Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan perusahaan Pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Hasil pengujian dengan SPSS menunjukan bahwa variabel X Keputusan Pendanaan (DER) terhadap variabel Y Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) diperoleh t hitung = 1,434 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,225, dimana tingkat signifikannya lebih tinggi dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti variabel X (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y (PBV). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara DER terhadap PBV pada Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak.

Abstract

Kidney failure is a growing public health problem, including among adolescents, largely influenced by unhealthy lifestyles and poor dietary habits. Early prevention through health education is essential to reduce the risk of kidney disease in the future. This community service program aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge and awareness regarding healthy lifestyles and balanced dietary patterns for the prevention of kidney failure. The program was implemented at SMA Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar PK Kartasura and targeted senior high school students using an Active Learning approach, including group discussions, simulations, role play, interactive quizzes, and case studies. The activities began with early health screening, such as blood pressure measurement, body mass index assessment, and random blood glucose testing, followed by interactive health education sessions. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure changes in students’ knowledge levels. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in knowledge, with the proportion of students categorized as having good knowledge increasing from 18.82% in the pre-test to 91.76% in the post-test. In addition, students showed high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the program.

Abstract

Purpose – This study explores how principals’ strategic leadership practices foster an innovation culture in vocational education and contribute to school competitiveness, using SMK 14 Samarinda as a case study. Previous studies have discussed strategic leadership and school innovation separately, yet limited research explains how leadership visions are translated into operational practices within vocational school contexts.Methods – This research employed a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with the school principal, supported by document analysis. Thematic analysis following the Miles and Huberman interactive model was applied, involving data reduction, coding, categorization, and conclusion drawing. Credibility was strengthened through source triangulation and member checking. Findings – The findings indicate that strategic leadership at SMK 14 Samarinda promotes an innovation culture through consistent vision communication, data-driven decision-making, collaborative teacher engagement, implementation of project-based learning, and continuous academic supervision. These leadership practices function as micro-mechanisms linking strategic policies with innovative classroom practices, contributing to improved learning quality and strengthening the school’s competitiveness in vocational education. Research Implications – This study provides practical implications for vocational school leaders in implementing data-driven, adaptive, and collaborative strategic leadership to foster sustainable innovation cultures. As this study focuses on a single case school and a limited set of informants, the findings are context-specific and cannot be broadly generalized. Future research should involve comparative multi-school designs and multi-informant data sources to strengthen external validity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah dan kepercayaan digital terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS Syariah pada Generasi Z di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada pesatnya perkembangan sistem pembayaran digital berbasis syariah, khususnya QRIS Syariah, yang menuntut kesiapan generasi muda dari aspek pemahaman keuangan syariah serta tingkat kepercayaan terhadap teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal dan melibatkan 100 responden dari kalangan Generasi Z Muslim di NTB. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, serta regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS Syariah (β = 0,194; p = 0,023 < 0,05). Kepercayaan digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (β = 0,358; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,3% terhadap variasi minat penggunaan QRIS Syariah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman prinsip keuangan syariah serta penguatan kepercayaan terhadap keamanan dan keandalan sistem digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat Generasi Z menggunakan QRIS Syariah.

Abstract

WebGIS (Web Geographic Information System) is a web-based geographic information system that allows users to access, display, and analyze spatial data interactively over the internet. This research aims to design and implement a WebGIS system that presents information on administrative areas, regional potential, and strategic infrastructure in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework as the backend, along with Leaflet.js and GeoJSON for dynamic map visualization. The data used in this system includes district/city boundaries, capital city names, population, area, density, and spatial information related to resource potential and infrastructure facilities. Key features developed include region selection based on district/city name, satellite and road basemap displays, click coordinate determination, distance measurement, and area radius determination. The system also features a search panel, layer controls, and GeoJSON-based data visualization that can be customized to suit the needs of user agencies. Implementation results indicate that this WebGIS system is capable of displaying spatial information effectively, accurately, and interactively, and can be used as a supporting tool in the regional development planning process by agencies such as the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA). The system can also be further developed to include real-time data integration, a user login system, and advanced spatial analysis. Thus, this WebGIS development is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional data management in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

