Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the capacity of GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) in delivering feedback to students. The research methodology employed was bibliographic research, involving the gathering of data from various sources such as books, articles, and academic documents. The findings uncover various crucial prospects for employing GPT in providing feedback to students. Firstly, GPT has the ability to automate the generation of feedback, providing consistent and immediate responses. Additionally, it facilitates personalised learning by customising feedback to meet the specific needs of each student, enabling multiple instances of personalised learning reinforcement. In addition, GPT offers language assistance, aiding students in overcoming linguistic obstacles. It improves the process of creating content by aiding in the development of educational materials and assignments. Another notable benefit is its round-the-clock availability, guaranteeing that students can receive feedback at any hour, thereby enhancing their learning experience. Finally, GPT can be incorporated into cutting-edge educational applications, promoting a more interactive and captivating learning environment. In summary, GPT's ability to produce automated, tailored, and easily accessible feedback demonstrates its potential to greatly enhance educational methods and student achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate how principals can enhance the quality of education at SDIT Future Islamic School Pekanbaru via strategic planning. This study employs a qualitative approach to elucidate the behaviors of informants in the context of educational planning aimed at enhancing the quality of education. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and observations. This study recommends obtaining data from the principal, vice principal, and teachers as the primary sources. The search commenced with snowball sampling initiated by the principal, subsequently followed by the teacher responsible for instructing the students. Secondary data sources were derived from field-collected information, including notes and documents pertinent to the study; this phenomenon is referred to as data saturation, indicating that the data exhibits uniformity. The data collection process, specifically reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, was conducted concurrently with data analysis in this study. The study's findings reveal that the principal employs several strategies to enhance educational quality at SDIT Future Islamic School, including: (1) Establishing a clear and measurable Vision, Mission, and Objectives, (2) Developing a curriculum aligned with Islamic educational principles encompassing academic, religious, and character dimensions, (3) Training and Developing Educators, (4) Enhancing facilities and infrastructure, (5) Implementing Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation, (6) Fostering Partnerships with Parents and the Community, and (7) Advancing Academic and Non-Academic Achievements.

Abstract

Many higher education institutions struggle to translate well-articulated institutional goals into concrete, measurable outcomes due to misalignment between leadership practices, organizational culture, and performance management systems. strategic plans remain normative rather than operational, limiting the institution’s ability to demonstrate accountable and sustainable performance improvement. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in transforming institutional goals into measurable outcomes at STAI Al-Kifayah Riau. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research explores how transformational and visionary leadership styles contribute to institutional performance within the context of Islamic higher education. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that leadership at STAI Al-Kifayah Riau plays a vital role in aligning the institution’s vision and mission with its operational goals through three main dimensions: visionary leadership, participatory collaboration, and a culture of performance accountability grounded in Islamic values. This leadership approach not only enhances academic quality and managerial effectiveness but also fosters moral commitment and spiritual integrity among academic staff. The study implies that Islamic transformational leadership can serve as a strategic model for Islamic higher education institutions to achieve sustainable and accountable development while maintaining spiritual and ethical values in educational management.
