Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pendekatan Multikultural yang diimplementasikan di Perguruan Muhammadiyah. Masalah yang harus dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi Pendekatan Multikultural di Perguruan Muhammadiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi tinjauan literatur. Data diperoleh melalui pencarian di Google Scholar dan sumber data berasal dari beberapa artikel dari jurnal-jurnal nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan artikel-artikel di Google Scholar yang terkait dengan pendidikan Islam multikultural dari perspektif Muhammadiyah, penulis meninjau 5 artikel dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan acak. Kemudian penulis melakukan analisis konten untuk mendapatkan isi artikel-artikel yang terkait dengan pendidikan Islam multikultural dari perspektif Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan, perguruan Muhammadiyah terlihat berusaha keras untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif, menghormati perbedaan, dan mencegah radikalisme dengan pendekatan multikultural. Namun, tantangan terus ada dalam bentuk pemahaman yang berbeda-beda dan ketidaksetujuan terhadap konsep multikulturalisme.

Abstract

This research examines psychology as an approach to Islamic studies, especially Islamic education. In fact, psychology and Islamic education have the same concepts and goals in looking at various problems in life, so that Islamic studies require psychological approaches, so that they can be more focused and clearer. This research is a library research, namely research sourced from library materials using a qualitative approach.Therefore, the method used in this research is an exploration of a number of data, both primary data and secondary data with the following concrete steps: reading and examining in depth primary data such as books which are the result of research, theses or dissertations related to psychology and Islamic education. Therefore, psychology as an approach can produce findings that are appropriate to the context.In Islamic studies, especially Islamic education, it can be access to other sciences to be used as a measuring tool in looking at various problems in society. This is what then led to the mixing of discussion and research in psychology and Islamic education, because by combining these two disciplines, Islamic educational psychology was born.

Abstract

Artikel ini melakukan analisis framing terhadap dua media online terkemuka di Indonesia, yaitu Tempo dan CNN, terkait pemberitaan dugaan Pondok Pesantren Al Zaytun menganut aliran sesat. Framing adalah proses pemilihan dan penekanan atas aspek-aspek tertentu dalam sebuah berita, yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan pemahaman publik terhadap suatu isu. Melalui analisis framing, artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kedua media tersebut membingkai berita tersebut, termasuk pemilihan kata, narasi, dan pemilihan sumber berita yang mempengaruhi pembentukan opini publik dan kaitannya dengan komunikasi islam di era digital 4,0

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers play a vital role in shaping students' character, ensuring they can control technology's negative influences and use it positively. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by PAI teachers in the Society 5.0 era and evaluate the strengthening of their competencies through the PAI Subject Teachers' Deliberation (MGMP) in Kutai Kartanegara, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) integration. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with goal-setting theory guiding the intervention in a teacher training program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, participatory observation, and analysis of teaching materials produced during the training. The intervention involved AI-based applications like Google Docs' AI writing assistant for lesson planning and AI-driven tools for evaluating student performance. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns and themes regarding the challenges and opportunities in strengthening teacher competencies. The results showed that AI training improved the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching materials, marked by more interactive content, shorter preparation times, and better alignment with student needs. Additionally, there was a significant increase in student engagement during lessons, highlighting the success of AI technology in enhancing the learning process.

Abstract

Komunikasi berperan penting dalam aspek kehidupan, baik dalam menciptakan interaksi sosial juga interaksi interpersonal. Salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial adalah berdakwah. Sebagaimana Islam mengharuskan pengikutnya untuk menyebarkan (mendakwahkan) ajaran Islam. Dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah tentunya diperlukan komunikasi yang baik agar pesan dakwah yang ingin disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik pula oleh khalyak. Dalam analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang hasilnya dijabarkan dalam bentuk deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan khususnya, tiga strategi sentimen, nalar, dan akal sehat. Taktik lainnya termasuk berinovasi, menggunakan strategi multikultural, dan memanfaatkan pendekatan yang berfokus pada generasi milenial

Abstract

Technological advancement and modernity have a great positive impact for nowadays human life in one hand. But, it might bring some negative dimensions in the other hand. This paper aims at exploring some consequences of modernity, by its technological advancement, to a contemporary human religiosity. Using theological approach and descriptive model of writing scientific papers, this article traces humans’ trend religious behavior by describing a condition of modernization and its relation to some religious and cultural practices. This article finds that people in modern society more have great satisfaction with the use of technological advancement then the use of religious norms. This condicion often makes negative impact of modernization like dehumanization and moral degradation. The findings reveal that religion should becomes primary control of democratization from its normative essence. Spiritual dimension and ethics which are written in Islam and other religions definitely might give optimism in facing disruptive modernization era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between Islam and local culture, particularly the Baayun Maulid tradition in Banua Halat Village, Tapin Utara District, Tapin Rantau Regency and the Kerobok Maulid Kutai tradition in Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. It is qualitative research that employs a phenomenological approach. Tenggarong Community and Banua Halat Village Community were the study participants. This study's findings show that (1) The Kerobok Mawlid tradition is carried out in the month of Mawlid, which is intended to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW by reciting the barzanji. The Kerobok Mawlid tradition is carried out as a traditional ceremony of the Kutai Kingdom, which is marked by the presence of the sultanate's soldiers, who carry stretchers containing various kinds of traditional cakes, dozens of baskets of sinto or potpourri, and Astagona, walking around the palace. Furthermore, the Baayun Maulid tradition in Tapin Rantau Regency is also carried out in the month of Maulid to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This tradition is combined with the Maayun Anak tradition, the Banjar community custom of swinging children. (2) The relationship between Islam and the culture of Kerobok Maulid and Baayun Maulid is part of the manifestation of the existence of Islam in a culture. The reading of Sholawat and the Maulid as a form of Islamic identity in the Kutai and Banjar communities combined with customs shows the relationship between Islam and culture, which are inherently one unit and have harmony within them.