DIGITAL-BASED EDUCATION FUND GOVERNANCE TRANSFORMATION: OPPORTUNITIES, RISKS, AND STRATEGIES FOR STRENGTHENING TRANSPARENCY IN INDONESIA This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of transparency in the management of digital-based education funds in Indonesia and compare them with international practices in order to formulate innovative policy recommendations. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through targeted literature studies and case studies using secondary data in the form of articles and journals indexed by Google Scholar for the period 2020-2025, BOS Fund regulations, and ARKAS system implementation documents and the SIPLah procurement platform. The analysis was conducted in terms of content and comparatively to identify digital mechanisms that promote transparency and factors that hinder its effectiveness. The results show that the digitization of education fund management increases procedural transparency through the standardization of planning and reporting, the traceability of transactions and procurement, and the ease of auditing and monitoring across actors, which has an impact on increasing accountability and reducing non-procedural spending practices at the school level. However, public transparency is not yet fully optimal due to differences in human resource capacity, digital literacy, and infrastructure quality, as well as the emergence of data manipulation risks at the input stage and information security issues. A comparison with international practices shows that e-procurement and contract transparency effectively increase accountability when supported by strong governance, while blockchain technology.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh urgensi peningkatan literasi kesehatan yang efektif dan partisipatif di kalangan remaja, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Metode pembelajaran konvensional seringkali kurang mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku kesehatan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam penyampaian materi kesehatan menjadi krusial. Tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini adalah mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pendekatan Active Learning dalam pembelajaran topik kesehatan spesifik di lingkungan sekolah menengah atas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berfokus pada edukasi interaktif dan partisipatif. Tim pelaksana, yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa, merancang serangkaian sesi pembelajaran yang sepenuhnya mengadopsi prinsip Active Learning, seperti diskusi kelompok terarah (Focus Group Discussion), studi kasus berbasis masalah, simulasi peran (role-playing), dan penggunaan media edukasi berbasis permainan. Target peserta adalah siswa-siswi SMA yang dipilih secara purposif. Sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, dilakukan pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap (pre-test dan post-test) terhadap topik kesehatan yang disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengetahuan siswa, diikuti dengan perubahan sikap yang lebih positif dan proaktif terhadap praktik kesehatan. Pendekatan Active Learning terbukti berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara menyeluruh, mengubah proses pembelajaran dari pasif menjadi pengalaman yang memicu pemikiran kritis dan internalisasi informasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran kesehatan melalui pendekatan partisipatif merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk membangun kesadaran dan kemandirian kesehatan remaja, sekaligus memberikan model yang dapat direplikasi untuk program edukasi kesehatan di sekolah lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the practice of humanism in education through a phenomenological case study at Al Firdaus Middle School (SM) Surakarta. The findings reveal that the school's humanistic approach is embodied in its thematic learning evaluations, especially for students with special needs (anak berkebutuhan khusus/ABK). Key practices include the presence of special assistant teachers (GPK), implementation of individual learning programs (PPI), early and continuous student assessments, and differentiated general test (GT) formats regular, substitution, omission, and modification tailored to each student’s ability. Additional components include presentation-based assessments, full parental participation through screening processes, cooperative learning strategies, and remedial instruction rooted in repeated learning activities. Notably, students with special needs are fully integrated into regular classes, fostering inclusive education. The research argues that such practices restore education to its core/khittah its true path of humanizing learners. In contrast, dehumanizing education strips education of its essence and purpose. Humanism in education understood as humanizing students is an undeniable necessity, or conditio sine qua non, for meaningful learning. First, students must be subjects, not objects, of education; they must occupy a central role in shaping educational direction. Second, diversity in harmony must be upheld as a foundational educational principle. Third, educators must minimize "take for granted" assumptions based on innate characteristics, recognizing every student’s uniqueness as a divine gift. Ultimately, educational humanism is not merely a method but a moral imperative in shaping dignified, skillful, and ethically grounded individuals.
