Abstract

This research held in PT. Delta Internusa Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job characteristics to employees’ commitment. Population are all employees, consist of 53 people among all division. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and job characteristics significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to employees’ commitment. Among both independent variables, employee’s commitment is more dominant effected by job satisfaction rather than job characteristics. It is recommended to company determine a transparant indicator of career development, creating a comfort work-space and conducting a consistant employee development program. It is also recommended to hold temporary job rotation among all employees on to other division.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Characteristic and Employee’s Commitment

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation

Abstract

This research held in PT. Dimensi Barumas Perdana Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of training and organization culture to employees’ work behaviour. Population are all employees, consist of 69 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents.Variables used are training and organization culture as independent dan employees’ work behaviour as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that simultenously both organization culture and leadership significantly influence employees’ work behaviour. However, partially, only training gives significant effect to employees’ work behavior, while organization culture though positively but gives no significant effect to employees’ work behavior. Employee’s work behavior is quite effected by the effectivity of training and the implementation of organization culture as up to thirty six percent of employees’ work behavior is determined by the variation of training and organization culture. It is recommended to company to conduct training pre-analysis before setting the training agenda up, socializing organization culture values in every daily briefing and implementing a reward and punishment program that may encourage more positive work behavior.Keywords: Training, Organization Culture and Work Behavior

Abstract

satisfaction of job and organizational culture to turnover intention employees At Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. This Research Obyek is employees at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. As for becoming population in this research HotelMutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru which is amount 130 people. While method intake of sample conducted by using formula of Slovin so that the amount of sample obtained by counted 98 people. In analyse data to data which have been got, writer use method equation of doubled linear regression, by using program of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). From result of examination which have been conducted, test of regression by simultan (uji-F) and by parsial (uji-T) indicated that correctness of commitment organizational, satisfaction ofwork, and organization culture have an effect on to intention turnover at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru, organizational commitment have an effect on to intention turnover at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru, satisfaction of work have an effect on to intention turnover at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru,cultural of organization have an effect on to intention turnover at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: Commitment, Satisfaction, Culture, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Compensation and Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance Century 21 Aurora Pro3 Pekanbaru. The population in this study all employees totaling 42. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of data analysis known that the Compensation and the quality of work life simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of effect an independent variable is 33.5%. Based on descriptive analysis known to the employee's performance was still low, especially on indicators that responsibility by employees responsible leadership in all duty although it has been described in detail. Employees advised to further increase the responsibility to work in order to achieve maximum results. For example, by completing all the work that falls responsible in the company as well and not delay the work. Thus the performance of employees expected to increase. Managers advised to be more intense in providing clear information related to career development in the company, and can keep marketing achievements that often exceeds the target.Keyword : Compensation, Quality Work and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Meta Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work experience and job placement on organizational commitment. The study population was 75 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the competencies, work experience and job placement as independent variables and organizational commitment as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21.The results of this study concluded that the variable competence, work experience, and job placement positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In terms of competence, the company should improve the competence of employees through technical training related to the field of the employee's duties. Work experience can be enhanced by the company's employees through the implementation of tasks in accordance with the ability of employees so that employees will increasingly gain work experience. In the variable job placement for the implementation is effective and appropriate, where the company should have to look at the educational background, skills suitability, suitability of the attitude of the employees. Regarding the commitment needs to be improved is the attention of the employees of the various problems faced by the company, so that organizational goals can be achieved.Keyword: Competence, Work Experience, Job Placement, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the influences of Leadership And Motivation simultaneous and partially to Employee Morale Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. And also to find out how Leadership Influence indirectly through Morale Motivation on the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were employees Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau, amounting to 261 people, with a total sample of 72 respondents. The sampling method used is proportionate startifield random sampling, sampling of members of the population at random and stratified proportional. Tests of data quality using Validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the testing that has been done, stating that the former leadership and motivation simultaneously and contribute significantly to the morale. The second leadership and motivation partial influences on morale. And the third indirect influences of leadership on morale through motivation So from this study in the spirit of the variables that must be improved is to give a sense of satisfaction to the employees, the leadership variables that must be improved is the leader must be more active in assessing the work of their employees, and the motivation variable that should be improved is to give encouragement or spirit to its employees in job.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, and Morale.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru with the aim to know the influence of variables Influence Quality of Work Life And Organizational Commitment To Employee Performance in PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 75 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variable Quality of Work Life And Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) indicates that the variable Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,646 or equal to 64,6% which mean, variable of Quality of Work Life And Commitment of Organization together influence to Employee Performance, while the rest 35,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : Quality of life, Commitment and Employees performance

Abstract

Research held in Badan Kepegawaian Negara Kantor Regional XII Pekanbaru. The ai of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership and competency to organizational effectiveness. Samples consist of whole 52 employees of BKN Kantor Regional XII. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression with SPSS 17 for windows. The study reveals that both leadership or competency partially and simultaneously influenced significantly to organizational effectiveness. Leadership is proven affecting organizational effectiveness stronger than competency. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by guaranting the process of an effective leadership. Employees’ competency is also need to be enhanced by conducting job rotation, training and providing a competence-based incentives.Keywords: Leadership, Competency and Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Syafira Pekanbaru located on Jalan Sudirman, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, non-physical work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The study population was 87 and the model used is a model census. Research variables used are leadership and non-physical work environment as an independent variable, turnover intention and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. This research method using path analysis supported by SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study show that leadership influence positively and significantly to job satisfaction, work environment non-physical positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, leadership a significant negative effect on turnover intention, workplace non-physical negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction effect negative and significant impact on turnover intention and also the leadership of no effect through job satisfaction on turnover intention. Because each individual proven leadership variable, non-physical work environment and satisfaction significantly influence turnover intention, it is recommended that the hospital management more attention to the level of leadership and job satisfaction of nurses.Keyword: Leadership, Traning, Non-physical Work Environment, Job , Turnover Intention, Job Satisfacition
