Abstract

Digital health interventions hold promise for patient-centered care, as they enable remote monitoring of patients and can be used to easily remind patients to take their medications. This study used a literature review technique with research collecting 30 research publications related to the use, opportunities and challenges of digital health in the treatment of tuberculosis. The literature review technique aims to evaluate and analyze previous research to provide context, show gaps in research, and support arguments for the research to be conducted. Several conclusions from this literature review research include: (1) Digital health has a significant role as an intervention in the management of tuberculosis patients. (2) Digital health offers great opportunities to improve the management and treatment of tuberculosis patients. The opportunity for digital health as an intervention for tuberculosis patients is very promising and can have a significant impact on various aspects of managing this disease. (3) Although digital health offers many opportunities for managing tuberculosis, there are also various challenges that must be faced in its implementation, including: challenges of technology access, patient compliance and engagement, data security and privacy, integration with traditional health systems, costs and funding, quality content and information as well as cultural and language barriers.

Abstract

Background The family plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and well-being of its members. One of its essential functions is health care, including disease prevention, caregiving, and health-related decision-making. This function becomes particularly important during times of crisis or illness. Family resilience refers to the ability of a family to adapt, recover, and grow stronger in the face of adversity. A strong health care function within the family may contribute positively to building this resilience. However, the direct relationship between family health care function and family resilience remains underexplored, especially in the Indonesian context. Understanding this relationship is important for developing family-based interventions to promote health and resilience. Therefore, this study aims to examine the correlation between family health care function and family resilience. Objectives This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of family health care functions and family reliability. Methods The design of this study is a correlation study with the type of analytical correlation research through a cross sectional study approach Results The results of the bivariate analysis can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between health care function and family resilience in respondents (p = 0.001). The results of the multivariate analysis can be concluded that respondents who have a high income have a 15,897 times chance of having good family reliability compared to those who have a low income. Conclusion The family needs to improve the function of family health care where the family must recognize health problems experienced by family members.

Abstract

Aging is a life process characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to the environment. As humans age, there will be a degenerative aging process that will have an impact on changes in humans not only physically but also cognitively. Decreased physical and cognitive function gives rise to several diseases in the elderly that are not contagious. Problems that are often experienced by the elderly are often associated with the aging process, one of which is cognitive function. Which is marked by obstacles in carrying out daily tasks. Method: The research method used a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study was elderly from 60 – 85 years old, using a simple random sampling technique. Results using the mann whitney test showed a probability value of p: 0.005 that was smaller than the significant standard of α = 0.05. H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between cognitive disorders and physical activity of the elderly with non-communicable diseases to the risk of falling in the elderly.

Abstract

Burns are still a very serious concern so they require immediate treatment. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenological design. Participants in this study amounted to 10 people. The selection of informants for this study used the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out through in-depth interview methods, and observation or observation. In-depth interviews use semi-structured questions. The interview is equipped with field notes that serve to identify non-verbal responses and situations during the interview process with informants. The results of this study obtained two themes, namely public knowledge about burns with sub-categories, and knowledge and first treatment of burns. Public knowledge about burns is still general. Society defines burns as injuries caused by fire, hot water, electrical short circuits and skin blisters. The handling of burns carried out by the community is using traditional methods obtained from their respective experiences. The first treatment carried out by the community was by giving toothpaste, honey, aloe vera (aloe vera), and running water

Abstract

ABSTRACT.Introduction: The Integrated Nursing Intervention Model was applied to adolescent children at SMA 6 Semarang to prevent bullying. Bullying behavior is a severe problem, and its impact on adolescents, families and schools. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of implementing an integrated nursing intervention model to improve adolescents' developmental abilities and self-identity, improve self-concept, increase self-acceptance and ability to manage emotions. Interventions are carried out to build emotional closeness, such as building effective communication in managing emotions to reduce aggressive behavior. Method: This study used an operational research design with three stages: stage I problem identification, stage II model and module development, stage III trial of the integrated nursing intervention model to prevent bullying behavior using a quantitative quasi- experimental research study pre-postest with control group design, the research subjects were adolescents aged 13-15 years. The sample totaled 124 adolescents. The focus of this nursing intervention model is promotive and preventive bullying behavior.  Results: The results of applying the integrated nursing intervention model effectively improve the ability to develop adolescents' self-identity, self-concept, and self-acceptance after receiving integrated nursing interventions. In contrast, those who do not receive interventions do not significantly improve. The integrated nursing intervention model is a form of nursing service intervention in the community by adjusting adolescent growth and development stages.  Conclusions: This study provides input to the government to optimize the synergy between ministries in implementing the bullying behavior prevention intervention model as an alternative to promotive and preventive efforts for bullying problems adequately and appropriately
