Abstract

This study was conducted at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru which is located 6.5 Km Jl. Soekarno Hatta Riau - Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on OCB nurse-patient at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru, To determine the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurse-patient at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru and To determine the effect of transformational leadership and commitment OCB on organizational nurse on hospital inpatient Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. the study population was 55 nurses on hospital inpatient Eka Hospital Pekanbaru with accidental sampling models. Variable research is transformational leadership and organizational commitment as an independent variable and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on OCB inpatient nurse at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Where is the most dominant factor affecting the OCB is a factor of transformational leadership. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows independent variables studied are variable transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the dependent variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurse.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and OCB

Abstract

The research conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri with the purpose to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and work stress by simultant and partial on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Population and sample in this research it is a 60 employee of all employee the operational part in PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Data collection methods used through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive, as it also used quantitative analysis, specifically using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 18.0. Of the research and data processing has been done. Simultan regression test (F Test) show the work environment and work stress has a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. The result of partial test (t Test) show that work environment partially has a significant impact on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Of the research conducted it is suggested to the company to pay more attention the work environment and work stress of employees, especially employee of part servce and sales so that make employees more passion in their work so that the work of employees in company even become more optimal.Keywords : work environment, work stres and morale

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job placement PT. Bias Nusatama on employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderating variable in Warehouse Duri 125. This study used 70 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression test, and the last test path analysis or path analysis.From the results of testing that has been done, no direct relationship to the leadership variable variable variable performance through job satisfaction on employee PT. Bias Nusatama is greater than the result of a direct relationship leadership variable to variable performance. Indirect relationship to the employment variable variable variable performance through job satisfaction on employee PT. Bias Nusatama is smaller than the result of a direct relationship to the employment variable performance variables.Variable leadership, job placement, employee performance and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Nusatama bias is low can be enhanced with innovations and new techniques in working in the field that can accelerate the process of completion of work by employees, other than the party leader should give the employees an equal opportunity to advance by the company, and in the placement of employees is in accordance with the educational background and work experience which is owned by the employee and provide appropriate salaries to employees. So that the performance of the employee of PT. Bias Nusatama in Warehouse Duri 125 can be increased.Keywords: Leadership, Employment, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru in order to know how leadership and incentive can affect simultaneous and partially to employee’s working spirit at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance branch Pekanbaru and also to find out how leadership can indirectly influence employee’s working spirit through incentive given at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all the employees at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru, with 46 respondents for the sample. The sampling method used is census and the testing method of data quality using validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 20. The final test results, stating that the former leadership and incentive contribute simultaneously and significantly to the working spirit of employee. Leadership and incentive affect partially on employee’s working spirit. Leadership affect indirectly in employee’s working spirit through incentive. From this research, we can see that employee’s spirit as variables must be improved to give satisfaction for the employees. When talking about leadership as variables, leader must pay more attention for the employees, and the last, in incentive variables, giving incentive would be better if depends on working quality and quantity of the employees.Keywords: Working Spirit, Leadership, Incentive

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar. The purpose of this study is to obtain valid and reliable information about the Effect Compensation, Work discipline and education and training and its impact on the productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar. Population of 42 people, obtained by using simple random sampling method. The entire population sampled that all employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar which in aggregate is 194 people. The results showed that a) There is the effect of compensation on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar, b) There is the influence of labor discipline on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar, c) There is the influence of education and training on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar, d) There is the effect of compensation, discipline, and education and training work simultaneously on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Kencana II-Kampar. In the end, the author gives some suggestions as follows: a) The leader of the company to always pay attention to employee absenteeism, improve the delivery of training, conduct periodic motivation, and attention to the rules that apply and provide wider opportunities for the promotion of the employees in order to further enhance employee discipline . b) curriculum in training or education and training should be noted again, because certain employees do not understand the relevance of the curriculum and presented in the training company. Abstract

In the face of stiff competition in the world education, SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan strive to improve the quality of school, including by improved performance of teachers with pay attention to the factors of leadership and professionalism. Being a teacher without good leadership and professionalism will make teacher performance is reduced and planning or target is not reached.Sampling in this study conducted a census in which all members of the population sampled then obtained 49 samples. Research done by giving questionnaires to be filled up to all the teachers at SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan, then the results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively as well as partial and simultaneous (multiple regression analysis with SPSS).The analysis showed that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables of leadership and professionalism of the teacher’s performance in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan either partially or simultaneously. The most dominant variable in affecting the teacher’s performance is professionalism. Of the conclusions that have been obtained, the researchers gave some suggestion in this research that teachers are expected to keep increasing the motivation and skills to advance education, always develop insight expertise and knowledge through a variety of media education. In addition, the principal of SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan to be more assertive in the discipline or teachers.Keywords: Performance of Teachers, Leadership, Professionalism.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri in order to determine and analyze the effect of supervision, compensation and promotion simultaneously and partially on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (SIM) Pekanbaru. The population is all employees in 2014, which amounted to 60 people. As for taking samples author used census method. The analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the supervision, promotion, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, supervision, promotion, partially positive and compensation have a partially positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (SIM) Pekanbaru. The suggestion of this research is the company should be able to increase the job satisfaction of employees by increasing employee appreciation to colleagues who support employees in improving their work. Companies should give more attention to provide high motivation, to improve communication by implementing a working system group (team), to provides severe sanctions against employees who do the very fatal violance and to promote employees who excel the higher grade. The company needs to improve its supervision of employees, and must be done directly and timely, also company need to provide timely compensation.Keywords: Monitoring, promotion, compensation, and job satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted in the are of staffing (BKD) Riau Province Jl. Cut Nyak Dien Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of career development, organizational climate and self efficacy against partially employee job satisfaction and simultaneous on the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province as well to find out which variables are the most significant influence on job satisfaction employees on Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. The population of the research was 69 employees at the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province with model census sampling. Variable used is the research career development, organizational climate and self eficacy as independent variable and job satisfaction of employees as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis was aided by 20 SPPS of windows. The results of this study concluded that variables career development, organizational climate and self partially and simultaneous efficacy have significant influence towards job satisfaction employees of Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. Where is the most dominant factors influencing job satisfaction factor is climate of the organization. The research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (test f) shows the free variable examined is variables examined is variable for career development, organizational climate and self eficacy have significant influence towards the dependent variable employee job satisfaction.Keywords : career development, organizational Climate and Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of Incentive and Communication on Motivation and Work Peformance PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru 102 employees. While the sampling technique is done by census method. Data analysis was performed using the path analiysis processed with spss version 18.0. Based on the survey results revealed that there are significant indirect incentives to work achievement through work motivation and there is no direct influence on the Job Performance Communication Working through work motivation. This means that work can strengthen the motivation variable incentive effect and work towards achievement of communication Employee. Companies should consider factors that affect employee performance by increasing employee motivation at work , as well as the incentives and pay attention to the communication that exists among employees so that employee performance can be improved.Keywords : Incentive, Communication, Motivation and Work Peformance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam KabupatenSiak. The samples in this study were as many as 33 employees Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak and entirely sampled so this is a research study census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous competence and leadership to employee performance in Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Based on the results of the study showed that the competence variable (X1) partially affect the performance, leadership variable (X2) partially no effect on performance and competence variables (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The suggestion is to employees in order to increase its competence in a way more confidence and always implement systematic steps to solve a problem that occurs on the job. And are expected to maintain an attitude of leadership that leadership in a way more attention to his subordinates and show friendly attitude that strengthen social relationships between leaders and subordinates. Also expected leaders to constantly improve performance employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak by supporting subordinates in improving the quality of work.Keywords : Competence, Leadership, Performance.
