Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of fast safe credit (KCA) distribution at PT. Rantepao branch pawnshop. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data, where primary data is data obtained directly from original sources or first parties, and primary data is specifically collected by researchers to answer research or research questions. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of fast safe credit (KCA) distribution has been running effectively. It can be seen from customer satisfaction in fast safe credit (KCA) services starting from the customer's response to the application and disbursement process, the benefits received and the security provided as well as information. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables Financial Knowledge and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially Financial Knowledge has no significant effect on Management Financial Behavior in UMKM Business Actors in North Toraja Regency. While partially Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Management Financial Behavior in North Toraja Regency UMKM Business Actors and simultaneously Financial Knowledge and Financial Attitude have a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior in North Toraja Regency UMKM Business Actors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental factors consisting of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Price Book Value (PBV) on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk in 2013-2022. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test which consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, partial test ( t test) and simultaneous tests (F test), as well as testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) variables have an effect on stock prices while the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Price Book Value (PBV) variables have no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Price Book Value (PBV) affect stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0,847, meaning that the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Price Book Value (PBV) affect the stock price by 84,7%.

Abstract

Menulis tesis dan publikasi ilmiah merupakan persyaratan kelulusan dan pengembangan akademik bagi mahasiswa, namun banyak yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam menghasilkan sitasi yang akurat, sehingga meningkatkan risiko plagiarisme. Artikel ini mengusulkan strategi menggunakan pendekatan dua alat dengan Mendeley dan Zotero untuk meningkatkan akurasi sitasi dan mengurangi plagiarisme dalam penulisan ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan di Laboratorium Komputer Teknik Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja pada tanggal 23 Mei 2025, dengan diikuti oleh 60 mahasiswa teknik mesin semester enam. Pelatihan berbasis lokakarya ini meliputi tahapan sosialisasi, instalasi aplikasi, praktik integrasi dua alat, simulasi sitasi otomatis, dan evaluasi keterampilan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam penguasaan aplikasi dan akurasi sitasi, dengan keluaran berupa modul pelatihan, templat dokumen, dan layanan bimbingan referensi. Faktor pendukung seperti fasilitas, instruktur, dan antusiasme mahasiswa, serta hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan tingkat keterampilan awal, dievaluasi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi untuk memperkuat etika akademik dan efisiensi penulisan sekaligus mendorong adopsi berkelanjutan teknologi referensi digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Competence and Job Satisfaction influence Employee Performance at PT. Malea Energy, Tana Toraja Regency. Data collection procedures included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The quantitative method used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression, processed using SPSS. This study was conducted on PT. Malea Energy employees in Tana Toraja Regency, with a sample size of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive  sampling. The results of the t-test for the Competence variable showed a calculated t-count > t-table with a value of 5,294 > 2.002, and for the Job Satisfaction variable, a calculated t-count > t-table with a value of 5,960 > 2.002. The conclusion of this study is that Competence and Job Satisfaction influence Employee Performance at PT. Malea Energy, Tana Toraja Regency.
