SISTEM SIMULASI PERHITUNGAN KPR DI PERUM PERUMNAS REGIONAL V BERBASIS WEB Neilin Nikhlis; Dwi Setiawan

Perum Perumnas is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the form of a Public Company (Perum). Perum Perumnas has 7 regional business areas and 1 rusunawa regional area. Perum Perumnas Regional V which is located at Jl. Wilis No. 23 Semarang is engaged in providing housing and settlements for the middle class community. In its business activities, Perumnas sells houses to the public with cash payment methods or through Home Ownership Credit (KPR). The Perumnas Branch can serve every consumer who comes to Perumnas Branch to seek information about the amount of monthly installment payments if the consumer applies the mortgage system with the down payment that the consumer has and the shortfall that must be paid. In carrying out this activity, the Perumnas Branch still uses the Microsoft Excel application.The problem that often arises at this time is the calculation of KPR between Perumnas Semarang Branch I and Perumnas Semarang Branch II which is quite different, making it less effective for companies. Based on this description, the author tries to provide a solution that is able to overcome these problems by designing a website-based mortgage calculation simulation system at Perum Perumnas Regional V with the aim of making it easier for consumers and marketing or sales parties to find information about mortgage calculations.Making this simulation system, the author uses the HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL programming languages as the database. In its manufacture, this application is adapted to the needs of Perumnas in general.The conclusion that can be drawn is the dissimilarity or difference in filling out the mortgage calculation where the Semarang Branch I and Semarang Branch II when the marketing staff does the mortgage calculation even though they use the same bank Suggestions that can be put forward is to create a mortgage calculation simulation system that can make it easier for consumers to get information about mortgage calculations quickly, efficiently and accurately and can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

This study aims to identify effective methods that parents can use to help young children develop reading skills. Through a literature review and case studies, this research presents various strategies for parents, such as selecting books that match the child’s interests, creating an enjoyable reading environment, and providing positive feedback. The findings are intended to serve as a guide for parents in creating an optimal learning environment for their children. Reading ability is a crucial foundation for cognitive development in children. This study examines the critical role of parents in facilitating the development of reading skills in young children. By reviewing literature, the study highlights various activities that parents can engage in, such as reading together, providing engaging books, and creating a supportive environment for fostering a child’s interest in reading. The findings indicate that active parental involvement in reading activities from an early age has a significant positive impact on improving reading skills, comprehension, and a child's love for books.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.

This article discusses the application of communication ethnography in Indonesian language learning at Darussalam Cimanggu Middle School. This research aims to explore how an ethnographic communication approach can enrich the Indonesian language teaching and learning process. The methods used include observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that this approach can increase student engagement and understanding of the social and cultural context in language use.

This study aims to design and develop a prototype IoT-based archive room monitoring system to enhance security and efficiency in archive management at the Village Office of Desa Pingit, Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency. The system utilizes a UV Flame Detector for fire detection and a DHT11 sensor for monitoring temperature and humidity, with an ESP32 as the main controller connected via Wi-Fi. Integrated with the Telegram app, users can receive real-time notifications and updates on archive room conditions, facilitating remote monitoring. Testing results indicate that the system effectively detects fire presence and accurately provides temperature and humidity updates. This innovation is expected to aid in risk management and archive protection, offering a practical solution for modern archive room management.

Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

The creation of scientific papers by teachers has an important role in professional development and improving the quality of education. However, many teachers face various challenges in producing scientific papers, such as lack of time, writing skills, and motivation. This article discusses the importance of motivating teachers to be active in scientific writing, both as a means of self-development and as a contribution to science. Through the right motivation, teachers can be more encouraged to be involved in research and writing, which in turn can increase their competence and have a positive impact for learning at school. Some strategies for motivating teachers include writing training, providing incentives, support from institutions, and establishing a scientific community that supports collaboration. By facilitating and motivating teachers in writing scientific papers, it is hoped that a stronger academic culture will be created among educators, as well as improving the overall quality of education.

Big data merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk gudang data yang sangat besar atau kompleks sehingga aplikasi pemrosesan data tradisional tidak memadai untuk mengatasinya. Tantangannya meliputi analisis, pengambilan, pencarian, berbagi, penyimpanan, transfer, visualisasi, kueri, dan pembaruan serta privasi informasi. Namun, data yang sangat besar ini tidak dapat dengan mudah ditangani karena sebagian besar sistem CS bersifat relasional, dan diperlukan penyesuaian sebelum pemrosesan apa pun. Dengan munculnya Big Data, sistem NoSQL baru datang untuk mengatasi masalah data relasional ini. Jadi, kami mengusulkan pendekatan untuk memigrasi data CS historis dari relasional ke sistem NoSQL, dan menggunakan lingkungan terdistribusi yang berisi banyak node. Sebagai eksperimen, kami memigrasikan data yang dihasilkan oleh CS minyak dan gas ke sistem NoSQL terdistribusi yang sesuai, dan kami melakukan beberapa eksperimen data mining padanya untuk membandingkan hasil dan membuktikan kinerja yang diperoleh.

The development of information technology is currently very beneficial for the community, especially among government and private agencies. One of the advances in information technology that is often used by private agencies in solving structured or semi-structured problems is a Decision Support System (DSS). The Decision Support System is designed to support all stages of decision-making, starting from the stage of identifying problems, selecting relevant data, determining the approach used in the decision-making process to evaluating alternative selection activities. In addition, it is also used to support decisions such as making decisions about promotions. Promotion is a form of company appreciation for Human Resources for their work. Performance appraisals for promotions have also been widely carried out by private companies, one of which is in the field of garment manufacturing in the city of Semarang, PT. Richtek Garmindo is a private company engaged in garment Manufacturing. To get the Human Resources Assistant Chief Supervisior Sewing, the performance appraisal for promotion will be taken from the sewing section employees who are already competent in sewing. Currently, the promotion carried out by PT. Ricktek garmindo is not optimal and is still subjective because it still uses a manual system, namely each supervisor chooses or directly selects a sewing operator who is promoted with the criteria of work skills only, the selection made by the supervisor is also still using kinship values in the selection process, and because there are too many sewing operators and the absence of an integrated system, the selection process still takes approximately 1 month to get sewing operators who are ready to be promoted.
