Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to performance through discipline employees working at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk Pekanbaru. This study using 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression test, and the last test path analysis or path analysis.From the results of testing that has been done, the effect obtained directly between job satisfaction variables affect the performance by 0.184, which means 18.4% of the variable performance is influenced by variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment to employee performance effect of 0.192 which means that 19.2% of employee performance influenced by organizational commitment. For the variable of job satisfaction on work discipline effect of 0.404, which means 40.4% of employee performance is affected by organizational commitment. For the indirect effect is the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through the discipline of work to get the 0.192. The influence of organizational commitment to performance through the discipline of work to get the results for 0.201, which means an indirect influence between organizational commitment to performance through disciplined work affects 20.1%.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Discipline of Work and Employee Performance

Abstract

Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapiapi District Rokan Hilir Hospital located at Jl. Pahlawan, No.131 Bagan Siapi-Api sub district Bangko is an organization engaged of health care. The process of development in the hospital as an organization health care advanced rapidly. Therefore, ones of the factors that must be considered of the hospital development were the human resource. The highly pressure of work as a nurse due to working conditions which are in pressure can affect the work motivation of nurses. In addition, the external and internal factors such as burnout, workload and work conflict perceived nurses also can affect the work motivation of nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of burnout, workload and work conflict toward nurses work motivation of Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapi-Api District Rokan Hilir Hospital by simultaneously and partially. The collecting data used questionnaires, amounting to 5 items for work motivation variable, 5 items for burnout variable, 4 item for workload variable and 4 items for work conflict variable which distributed into 113 nurses of Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapi-Api District Rokan Hilir Hospital and the data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that; 1) Burnout, workload and work conflict affected nurses work motivation simultaneously. 2) Burnout affected nurses work motivation partially. 3) Workload doesn’t affected nurses work motivation partially. 4) Work conflict affected nurses work motivation partially.Keywords: Work motivation, Burnout, Workload, Work conflict

Abstract

This research conducted to analyze The Influence of Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Nurse Organizational Commitment (Study at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.) There are independent variables in this research such as Transformasional Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) and Nurse Organizational Commitment (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were nurse at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru and total sample were 108 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially had effects with Nurse Organizational Commitment at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.. Organization Culture were dominant factor towards Nurse Organizational Commitment. The expectation of this research is Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru should improve Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among nurse in order to improve Nurse Organizational Commitment.Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Nurse Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru with the aim to explain the variable training program, employee development and organizational culture in simultaneous and parcial to employee competency at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru.This research used pimary data namely data were obtained from interviews and administration of the questionnaire to all employees at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru. Secondary data relating to the object and organizational structure. Population in this research were all employees totaling 40 people and sampled. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression.Of the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that training program, employee development and organizational culture variables simultaneously significant effect on employe competency. Of the partial test (uji-t) result indicate that the variables of training program, employee development and organizaional culture are partially significant efect on employee competency. Results of caculation coefficient of determination is equal to 0,610 which mean, training program, employee development variables and organizational culture jointly influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : Training, employee, development, organizational culture, and competency

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Main tekologi Jakarta Pekanbaru. The subjects were all employees in the PT. Jakarta Pekanbaru Main Technology in 2014, amounting to 47 people. Using census sampling method and the data obtained is processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression) using SPSS 16 for Windows. Partial test results indicate that the work environment have a significant effect on performance; motivation significant effect on performance; and competence have a significant effect on performance. Results of environmental testing work, motivation, and competence simultaneously show the effect on the performance of 85.80% and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors. The author suggests for the leadership of the company to further improve the working environment and pay attention, motivation and competence as significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, Competence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of Incentive and Communication on Motivation and Work Peformance PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru 102 employees. While the sampling technique is done by census method. Data analysis was performed using the path analiysis processed with spss version 18.0. Based on the survey results revealed that there are significant indirect incentives to work achievement through work motivation and there is no direct influence on the Job Performance Communication Working through work motivation. This means that work can strengthen the motivation variable incentive effect and work towards achievement of communication Employee. Companies should consider factors that affect employee performance by increasing employee motivation at work , as well as the incentives and pay attention to the communication that exists among employees so that employee performance can be improved.Keywords : Incentive, Communication, Motivation and Work Peformance

Abstract

The research was conducted at Inspectorate Bengkalis in order to determine how Influence Ability, Motivation, and Career Development simultaneously or partially on the Performance Auditor Bengkalis Inspectorate. The variables in this study are: Ability, Motivation and career development of the Performance Auditor Bengkalis Inspectorate. While the population in this study is Bengkalis Inspectorate Auditor, Auditor's Inspectorate Bengkalis totaling 29 people, and the whole Auditors sampled. Method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 21. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Ability, Motivation and Career Development) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Ability, Motivation and Career Development) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). From the results of this research can be pursued to increase performance by increasing the ability, motivation, and apply the proper career development as one of the maintenance effort of human resources within the organizationKeywords: Performance, Ability, Motivation, and Career Development

Abstract

A waste bank is a place where waste is collected and reprocessed with the principle of usefulness (efficiency). In the waste bank the source is household waste and similar household waste. Based on the national waste phenomenon, waste becomes an important problem because waste is an environmental problem and has an impact on health. In this research, the waste problem is seen from a densely populated environment where there is no waste processing site. Basically, waste can be useful if processed properly. The aim of this research is the aim of this service program as a form of environmental care movement by innovating the establishment of a waste bank at the RT 09 RW 03 level as well as solving waste problems in the RT 09 RW 03 environment. The research method used is Community based participatory action is part of Participatory action research. The results of this research are the formation of an Ikhlas Waste Bank in the Putri Tujuh II residential community RT 09 RW 03 West Sidomulyo District as well as an understanding of effective and efficient waste processing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Seberida. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh guru PNS SMK Negeri 1 Seberida dijadikan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah 46 guru PNS termasuk kepala sekolah. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja guru. Setelah dilakukan uji simultan dapat dibuktikan semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, semakin tinggi kedisiplinan guru dan tinggi tingkat pemberian motivasi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru.
