Abstract

MSMEs are required to be able to compete and create products that can be accepted, not only by domestic consumers (Indonesia) but also consumers in Southeast Asia. MSMEs are able to support large businesses, such as providing raw materials, spare parts and other supporting materials. Therefore, through this Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, Group 10 KKN conducts training and assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors in Wanaraja Village for 1 month. With the aim of helping and providing an understanding of how very influential branding and packaging design are in product marketing in the market. As for the results achieved by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, their products will have product branding and logos and be able to market MSME products online.

Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan calon anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) merupakan suatu proses penting dalam menjaring individu yang secara sukarela ingin mengabdikan diri sebagai aparatur negara. Meskipun terdapat antusiasme tinggi dari masyarakat untuk menjadi anggota Polri, proses seleksi ini tidak lepas dari isu negatif, salah satunya adalah keberadaan praktik percaloan yang mencederai integritas seleksi. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara konsep kepemimpinan melayani (servant leadership) dengan program Medaseng, serta menilai potensinya sebagai strategi mitigasi terhadap kecurangan dalam proses rekrutmen Polri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Ditemukan bahwa kecurangan dalam proses seleksi disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain: persepsi selektif masyarakat yang meyakini perlunya suap atau dukungan pihak tertentu untuk lolos seleksi; stereotip negatif terhadap institusi Polri; efek halo yang menilai institusi hanya dari kesan umum; kurangnya kepercayaan diri calon peserta; serta keterlibatan oknum dalam praktik nepotisme. Kepemimpinan melayani dapat mendorong internalisasi nilai kejujuran dan integritas. Di sisi lain, program Medaseng, yang berbasis pendekatan mobile government dan kearifan lokal, berpotensi menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mengurangi praktik kecurangan. Program ini juga memperkuat hubungan antara Polri dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, terdapat relevansi antara servant leadership dan program Medaseng, keduanya berlandaskan pada prinsip pelayanan publik yang berintegritas. Kata kunci: servant leadership; integritas; rekrutmen; kecurangan; Medaseng

Abstract

This study explores the perspectives of students with disabilities on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in schools across Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. AI is increasingly recognized for its transformative potential in education, particularly in fostering inclusivity through personalized learning, improved accessibility, and enhanced engagement. A qualitative approach, combined with a literature review, was employed to analyze existing research and identify regional differences in AI implementation. Results indicate that AI tools, such as adaptive learning platforms and assistive technologies, significantly benefit students by addressing individual learning needs and overcoming traditional barriers. However, challenges persist, including inadequate infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and concerns over data privacy and ethical use of sensitive student information. These obstacles are particularly pronounced in rural and underserved areas, highlighting the need for targeted investments and policy reforms. The study recommends prioritizing infrastructure development, implementing comprehensive training programs for educators, and establishing robust ethical frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage. By addressing these challenges and fostering regional collaboration, AI can become a powerful tool for promoting equity and accessibility in education, ultimately enhancing learning outcomes for students with disabilities. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and firsthand data collection to better understand AI's long-term impact and refine inclusive educational practices.

Abstract

Public trust in the police is a problematic issue for modern police everywhere, including in Indonesia. The police agency needs a high level of trust to be able to carry out its duties and functions as the person in charge of social order and law in society. This study intends to examine the influence of performance effectiveness, procedural justice and social capital on public trust in the police in Central Jakarta. The survey was conducted to 400 respondents using the cluster purposive random sampling method at the sub-district level. The results showed that the performance effectiveness variable had a significant effect (0.275), the procedural justice variable had no significant effect, and the social capital variable had a significant effect (0.133). The awareness of the importance of trust has been observed by the National Police leadership since the National Police institution was officially separated from the ABRI. In this case, the National Police formulated a bi-annual Grand-Strategy covering the period 2005-2025, as a step to encourage systematic organizational change towards the National Police as a professional modern police force.

Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi guru perlu dilakukan secara berkala, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pengajaran kepada murid di kelas. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh sebagian besar SMK dengan keahlian Teknik Kimia Industri di Cimahi dan Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah minimnya sumber daya guru yang memiliki latar pendidikan yang linier dengan mata pelajaran yang diampunya, sehingga guru mengalami kesulitan dalam memberikan materi. Mata pelajaran di kimia industri linier dengan mata kuliah yang ada di program studi teknik kimia. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan mengenai salah satu materi pembelajaran yang juga terdapat di program studi teknik kimia. Pelatihan diikuti oleh guru darii berbagai sekolah yang mengajar pada mata pelajaran produktif di SMK Teknik Kimia Industri. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan dua cara, yakni pemberian materi di dalam kelas dan pelaksanaan praktikum di laboratorium. Pelatihan dilaksanakan oleh dosen-dosen Program Studi Teknik Kimia Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai desain dan pengembangan media pembelajaran augmented reality untuk mengenalkan keragaman budaya Indonesia khususnya rumah adat dan rumah ibadah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya variasi pendidik dalam mengenalkan keragaman budaya dan kondisi peserta didik yang terbiasa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran augmented reality pada materi keragaman budaya kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Design and Development (DD), dengan prosedur penelitian Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). Validasi media pembelajaran augmented reality ini dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Uji coba media pembelajaran augmented reality ini dilakukan oleh pendidik dan peserta didik kelas 4 SDIT Al-Fitrah untuk mengetahui respon pengguna. Hasil penilaian dari sudut pandang para ahli mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, serta penilaian dari sudut pengguna juga mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori”Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, media pembelajaran augmented reality keragaman budaya sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of a talent management system through a Management Trainee program based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) industry. Management trainee is one of the effective methods to develop future leaders and superior talents in the organization. The SKKNI approach in this program ensures that the employees developed have competencies that are in line with national standards. The management trainee program can significantly improve employees' skills and knowledge, as well as make a positive contribution to employee productivity and retention in the company. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of investing in the development of a structured and measurable management trainee program to achieve the organization's strategic goals. The sample in this study were 12 talents who participated in the management trainee program for 12 months. The results showed that the company has succeeded in aligning talent strategy with business strategy, developing future leaders and conducting comprehensive evaluations in carrying out talent management

Abstract

This study evaluated the kinetic characteristics of the ethyl acetate saponification reaction using two analytical approaches, namely conductometry and titrimetry, in a stirred batch reactor system at various temperature conditions. Both methods showed that the reaction followed an overall second-order pattern, in line with the theory of saponification reaction kinetics. However, significant differences were found in the conversion values and activation energy obtained. The titrimetric method showed higher reproducibility and accuracy, with an estimated activation energy of 37.40 kJ/mol. This study also confirmed that increasing the reactant concentration accelerated the reaction rate by increasing the frequency of effective intermolecular collisions. Overall, the titrimetric method is recommended as a more reliable approach in the study of saponification kinetics in this experimental system.
