Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors on students' entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 who had taken entrepreneurship courses. This research uses a quantitative type of research, with a sampling method using a purposive sampling technique which is used based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents. With the results of the multiple linear regression test, entrepreneurial motivation and environmental factors have a positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, while mental health has a negative effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that simultaneously entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest, partially entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors contributed 71.5% to students' entrepreneurial interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Environmental Factors, and Mentality

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of profitability liquidity and company size on share prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population of this study uses food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling, which resulted in a sample of 84 food and beverage companies. The data analysis method used consists of the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that liquidity has a significant effect on share prices, profitability does not have a significant effect on share prices and company size does not have a significant effect on share prices. Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, and Share Price

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions. The population in this study were Pasuruan City Volleyball Athletes. The Non-Probability Sampling method is purposive sampling with a sample of 70 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS with the results of the study simultaneously showing that it had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, and partially there were: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jersey products 2) There was no significant influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jersey Products 3) There was a positive and significant influence of Price on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jerseys. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the relationship between lifestyle, brand image, and price perception on cutomer satisfaction of Jims Honey fashion product users, with a focus on student of islamic University of malang Class of 2021. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents who have bought or used Jims Honey product. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with spss 22 to identify the effect of independent variables on cutomer satisfaction. The result showed that lifestyle has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction, with a beta coefficient of -0.247 and a sig value of 0,003, which means that the higher the lifestyle has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction . Meanwhile, brand image and price perceptio have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception is proven to be the dominant factor affecting customer satisfaction, with a beta coefficient of 0,555. Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Price Perception, Customer Satisfaction, Jims Honey

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of education, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Kepanjen. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of employees at SMK Negeri 1 Kepanjen and involves 40 respondents selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data were obtained from primary sources through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. The test results show that both simultaneously and partially, the variables Education (X1), Leadership Style (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Educaton, Leadership Style, Work Dicipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of three independent variables, namely Live Shopping Features, Service Quality, and Product Quality, on the dependent variable, Purchase Decision, on the TikTok Shop E-commerce platform. This case study focuses on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Data collection was conducted through a purposive sampling method by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to 95 respondents who met the criteria. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing methods, including the F test and t-test, with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 26 software. The analysis results indicate that simultaneously, or collectively, the three independent variables, Live Shopping Features, Service Quality, and Product Quality, have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions on TikTok Shop. Live Shopping Features were found to have no significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions. Conversely, the variables Service Quality and Product Quality partially have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Live Shopping Features, Service Quality, Product Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously on the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021 who had an interest in buying Etawa goat's milk whose number was not known for certain. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine how consumer purchase intentions for Azarine sunscreen products are influenced by brand ambassadors, electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), and brand image. Azarine sunscreen has been a popular option in Indonesia due to the emergence of several new marketing methods brought about by the growing usage of social media, especially among younger consumers. The methodology employed is quantitative research involving 97 respondents from the 2021 cohort of Universitas Islam Malang, determined using the Slovin formula. Using SPSS 26 and multiple linear regression analysis, it was discovered that brand ambassadors, e-WOM, and brand image all significantly and simultaneously influence consumers' intentions to make purchases.. With a β coefficient of 0.404, the e-WOM variable produced the most significant results, suggesting that e-WOM has a stronger effect on purchase intention than other components. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), Brand Image, Buying Interest, Azarine Sunscreen

Abstract

Abstract Work productivity reflects the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource performance. This study analyzes the impact of competence, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Office in Kabupaten Sampang, driven by a decline in productivity marked by tardiness and low initiative. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 34 employees through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing.The results indicate that competence, motivation, and job satisfaction together significantly affect productivity, but only competence has a partial significant impact. Competence covering knowledge, skills, and attitude supports task performance. Although motivation and satisfaction contribute to a positive work environment, they show no direct effect. These findings emphasize the need for holistic HR management focused on competence development and employee well-being to enhance productivity and service quality. Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity, Human Resources.