Abstract

Penyebaran Informasi Komunikasi Islam di media online mengacu pada proses dan praktik menyebarkan informasi, pengetahuan, dan nilai-nilai Islam melalui platform digital dan internet. Media online yang dimaksud di sini termasuk website, blog, forum, media sosial, aplikasi, dan platform streaming video. Tujuan dari penyebaran informasi komunikasi Islam di media online adalah untuk memberikan akses yang lebih mudah dan luas kepada umat Islam dan masyarakat luas dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan wawasan tentang ajaran Islam. Media online juga memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berinteraksi, berbagi pengalaman, dan berdiskusi tentang isu-isu keagamaan melalui komentar dan fitur-fitur kolaboratif lainnya. Di media online, informasi komunikasi Islam dapat berupa berbagai format seperti tulisan, audio, video, gambar, dan presentasi multimedia. Konten yang disebarkan mencakup topik-topik seperti tafsir Al-Qu’ran, hadis, sejarah Islam, fiqh, tazkiyah, syariat, dakwah, hikmah, kisah-kisah Islami, dan berita terkait agama. Penyebaran Islam di media online juga memberikan ruang bagi tokoh agama, ulama, cendekiawan muslim, dan pemikir Islam untuk berbagi pemikiran, pengajaran, khutbah, dan ceramah melalui kanal mereka sendiri. Selain itu, ada juga lembaga-lembaga pendidikan agama yang menyediakan bahan pelajaran, kursus, materi belajar, dan forum diskusi online. Dissemination of Islamic Communication Information in online media refers to the process and practice of disseminating Islamic information, knowledge, and values through digital platforms and the internet. The online media referred to here include websites, blogs, forums, social media, apps, and video streaming platforms. The purpose of disseminating Islamic communication information on online media is to provide easier and wider access to Muslims and the wider community in gaining knowledge, understanding, and insight into Islamic teachings. Online media also allows people to interact, share experiences and discuss religious issues through comments and other collaborative features. In online media, Islamic communication information can be in various formats such as writing, audio, video, images, and multimedia presentations. The content disseminated covers topics such as tafsir of the Qur'ran, hadith, Islamic history, fiqh, tazkiyah, sharia, da'wah, hikmah, Islamic stories, and religion-related news. The spread of Islam in online media also provides space for religious leaders, scholars, Muslim scholars, and Islamic thinkers to share their thoughts, teachings, sermons, and lectures through their own channels. In addition, there are also religious education institutions that provide study materials, courses, learning materials, and online discussion forums.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the results of Islamic Religious Education research and explore and analyze the results of this research using an ecological approach. This research uses library research. Literature studies are obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers, and related publications. The data analysis paradigm in this research includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings in this research are that Islamic religious education is comprehensive and can be integrated with various other scientific disciplines, including the discipline of ecology. The birth of a new concept in an interdisciplinary form between Islamic education and ecology. The object of study of this new concept boils down to ecological conservation, accompanied by Islamic educational values ​​such as repair, maintenance, and preservation of the environment for all living things. The implication is that data sources are limited to online scientific literature. The researcher then uses offline literature to strengthen and enrich ideas of online scientific literature so that the results of the analysis of the results of Islamic education research using an ecological approach can be relied on. The originality/value of the research provides an overview of the Analysis of Islamic Education Research Results with an Ecological Approach which ended in the presence of a new scientific discipline called the ecology of Islamic education. Abstract

The global world is facing environmental and coastal ecosystem degradation, including Indonesia, a region largely comprised of marine and coastal areas that relies heavily on marine ecosystems. This study aims to examine the role of Muslim women in household waste management in coastal areas, framed by Islamic principles of environmental management. Using a mixed method approach, incorporating both Islamic and environmental approaches, data were collected through surveys, interviews, documentation and observation. Interviewees included academics, religious scholars, environmental agencies, the Office of Religious Affairs, and coastal communities. The documents analyzed included legal regulations, articles, and books related to the content of the articles. The study found that Muslim women, as primary educators in their households, play a crucial role in fostering environmental awareness and promoting sustainable waste management practices. Involvement in religious study groups enhances their knowledge and attitudes toward environmental preservation. Islamic teachings emphasizing cleanliness and the obligation to protect the environment serve as fundamental motivations for adopting and promoting environmentally responsible behavior. These collective efforts contribute to the preservation of coastal ecosystems and the advancement of sustainable development goals. Furthermore, effective waste management aligns with Islamic values, positioning it as both a practical environmental initiative and a form of worship.
