order thinking skills result in the achievement of learning objectives. This is because higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are one of the skills that students must have in current learning. This study aims (1) To describe and analyze the level of ability of students in solving HOTS questions using HOTS oriented e-modules in science for 6th grade, (2) To describe the form or results of a products HOTS oriented modules in sciences for 6th grade, (3) To describe and analyze the feasibility level of using HOTS oriented e-modules in science for 6th grade, (4) To describe and analyze the effectiveness level of using HOTS oriented e-modules in science lessons in grade 6th in improving student learning outcomes. The research type used in this research is research and development (Research and Development) Borg and Gall. The subjects of this study were students of grade VI SD Negeri Kayu Agung for the 2020/2021 academic year. To find out the response of teachers and students to the developed e-module was obtained using a questionnaire method.The results obtained show that (1) The use of e-modules oriented to HOTS in science for 6th grade can improve students abilities in solving HOTS type questions, which is marked by an increase in student learning outcomes scores in the pre test and post test. (2) The form or result of the HOTS oriented e-module product in science lessons for grade 6th is in the form of a link, so that it is easily accessed by students using a device connected to an internet connection. (3) HOTS oriented e-module in science for 6th grade is feasible to be used as teaching material based on the results of the material expert validation test obtaining an average score of 88.33 in the very good category, the results of the media expert validation test obtained a score of 88.00 with a very good category, and the results of the validation test for learning experts obtained an average score of 82.92 in the very good category. (4) HOTS orientation in science for 6th grade is effective for improving student learning outcomes, which is indicated by an increase in the pre-test average score of 65.00 to an average post-test score amounting to 76.33. Meanwhile, the follow-up to this research is to develop other e-modules for learning general subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of using problem based learning model assisted by LKPD and the ability to think critically on the ability to solve math problems of grade VI at elementary school students. This research uses an experimental method with a 2 2 factorial design. The population are of the sixth grade students of SDN Sangiang 2 totaling 60 students, the sample was taken using random techniques totaling 30 students. The data collection technique used a test in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with two-way ANOVA technique. Based on the calculation results of the research are us follows: (1) the existence of solution to solve mathematical problems between students who are taught using a problem based learning models assisted by LKPD and without the assistance of LKPD, (2) the interaction of the problem based learning model assisted by LKPD and without LKPD and thinking skills critical to ability to solve math problems of class VI SD,(3) there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes in the form of the ability to solve mathematical problems between students who have high critical thinking skills who are taught using problem based learning models using LKPD, and (4) there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes in the form of the ability to solve mathematical problems between students who have low critical thinking skills who are taught using problem based learning models using LKPD. The abundance of this research is to state that there is an effect of problem based learning models and critical thinking skills on the ability to solve math problems of grade VI elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstract Gaok art is an art in the form of an oral tradition in the Kulur Village community which contains a description of the social and cultural life of the community in the past. This study aims to explore the values ​​of local wisdom contained in the art of Gaok in Kulur Village, Majalengka District and describes its potential as a source of historical learning. The research method used in this research was qualitative ethnograpghy with data collected through literature study, interviews, and observations. The results obtained indicate that there are local wisdom values in the art of Gaok, namely religious, social, language, knowledge, economic, technology, and artistic. These values ​​can be used as a source of learning Indonesian history at the 10th grade of senior high school level. The integration of the local wisdom values ​​of Gaok art as a source of historical learning is very important in order to build historical awareness and instill good characteristics in students, especially in the Majalengka area, to allow them to become civilized people who shall not abandon their local culture. Abstrak Kesenian gaok merupakan kesenian berupa tradisi lisan masyarakat Desa Kulur yang di dalamnya berisi mengenai gambaran kehidupan sosial dan budaya masyarakatnya pada masa lampau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam kesenian gaok di Desa Kulur, Kecamatan Majalengka dan mendeskripsikan potensinya sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif etnografi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kesenian gaok, yaitu nilai religi, sosial, bahasa, pengetahuan, ekonomi, teknologi, dan seni. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah Indonesia pada jenjang SMA/MA kelas X. Pengintegrasian nilai-nilai kearifan lokal kesenian gaok sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah sangatlah penting guna membangun kesadaran sejarah dan membina karakter peserta didik khususnya di daerah Majalengka agar menjadi manusia beradab yang tidak meninggalkan budaya lokalnya. Kata Kunci: Kesenian Gaok, Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal, Sumber Pembalajaran Sejarah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan Pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk ( KTP ) di Kantor Kecamatan Cililin Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Cililin, dengan unit analisis yaitu masyarakat Kecamatan Cililin yang pernah dan sedang melakukan pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk ( KTP ). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode penelitian pada dasarnya merupakan cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data dengan tujuan dan kegunaan tertentu.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui Wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan, sedang data sekunder bersumber dari dokumen laporan, peraturan- peraturan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya pelayanan akta pembuatan Kartu tanda penduduk ( KTP ) di Kecamatan Cililin yang dilihat dari kelima dimensi pelayanan yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, keyakinan, perhatian dan berwujud berdasarkan penelitian sudah dapat dikatakan baik.

Abstract

A B S T R A C T The taxpayer compliance in Indonesia to convey annual tax return is still low that only by 53.70% in 2012. This is one of the causes that tax revenues in Indonesia is still low. This study was conducted to test the effect of Utilization of Information Technology, socialization of taxes and Tax Knowledge on Tax compliance of individual taxpayer in The South Jakata Regional Office Directorate General of Taxation (DGT). This reaserch analyzed the questionnaires of primary data from 400 respondends of taxpayer. The testing of these variable using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 21, with significance level of alpha 5%. The results showed that the Utilization of Information Technology, socialization of taxes and tax knowledge has positive influence and significant effect on tax compliance partially. While simultaneously affect on tax compliance. These findings contribute to the General of Taxation (DGT) can add as an alternative method to improve the taxpayer compliance. It can be concluded that tax compliance is affected by the utilization of information technology, socialization of taxes and tax knowledge and other variables not examined in this study. A B S T R A K Kepatuhan pajak Wajib Pajak di Indonesia dalam menyampaikan SPT tahunan masih rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 53,70 % pada tahun 2012. Hal ini merupakan salah satu penyebab masih rendahnya penerimaan pajak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Sosialisasi Pajak dan Pengetahuan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang ada di Kanwil DJP Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kuesioner dari data primer yang berasal dari jawaban responden sebanyak 400 Wajib Pajak. Pengujian variabel penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan tekhnologi informasi, sosialisasi pajak dan pengetahuan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak secara parsial. Sedangkan pengujian secara bersama- sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Temuan ini dapat menambah kontribusi kepada DJP sebagai metode alternatif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dipengaruhi oleh Pemanfaatan tekhnologi Informasi, Sosialisasi Pajak dan Pengetahuan Pajak dan variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.
