Abstract

This research is motivated by the differences in students in various aspects which require teachers to carry out learning by paying attention to the differences that exist in students in a class or what is called differentiated learning. The aim of this research is to explain the extent to which teachers have implemented differentiated learning in Islamic Education and Character subjects in class X of SMK Negeri 4 Padang. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research results show that the differentiated learning that has been implemented includes content, process, and product aspects that are in accordance with the differentiated learning indicators, although it is still not optimal and is hampered by several things. Differentiated learning is carried out as a form of appreciation for the diversity that exists in students

Abstract

Pada abad 21 ini, proses pembelajaran diharapkan mengembangkan empat kemampuan yaitu 4C (Critical thinking,Communication, Collaboration, Creativity). Pembelajaran abad 21 ini sudah diadaptasi dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia melalui Kurikulum 2013 dan disempurnakan dalam kurikulum merdeka. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) menekankan pada pembelajaran yang nyaman, mandiri, aktif, memiliki karakter, bermakna, merdeka dan lain-lain. Guru memiliki kebebasan dalam menentukan perangkat ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan minat belajar peserta didik. Fenomena yang muncul kurikulum merdeka belum dapat terimplementasikan oleh guru-guru PAI SD. Guru-guru PAI di KKG Lubung Kilangan masih mengalami kesusahan dalam memahami Materi Esensial dan Pembelajaran bermakna serta pelaksanaan proyek profil Pancasila. Pada mitra pengabdian ini ditemui permasalahan utama yang relevan dengan penjelasan diatas. Dua permasalahan utama mitra pengabdian ini adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, bagaimana Implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam bentuk model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan materi esensial. Kedua, bagaimana Implementasi proyek profil Pancasila dalam pembelajaran PAI. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra tersebut, pengabdi menawarkan solusi dengan mengadakan Bimbingan Teknis Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam Pembelajaran PAI SD di KKG PAI Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Kota Padang. Pembinaan diadakan dengan beberapa tahapan; Pertama, tahapan ekspektasi. Kedua, tahapan Internalisasi. Ketiga, tahapan Aktualisasi. Keempat, tahapan evaluasi dan keberlanjutan. Bimbingan teknis menggunakan metode Presentasi, Brainstroming, Diskusi, Workshop, Praktek dan Projek e-modul secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study concludes that the modernization movement of Islamic education that occurred in Minangkabau in the period 1900-1930 caused the "disappearance" of its function as a traditional Islamic education institution in Minangkabau. Madrasa system then introduced by ulama kaum muda to replace surau as Islamic education institution. Through the madrasa system, ulama kaum muda have succeeded in dialogue the modernity with Islam. This research is a library research using qualitative methods with a socio-historical approach. Through this socio-historical approach, the author does not only want to present this research in a factual descriptive manner, but also tries to reveal facts through an analysis-critical perspective.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current reality in which there are many negligence among teenagers in carrying out prayer services. Therefore, schools must have the habit of praying in congregation, so that the younger generation instills good habits from an early age. This study focused on the teacher's strategy in instilling the discipline of the congregational midday prayer at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School with the following problem formulation: 1) The teacher's strategy in instilling the discipline of the congregational midday prayer in Pertiwi 1 Padang High School students 2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the discipline of students in carrying out congregational prayers. To achieve this goal using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The teacher's strategy is to provide positive reinforcement by giving value as a form of appreciation in the discipline of congregational prayers and also giving punishment to students who are not disciplined in carrying out congregational midday prayers (2) Supporting factors for teachers in disciplining midday prayers in congregation, namely the existence of a mosque near the school and the existence of school policies. And the inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education teachers in disciplining congregational midday prayers are inadequate facilities and infrastructure and a lack of awareness of students to carry out congregational midday prayers.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there are still students who experience difficulties in achieving good learning achievements in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of the Snowball Throwing method in the 5th grade at UNP Laboratory Development Elementary School. The type of research is quasi-experimental. There are 36 students in class 5, each with 18 students in class 5A as the control class and 18 students in class 5B in the experimental class. Saturated sampling technique was used in the sampling process. Preliminary and final ability tests were used to collect research data. The results showed that the average score for the experimental class was 87.22. The learning objectives given in the form of a final exam are superior to the control class with a class average of 70.55. We can conclude that the learning outcomes of 5th grade elementary school students are influenced by the Snowball Throwing learning paradigm.

Abstract

The yellow book is an important factor that is characteristic of the Pondok Pesantren. The Yellow Book is functioned by the peasantren as a reference whose content is no longer needed to be questioned, of such that the problem is that the chancellor in the Podok Pasantren Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Pakan Sinayan Kamang Mudik Agam has a low interest in following the lessons of the yellow books before applying the method of wetonan. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the wetonan method in learning the yellow book so that the centurion puts an interest in following him at every meeting. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research. The sample was the head of the school, the yellow book teacher, and the chancellor of the Pondok Pesantren Mu’allimin Pakan Sinayan. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative. Data validation techniques using source tringulation and tringulation techniques. The results of this study show that the wetonan method is more effective in yellow book learning, characterized by the absence of a centri who has no alpha description (without description) within a week. The steps of implementation of the method of wetonan in Pondok Pesantren Mu’allimin Pakan Sinayan Kamang Mudik Agam are: 1) Teacher reads Arabic sentences and dictates their sentences 2) Teacher translates 3) Teacher notes the meaning of words and important things 4) Teacher explains the significance of sentences. eval__uation of yellow book learning by means of mid-term and end-term exams. The factor of this learning is first, the book has been available in the library. Secondly, teachers who are good at teaching. The first factor is the short duration of the study, and the second is that the teacher is not a graduate of the training program.

Abstract

The Syattariyah Order became well-known in the late 18th century, introduced in Sumatra by Abdur Rauf of Singkil, Aceh (1605-1693). One of his disciples, titled Sheikh Burhanuddin, brought it to Ulakan in the second half of the 17th century, and it continued to spread to various Islamic boarding schools in Minangkabau. This study aims to explore and analyze the process of integrating the curriculum based on the Syattariyah Order at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Ringan-Ringan. The Syattariyah Order is one of the orders focused on teaching Sufism and Islamic spirituality. By integrating these teachings into the pesantren's curriculum, it is expected to shape students' character to be not only academically excellent but also to have strong spiritual and moral depth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the pesantren caretakers, teachers, and students, and document analysis related to the curriculum and teachings of the Syattariyah Order. The results of the study indicate that this curriculum integration is carried out through various activities such as regular religious lectures, recitation of wirid and dhikr, and other spiritual practices adapted to the teachings of the Syattariyah Order. In conclusion, the integration of the Syattariyah Order-based curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Ringan-Ringan provides positive contributions to the spiritual and moral development of students, although it requires adjustments and deep understanding from all related parties. This research recommends further support from related institutions and training for teachers to strengthen the implementation of this curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what are the programs of mosque youth, how the participation of mosque youth and the role of mosque youth studies in increasing the religious awareness of adolescents in Hutana Godang Village, West Pasaman Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while the type of research used is qualitative research. The research time was carried out on September 23 to October 23, 2024 in Hutana Godang Village, West Pasaman Regency. The data sources in this study are the chairman of the youth mosque and the youth mosque Al-Huda Hutana Godang. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation in this study uses source triangulation, in which researchers compare data or information obtained in the field and then re-correct data or information that has been collected from various sources related to the role of the study of al-huda mosque teenagers in increasing teenagers' religious awareness. The results showed that the role of the al-huda mosque youth study in increasing the religious awareness of adolescents in Hutana Godang Village, West Pasaman Regency was quite good in its implementation as seen from several al-huda mosque youth programs, namely routine recitation, studies that are held regularly provide opportunities for adolescents to explore Islamic teachings, both in terms of creed, Second, social religious activities such as helping the community in religious events, working together to clean the mosque, and social services, Third, celebrating Islamic holidays such as maulid nabi and isra' mi'raj, the involvement of mosque youth in this commemoration has a positive impact on developing their organizational skills and responsibilities. The participation of mosque teenagers in increasing the religious awareness of teenagers shows that although many are active in social activities, there are still a number of teenagers who do not participate in religious studies. The role of mosque youth studies in increasing adolescents' religious awareness is as a means to form good character by learning about the importance of worship, good morals, and concern for others, adolescents can understand their responsibilities as religious individuals.

Abstract

This article focuses on development plans through education and local wisdom in the Mandeh Tourism Area, South Pesisir Regency, Indonesia. The research methods used in this study were desk study, participatory qualitative method through focus group discussions (FGD), and direct observation at the research site. The results of this study describe several points, namely: an analysis of the empowerment and local wisdom of the Mandeh Nagari community, and an analysis of the development potential of the Mandeh Tourism Area. The recommendation from this study is that education and empowerment of local wisdom are very strategic in encouraging the growth and sustainability of the Mandeh area as a leading tourist destination that provides greater benefits in terms of culture and economic perspective and must involve the active participation of the community, the private sector, the central government, the regional government, and the Nagari government.
